Detailed Description

Several different preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings, wherein like reference numerals represent like parts in the various figures. Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The automobile safety seat is provided with the automatic safety belt adjusting device, so that after a child sits on the automobile safety seat and buckles the safety belt buckle, the safety belt can be automatically tightened without manual adjustment.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the car seat 1 includes a seat body 11 and a seat cushion 12 covering the seat body 11. As shown in the drawing, the seat belt 10 connected to the seat belt buckle 13 includes a crotch belt 101, a waist belt 102, and a shoulder belt 103. The buckle 13 is engaged with a buckle holder 21 (fig. 3) of the automatic buckle adjustment device 2.

As shown in fig. 3, the automatic seatbelt adjustment device 2 is installed in a base 111 of a seat body 11 of the car seat 1, and a seatbelt buckle fixing member 21 protrudes from the seat body 11 and the base 111. As shown in fig. 3, the automatic seat belt adjusting device 2 includes a seat belt buckle fixing member 21, a seat belt retractor 22, and a coupling member 23 provided between the seat belt buckle fixing member 21 and the seat belt retractor 22. Specifically, the buckle fixing member 21 includes a mounting member 211, a rotating shaft 212 mounted to the mounting member 211, and an insertion member 213 connected to the rotating shaft 212. The mounting member 211 is mounted on the seat base 111, and the insert 213 is rotatably mounted on the mounting member 211, and the insert 213 is engaged with the belt buckle 13.

The interlocking member 23 is disposed between the buckle fixing member 21 and the seatbelt retractor 22, and specifically, one end of the interlocking member 23 is fixed to the rotating shaft 212 of the buckle fixing member 21, and the other end thereof extends to and is connected to the seatbelt retractor 22. As the buckle holder 21 rotates, the interlocking member 23 moves forward or backward, thereby locking or releasing the belt of the belt retractor 22. As will be described in detail below.

As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the seatbelt retractor 22 includes a retractor mounting member 221, a rotating shaft 222 around which the seatbelt is wound, a first ratchet 223 and a second ratchet 224 at both ends of the rotating shaft 222. Specifically, the first ratchet 223 and the second ratchet 224 are both fixed on the rotating shaft 222, wherein the opening directions of the gears of the first ratchet 223 and the second ratchet 224 are opposite, and when the first ratchet 223 is locked, the second ratchet 224 is in a release state; when the second ratchet 224 is locked, the first ratchet 223 is in the unlocked state.

As shown in fig. 4, the seatbelt retractor 22 is provided with a locking member 220 for limiting the rolling of the seatbelt in a predetermined direction, and preferably, the locking member 220 includes a first locking member 225 and a second locking member 226. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, a first locking member 225 is provided on the side of the rotating shaft 222, and the first locking member 225 is swingably mounted on the retractor mounting member 221 via an elastic member such as a torsion spring 225 a. In one embodiment, the first locking member 225 is a plate, and may be formed of a metal plate, and has a protrusion 2251 formed at one end thereof to engage with the recess 2231 of the first ratchet 223 and a mating surface 2252 formed at the other end thereof to abut against the pushing plane 231 of the end of the linkage 23. Alternatively, the first locking member 225 is engaged with or disengaged from the first ratchet 223 by the driving of the linkage member. A second locking member 226 is mounted to the retractor mounting member 221 at a position close to the second ratchet 224 on the other side of the rotation shaft 222, and the second locking member 226 is swingably mounted to the retractor mounting member 221 by an elastic member such as a torsion spring 226a and is selectively engaged with or disengaged from the second ratchet 224 by the urging of the interlocking member 23. Specifically, the second locking member 226 is pivotally mounted at a central portion thereof to the retractor mounting member 221, and has one end portion connected to the interlocking member 23 and the other end portion engaged with the second ratchet 224.

Specifically, in a case where the child is not seated on the safety seat and the buckle fixing member 21 is not buckled (i.e., the buckle is unlocked), the state of the automatic seatbelt adjusting apparatus 2 is as shown in fig. 3. At this time, the seat belt buckle fixing member 2 faces the front of the seat, the end of the linking member 23 abuts against the first locking member 225, and the first locking member 225 and the first ratchet 223 are in a disengaged state, as shown in fig. 4; the second locking member 225 has one end connected to the linkage member 23 and the other end engaged with the second ratchet 224, in this state, the clockwise rotation of the second ratchet 224 is limited, and the counterclockwise rotation is not limited, and similarly, the first ratchet 223 can rotate counterclockwise with the second ratchet 224. That is, the webbing retractor is rotatable counterclockwise, and at this time, is released so as to be freely pulled out. When the child sits, the buckle holder 21 is fastened, that is, as shown in fig. 3, the buckle holder is pushed forward in the direction of the arrow to the position shown in fig. 5, and in the process, the interlocking member is pushed forward in the direction of the arrow, and the first locking member 225 losing the pushing force is turned in the direction of the first ratchet 223 by the torsion spring 225a to achieve engagement with the first ratchet 223, and at the same time, the second locking member 226 is driven away from the second ratchet 224 to disengage from the first ratchet 223, as shown in fig. 6. In this state, the counterclockwise rotation of the first ratchet 223 is restricted, and the clockwise rotation is not restricted; the second ratchet 224 rotates clockwise with the first ratchet 223. That is, the seatbelt retractor 22 may rotate clockwise, and the seatbelt is automatically retracted to tighten the shoulder belt, thereby achieving automatic belt tightening.

In summary, the automatic adjusting device 2 for a seat belt of the present invention realizes automatic locking or unlocking of the seat belt retractor 22 by changing the state of the seat belt buckle fixing member 21, so as to automatically lock or unlock the seat belt.

The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it is therefore to be understood that the invention is not limited by the scope of the appended claims.
