The scraping device 5 comprises side plates 51, fixing plates 52, rotating rods 53, pull rods 54, scraping cavities 55 and scraping branch chains 7, wherein the left side and the right side of the operation bin 2 are hinged with the side plates 51, the fixing plates 52 fixedly connected with the middle parts of the left side and the right side of the operation bin 2 are arranged at the lower parts of the two side plates 51, the rotating rods 53 are rotatably arranged on the two fixing plates 52 in a threaded manner, the rotating rods 53 penetrate through the fixing plates 52, one ends of the rotating rods 53 are hinged with the pull rods 54, one ends of the pull rods 54 far away from the rotating rods 53 are hinged with the side plates 51, the scraping cavities 55 are fixedly arranged at one opposite sides of the two side plates 51, the scraping branch chains 7 are arranged in the scraping cavities 55, when cleaning and scraping two sides in the operation bin 2, which are in contact with the wood chips, the rotating rods 53 are respectively rotated clockwise, the rotating rods 53 rotate to drive the pull rod 54 to push forwards, and the pull rod 54 drives the side edge plate 51 to be vertical to the base 1 when pushing forwards, so that the wood chips adhered to the side wall of the inner cavity of the operation bin 2 can be cleaned and scraped conveniently by the scraping branch chain 7.

Dismouting unit 8 includes T type groove 81, T type kelly 82 and cleaning brush 83, T type groove 81 has all been seted up to spiller 64 both sides, be equipped with T type kelly 82 in T type groove 81, cleaning brush 83 has been placed to spiller 64 inboard, cleaning brush 83 both sides are fixed between T type kelly 82 and spiller 64, when replacing cleaning brush 83, rotate T type kelly 82 in T type groove 81 respectively, make T type kelly 82 cancel the fixed of cleaning brush 83, thereby realize replacing used cleaning brush 83.

The scraping branch chain 7 comprises an electric expansion plate 71, a rectangular box 72, a push rod 73 and a cleaning plate 74, the electric expansion plate 71 is fixedly arranged in the scraping cavity 55, the rectangular box 72 is fixedly arranged at the lower part of the electric expansion plate 71, the push rod 73 is rotatably arranged at one side of the rectangular box 72 through threads, one end of the push rod 73 penetrates through the rectangular box 72, the cleaning plate 74 is rotatably arranged on the push rod 73 through a bearing, and the cleaning plate 74 is slidably connected with the rectangular box 72, when the inner walls of the two sides of the inner cavity of the operation cabin 2, which are contacted with the wood chips, are scraped and cleaned, the electric expansion plate 71 is opened to enable the electric expansion plate 71 to drive the cleaning plate 74 to be contacted with the bottom of the inner cavity of the operation cabin 2, then the push rod 73 is rotated clockwise, so that the push rod 73 drives the cleaning plate 74 to be attached to the side wall of the inner cavity of the operation bin 2, then, the electric expansion plates 71 are opened to ascend, and when the two electric expansion plates 71 ascend, the two cleaning plates 74 are driven to scrape off wood chips attached to the inner side wall of the working bin 2.
