Grouping and administration condition of experimental animals

40 SPF-level Kunming mice, 6-8 weeks old, 18-22g in weight; the groups were randomly divided into four groups of 10 individuals.

Experimental groups: the black fungus composition with corresponding dose is administrated by intragastric administration (25mL/kg) every day

Normal and radiation model groups: gavage administration of equal volume of normal saline

Positive control group: intraperitoneal injection of amifostine solution (150mg/kg) 30min before irradiation

Each group of mice was dosed 1 time daily for 14 days. After 14d, the rest groups except the normal control group are subjected to systemic one-time treatment⁶⁰Co gamma ray irradiation was carried out at a dose of 3Gy at an irradiation distance of 1.0m for 7 d.

Peripheral hemogram measurement: the mice in each group were subjected to fundus venous plexus blood sampling, and blood samples of mice irradiated at 7d were taken, 20. mu.L each, in an anticoagulation tube containing a dried anticoagulant, and peripheral hemogram was detected with a hemoanalyzer.

The results are shown in table 2, and the numbers of white blood cells and red blood cells of the mice in the model group are obviously reduced compared with those in the normal group, which indicates that the mice in the radiation model are successfully modeled. Compared with the model group, the positive medicine group and the black fungus compositions 1, 2 and 3 can obviously improve the white blood cell count (P is less than 0.05) of the blood of mice, wherein the effect of improving the white blood cell count of the black fungus composition 2 is better than that of the black fungus compositions 1 and 3. Compared with the model group, the number of the red blood cells of mice in the positive medicine group and the black fungus compositions 1, 2 and 3 is higher than that in the model group, wherein the black fungus composition 2 has better effect of increasing the red blood cells than the black fungus compositions 1 and 3. In conclusion, the black fungus composition has a certain radiation resistant effect, and the black fungus composition 2 has a better radiation resistant effect.
