Background

In order to distinguish different products, the part number needs to be added to the product, the part number is also used as an insert for designing during mold design, and the insert with the part number is synchronously replaced when different products are switched, so that the parts can be distinguished.

And inevitable can have the clearance between mold insert and the mould benevolence, and this clearance can unavoidably produce the burr in die-casting production process, and these burrs need be got rid of the operation through the brush in the back process.
