Technical Field

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a blanking die, and more particularly, to a blanking die, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for blanking a polyimide film using the same.

Background

The polyimide film is made of an organic polymer material with the thickness of 0.04mm through blanking, has high temperature resistance and insulation resistance, and is widely applied to fuel accessory systems of aircraft engines. The ultra-thin stamping parts generally adopt fine blanking equipment, and have high requirements and high use and maintenance costs; and the requirement of blanking die clearance is 0.002 mm, the requirement of processing precision is very high, the manufacturing cost is expensive, and the manufacturing period is long.

In order to shorten the research and development and manufacturing period of aviation products, the problems that the manufacturing cost of a die is reduced and the processing period is shortened under the condition of the existing common blanking equipment are urgently solved at present.

Disclosure of Invention

The problems of high cost, very high requirement on the processing precision of a punching die, high manufacturing cost and long manufacturing period existing when the polyimide film is punched by using fine blanking equipment are solved. The invention provides a method for manufacturing a blanking die and a method for blanking a polyimide film by using the same, which realize the die for blanking the polyimide film with the thickness of 0.04mm under the condition of the existing equipment resources, reduce the manufacturing cost of the blanking die, shorten the processing period and realize the high-quality processing of polyimide film parts.

The technical scheme of the invention is to provide a blanking die, which is characterized in that: the punch die comprises an upper die plate, a punch die, a female die and a lower die plate, wherein the punch die is fixed on the upper die plate, the female die is fixed on the lower die plate, and the punch die and the female die are coaxial and are in zero clearance fit.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. according to the invention, zero clearance fit is formed by mutually gnawing and cutting the male die and the female die, the fit clearance is not required to be considered during the die manufacturing, the die manufacturing period is shortened by about half, and the cost can be reduced by about 50%.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific embodiments.

The invention can process the die by using common blanking equipment and simultaneously complete the processing of film parts, and can be suitable for punching a polyimide film with the thickness of 0.04mm, a stainless steel sheet with the thickness of 0.1mm, a polyethylene plastic film with the thickness of 0.3mm and a cloth-sandwiched rubber film with the thickness of 0.5 mm. The following examples are described with reference to polyimide films having a thickness of 0.04 mm.

As can be seen from fig. 1, the polyimide film blanking die of the embodiment mainly includes a floating die shank 1, an upper die plate 2, a punch retainer 3, a female die 4, a lower die plate 5, a carrier rod 6, a stripper 7, a punch 8, a discharge spring 9, and an upper die cushion plate 10. The floating die shank 1 and the male die 8 are connected and arranged on the upper die plate 2, the upper die base plate 10 is positioned between the upper die plate 2 and the male die 8, and the male die 8 is further fixed by the male die fixing plate 3. The middle part of the female die 4 fixed on the lower template 5 by a pin corresponds to the male die 8 on the same axis. The part withdrawing device 7 is positioned in the type hole of the female die 4, and the ejector rod 6 penetrates through the lower die plate 5 from bottom to top and extends into the type hole of the female die 4 to be connected with the part withdrawing device 7. Unlike the prior art, the male mold 8 and the female mold 4 in this embodiment have zero clearance fit, rather than being machined conventionally to 0.002 mm. The polyimide film is blanked by using the die, and the problem of large burrs or deformation of a product due to large die clearance or assembly error can be avoided because no clearance exists between the male die 8 and the female die 4, so that the yield is obviously improved.

In order to realize zero clearance fit between the male die 8 and the female die 4, the mold is manufactured by the following method in the embodiment:

step 1, manufacturing a male die;

the male die is prepared from a CrWMn material, and the heat treatment hardness of the material is HRC 58-62.

Step 2, preprocessing a female die;

the female die selects pre-hardened steel NAK80 with lower hardness, and the factory hardness is HB 340-380; meanwhile, the size of the die hole of the female die is 0.1mm smaller than that of the male die along the periphery during preprocessing.

Step 3, processing a female die by using a male die;

before the male die and the female die are not mutually bitten and cut, the relative positions of the male die and the female die are ensured by a die assembly bench worker, the whole set of tooling is clamped on a punch after the assembly is finished, the male die 8 is fixed on the upper die plate 2 through a male die fixing plate 3, the female die 4 is fixed on the lower die plate 5 through a pin and a screw, the whole upper die part is arranged on a punch slide block through a floating die shank component, and the lower die is ensured to be in the relative position with the upper die by a ball guide pillar and is fixed by a pressing plate. When the device works, the uniform clearance between the male die and the female die is ensured, and no offset exists.

And starting the machine tool, adjusting the height of the slide block, and enabling the male die to gradually cut into the mouth part of the female die by 0.5-1 mm to form a gnawing cutting edge.

Step 4, flat grinding cutting edges of the male die and the female die;

and (3) after the die is detached from the punch, the male die 8 and the female die 4 are subjected to flat grinding to form cutting edges, and then the die is reassembled.

When the mold is used for processing the polyimide film, the organic polymer material with the thickness of 0.04mm is flatly paved on the upper surface of the female mold 4, so that the male mold gradually cuts into the opening part of the female mold, the size of the obtained polyimide film meets the requirement of a design drawing, and the section has no burrs.

In order to obtain a wider processing range, an inverted structure can be adopted, organic polymer material with the thickness of 0.04mm is flatly paved on the upper surface of the male die, the female die is driven to move downwards by the sliding block, and the male die cuts into the opening part of the female die to complete punching.
