A vacuum material sucking system is generally adopted in a conveying system on the market, and plastic particles generally contain certain fine powder, namely material ash, so that dust is easily generated in the air of a working environment, and the noise of air conveying is high.

The structure of the switch 11 is as follows, a baffle 15 is arranged inside the switch 11, and the baffle 15 is rotatably installed inside the switch 11 through a rocker 12. Through the scheme, the first discharge hole 9 or the second discharge hole 10 is communicated by utilizing the rotation of the baffle 15, so that raw materials can conveniently enter different cavities;

in order to further facilitate the rotation control of the baffle 15 and reduce the problem of energy consumption caused by adopting electric equipment, the rocker 12 is also provided with a rope hole 13 for fixing a traction rope, the traction rope is tied in the rope hole 13, the other end of the traction rope extends to the feed inlet 1, and when the baffle 15 needs to be controlled to rotate, a worker only needs to pull the traction rope; in order to further facilitate the rotation of the baffle 15, the two pulling ropes are symmetrically laid on two sides of the auger machine 2, for example, when the pulling rope on the left side of the auger machine 2 is pulled, the baffle 15 is driven to cut off the first discharge hole 9, and the second discharge hole 10 is conducted; pulling the traction rope on the right side of the auger machine 2, cutting off the second discharge hole 10 and conducting the first discharge hole 9; therefore, personnel can control the work of the switcher 11 by pulling the hauling rope on the ground, so that the change of the flow direction of the raw materials is simpler and more convenient; the raw material flow direction can be switched by pulling the rope, so that potential safety hazards existing when workers climb up and down the ladder and time consumption of climbing up and down the ladder are avoided.

Through the technical scheme, the device adopts the auger machine 2 and the switcher 11 to mutually support for plastic granules carry simple and convenient, and especially, the device's preparation is comparatively simple, and convenient operation, economical and practical have not only solved the vacuum moreover and have inhaled the material system and produce the dust easily in the air and the big problem of noise well. Therefore, the device is superior to the existing vacuum material sucking system in terms of manufacturing cost, using effect, working environment and the like, and therefore the device has certain economic benefit and popularization value.
