In order to reduce the waste of paint liquid in the cone 5 and achieve the purpose of resource recycling, the bottom of the cone 5 is communicated with a filter element 15, and the filter element 15 is communicated with the paint box 18 through a through pipe; the filter element 15 can allow the paint liquid sliding on the inner wall of the cone 5 to pass into the paint box 18, but not allow plastic particles to pass through, and the plastic particles are discharged through the inclined conduit 16.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the hot air drying assembly comprises a hot air box installed below the equipment support 1, a heater 28 is installed in the hot air box, and an impeller 27 connected to the worm 7 through a bevel gear set is rotatably installed at the upper part of the hot air box;

in addition, hot-blast case one side is provided with the air-supply line that supplies the ambient atmosphere to enter into in the hot-blast case, evenly set up the wind-tunnel that the steam in a plurality of confession hot-blast cases flows out on the one side that equipment support 1 just right impeller 27.

In the embodiment of the invention, when the heater 28 works, hot air is generated in the hot air box, and simultaneously the worm 7 drives the impeller 27 to rotate by virtue of the bevel gear set, the impeller 27 blows the hot air in the hot air box to the rail 17 through the air tunnel on the equipment support 1 to heat and blow the plastic particles passing through the rail 17, so that the drying speed of the paint liquid on the surfaces of the plastic particles is increased.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the heater 28 adopts an electric heating manner, and may be an electric heating plate, so that the overall structure is compact and does not occupy space.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the impeller 27 is installed in the hot air chamber through a vertical rotating shaft, the rotating shaft penetrates through the upper wall of the hot air chamber and the equipment support 1, and the bevel gear set comprises a first bevel gear 25 fixed on the worm 7 and a second bevel gear 26 fixed on the rotating shaft and engaged with the first bevel gear 25.

In the embodiment of the present invention, when the worm 7 rotates, the first bevel gear 25 is driven to rotate, the first bevel gear 25 drives the second bevel gear 26 to rotate, thereby driving the rotating shaft and the impeller 27 to rotate and blow air to the bottom of the track 17.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of teeth and the reference circle radius of the first bevel gear 25 are greater than those of the second bevel gear 26, that is, the transmission ratio between the first bevel gear 25 and the second bevel gear 26 is greater than 1, so that the worm 7 rotating relatively at a slow speed can drive the rotating shaft and the impeller 27 to rotate rapidly to blow air under the action of the bevel gear set.

The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.
