g. Primary fine grinding: the steel ball is precisely ground for the first time, and when the steel ball is finely ground for the first time, the appearance needs to be detected before and after the fine grinding, and the detection needs to be carried out on each finely ground steel ball.

h. Secondary fine grinding; carrying out secondary precision grinding on the steel ball, wherein appearance detection is required before and after the secondary precision grinding, but sampling detection can be adopted during detection after the secondary precision grinding; the appearance is continuously detected in the primary lapping and the secondary lapping processes, so that the quality of the steel ball in the lapping and processing process is ensured.

In the primary lapping process and the secondary lapping process, lapping liquid consists of abrasive particles, a surfactant and cooling lubricating oil, wherein the abrasive particles are chromium trioxide particles, the stability of the chromium trioxide is good, in the chronic grinding process of the steel ball, the surface of the steel ball cannot be scratched and damaged, the cooling lubricating oil is N15 mechanical oil, the N15 mechanical oil can enable the abrasive to be uniformly adhered to the surfaces of a grinding disc and the steel ball, the grinding disc and the steel ball are easy to clean after grinding is finished, the surfactant is oleic acid, the oleic acid is used as the surfactant, the grinding efficiency can be improved, the three play a role respectively, and the grinding liquid is more efficient through selection of materials of the three and the proportion of the three. And the lapping liquid prepared from the three materials has the advantages of no toxicity, no peculiar smell and no foaming, and meets the requirement of environmental protection.

i. Surface treatment: and (3) treating the surface of the finely ground steel ball, wherein an antirust and noise-proof coating needs to be coated on the steel ball with the antirust and noise-proof requirements.

Inspecting a finished product; the steel ball after being cleaned is integrally and comprehensively inspected, namely, the appearance and the material of the steel ball need to be detected, so that the appearance and the material of the finished steel ball can meet the requirements, the appearance of the steel ball is still detected by naked eyes, and the hardness of the steel ball is detected by a Rockwell hardness tester through the material detection, so that whether the material of the steel ball meets the requirements or not is judged.
