Background

The steam turbine is also called as a steam turbine engine, and is a rotary steam power device.A high-temperature high-pressure steam passes through a fixed nozzle to become an accelerated airflow and then is sprayed onto blades, so that a rotor provided with the blades rotates and does work outwards. The steam turbine has wide application and is main equipment for modern thermal power stations, nuclear power stations, biomass power generation and the like.

A certain type of steam turbine is provided with a single-shaft four-cylinder six-exhaust reheating condensing type, power of 1,127,000kW (before capacity expansion)/1176000 kW (after capacity expansion), rotating speed of 1500 rpm and frequency of 50Hz, three positive and negative 10-grade low-pressure rotors and a high-pressure rotor are arranged, the single weight of the 1# low-pressure rotor is 164T, the single weight of the 2# low-pressure rotor is 179T, the single weight of the 3# low-pressure rotor is 182T, and the single weight of the high-pressure rotor is 75T. The low pressure rotor last stage blade diameter is 5550mm, and the high pressure rotor last stage blade diameter is 2242.6 mm.

The steam turbine has the advantages of good starting performance, high efficiency, simple operation, safe operation and the like, thereby being widely applied to the industries of thermal power generation, nuclear power generation and biomass energy power generation and having good operation performance.

The diaphragm is a key part of the most basic working unit for completing energy conversion in the through flow of the steam turbine and consists of a static blade, an outer ring and an inner ring. The low-pressure cylinder of the steam turbine of the nuclear power unit has the basic characteristics of low steam parameter, large volume flow and the like, so that the partition plate sleeve is large in size and heavy in weight. As shown in FIG. 9, the low-pressure lower partition is placed on a support plate 9, the support plate 9 and the reinforcing rib plate 3 are connected with a vertical plate 1 through welding, and the support plate 9 is tangent to the back arc of the lower partition at the contact position to provide radial support for the lower partition. PP board 5 pastes at backup pad 9 top surface, contacts with lower baffle, protects the contact surface. The height of the vertical plate 1 is greater than the gravity center height of the lower partition plate, so that the partition plate can be prevented from being toppled.

The invention is implemented as follows:

firstly, after the split bolt in the low-pressure partition plate sleeve is disassembled, the low-pressure upper partition plate is lifted out of the low-pressure cylinder, the low-pressure upper partition plate is placed on the corresponding position of the corresponding low-pressure upper partition plate overhauling and supporting device, and then the fixing screw 2 is screwed down to clamp and fix the upper partition plate.
