Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of organic residue hydrolysis, and particularly relates to a feeding control device and method of an organic residue hydrolysis treatment device.

Background

At present, people pay more attention to garbage classification and treat classified garbage, so that resources can be recycled, and environmental pollution is avoided. In the daily garbage category of production and living, some organic residues which can be reused are also involved, and the organic residues comprise kitchen garbage, discarded vegetable leaves, farmland straws, excrement produced by livestock breeding and the like. In the prior art, organic residues are difficult to treat, the storage time of the organic residues is limited, and otherwise, the organic residues are fermented and rotten, emit odor, are easy to breed bacteria, influence production and the like.

In the prior art, the treatment of organic residues is heavy and high in cost, and no complete equipment for effectively treating the organic residues and no accurate feeding control method exist.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a feeding control device and method for an organic residue hydrolysis treatment device, so as to achieve precise control of organic residue feeding of the hydrolysis treatment device.

In a first aspect, there is provided a feed control apparatus for an organic residue hydrolysis treatment apparatus, comprising:

the feeding drive is arranged at the feeding hole of the hydrolysis treatment device;

the weighing device is connected to the circumferential direction of the hydrolysis treatment device, is arranged on a support frame to support the hydrolysis treatment device and can weigh the hydrolysis treatment device;

the soft connection pipeline is communicated with the feeding pipeline and the discharging pipeline of the hydrolysis treatment device;

Various embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In a first aspect, with reference to fig. 1 to 3, the present application provides a feed control apparatus of an organic residue hydrolysis treatment apparatus, including: the feeding drive is arranged at the feeding hole of the hydrolysis treatment device 1; the weighing device 2 is connected to the circumferential direction of the hydrolysis treatment device 1, and the weighing device 2 is arranged on a support frame to support the hydrolysis treatment device 1 and can weigh the hydrolysis treatment device 1; a soft connection pipeline which is communicated with the feeding pipeline and the discharging pipeline of the hydrolysis treatment device 1; the controller, its with 2 electric connection of weighing device, be provided with preset weight value instruction in the controller, the controller receives in real time the weight data that weighing device 2 measured, and according to preset weight instruction control the feeding drive is opened or is closed.

In the present embodiment, the number of the ear seats 21 is four, and four ear seats 21 are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the hydrolysis treatment device 1. It should be understood that the number of the ear seats 21 may be five or six, but is not limited thereto.

Each ear seat 21 is of a structure with a trapezoidal section, and one side of a right-angle surface on each ear seat 21 is fixedly connected to the hydrolysis treatment device 1. The ear seat 21 is arranged on the support frame, and the strain gauge weighing sensors 22 are arranged between one surface of the ear seat 21 and the support frame, so that the weight of the hydrolysis treatment device 11 is uniformly distributed by each strain gauge weighing sensor 22.

In this embodiment, the flexible connecting pipes are detachably connected to the corresponding pipes. The soft joint pipe comprises: the feeding hoses 3 are communicated with the feeding pipelines; and the discharging hoses 4 are communicated with the discharging pipelines. In a second aspect, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present application provides a feed control method of an organic residue hydrolysis treatment apparatus, including a driving module, a weighing module, and a control module; the weighing module monitors the weight data of the hydrolysis treatment device 1 in real time and transmits the weight data to the control module in real time, and the control module controls the driving module according to the weight data to realize the opening or closing of the driving module so as to realize the feeding control of the hydrolysis treatment device 1.

In this embodiment, a preset weight value instruction can be set in the control module, and when the weight data in the weighing module triggers the preset weight instruction, the control module controls the driving module to be turned on or turned off.

The preset weight value instruction in the control module at least comprises: a first weight value instruction, wherein when the weight data detected by the weighing device 2 is lower than the first weight value instruction, the control module controls the driving module to be started to realize feeding; and a second weight value instruction, wherein when the weight data detected by the weighing device 2 triggers the second weight value instruction, the control module controls the driving module to be closed, so that feeding is stopped.

In the present embodiment, before the hydrolysis processing apparatus 1 is turned on, at least the second weight value instruction is set in the control module; the value of the first weight value instruction is less than the value of the second weight value instruction. The purpose of the first weight instructions set is: the residual organic residues in the hydrolysis treatment device 1 are ensured to be more, and the re-feeding can influence the ratio of the organic residues to the catalyst, so that the hydrolysis reaction efficiency is low and the like. Therefore, when the monitored weight data is greater than the first weight command, the control module controls the driving module to keep closing.

It should be understood that the second weight value command is set before the hydrolysis treatment apparatus 1 is turned on, the feeding is ensured, and it is avoided that too much feeding is performed and sufficient hydrolysis reaction cannot be performed.

The application provides an organic remainder hydrolysis processing apparatus's feed control device and method controls hydrolysis processing apparatus 1's feeding through feed control device, realizes weighing hydrolysis processing apparatus 1 through weighing device 2 to open or close according to the weight data control feeding drive of measuring, realize carrying out accurate control to the feeding of organic remainder.
