In the construction of repairing the damage of the wide and narrow joints, the concrete at the wide and narrow joints is chiseled by adopting the traditional machine, the reinforcing steel bar structure is easy to damage, the efficiency is low, and the dust is more. The high-speed railway construction needs to strictly execute a skylight repairing system and needs to be carried out within the skylight time, and similarly, ballastless track repairing operation construction is no exception. The research on how to carry out efficient repair construction operation on the wide and narrow seam damage within the effective skylight time length has certain practical significance.

The invention provides a repairing method and a chiseling device for wide and narrow joints of a CRTSII type slab ballastless track, and aims to solve the technical problems of low repairing efficiency and much dust of the wide and narrow joints of the ballastless track in the background technology.

The invention provides a chiseling device applying the CRTSII type slab ballastless track wide-narrow seam repairing method, which comprises a traveling vehicle, a high-pressure water breaking device, a pouring hopper and a vacuum dust collector, wherein the high-pressure water breaking device, the pouring hopper and the vacuum dust collector are arranged on the traveling vehicle, the high-pressure water breaking device is used for cutting a process seam at the intersection of a track plate and a wide-narrow seam and chiseling damaged concrete at the wide-narrow seam, the pouring hopper is used for pouring the wide-narrow seam, the vacuum dust collector is used for removing dirt in the wide-narrow seam area, the traveling vehicle comprises a guide rail and a traveling roller, the guide rail is arranged relatively above the traveling vehicle, the high-pressure water breaking device comprises a spray head, the spray head can move along the guide rail, the traveling roller is arranged relatively below the traveling vehicle and corresponds to a steel rail of a ballastless track, and the traveling roller travels along the steel rail.

Preferably, a width adjusting device is arranged on the spray head, and a water pressure adjusting device is arranged on the high-pressure water breaking device.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

Aiming at the existing problems, the invention provides a repairing method for the wide and narrow joint of a CRTSII type slab ballastless track, which is shown in figure 1 and comprises the following steps:

step S1, carrying out the steel bar planting anchoring construction: carrying out bar planting anchoring construction on the track slabs on two sides of the damaged wide and narrow joint;

The step S1 specifically includes: when the temperature difference between the core temperature of the track slab and the original longitudinal temperature (the original longitudinal temperature specifically refers to the environmental temperature during the construction of the adjusting tensioning locking piece during the initial construction) does not exceed 5 ℃, 2 bars are planted on the track slabs on two sides of the damaged wide and narrow joint at the first group of track bearing platforms close to the damaged wide and narrow joint; when the temperature difference between the core temperature of the track slab and the original longitudinal temperature is changed to 6-15 ℃, respectively planting 8 ribs on the track slabs on two sides of the damaged wide and narrow joint; the rail bearing platform which is well planted with the steel bars does not need to be repeatedly planted with the steel bars; when finding that the bar planting is invalid, the bar planting is supplemented on the adjacent rail bearing platforms in the same rail plate, and the effective bar planting quantity of the rail plate is ensured to meet the design requirement.

In order to meet the requirement of the traveling crane in the day, the steel bar planting anchoring construction and the subsequent construction are allowed to be carried out in different skylight time.

Step S2 specifically includes the following steps:

As shown in fig. 2, the chiseling device applying the method for repairing a wide and narrow joint of a CRTSII slab ballastless track provided by the invention comprises a traveling vehicle 1, and a high-pressure water breaking device 2, a pouring hopper 3 and a vacuum dust collector 4 which are arranged on the traveling vehicle 1. The high-pressure water breaking device 2 is used for cutting a process seam at the intersection of the track slab and the wide and narrow joints and chiseling damaged concrete at the wide and narrow joints, the pouring hopper 3 is used for pouring the wide and narrow joints, and the vacuum dust collector 4 is used for removing dirt in the wide and narrow joint area.

The walking vehicle 1 comprises a guide rail 11 and walking rollers. The guide rail 11 is arranged above the walking vehicle 1. The spray head 21 is provided with a width adjusting device, the spray head 21 can move along the guide rail 11, the walking roller is arranged below the walking vehicle 1 relatively and corresponds to the steel rail 5 of the ballastless track, and the walking roller walks along the steel rail 5.

The concrete chiseling device for implementing the step S2 is characterized in that: after the traveling vehicle 1 is arranged, the joint of the track slab and the wide and narrow seam is taken as a reference, the high-pressure water breaking device 2 cuts a seam with the width of 5mm along the guide rail 11 in a traveling mode, the cutting depth is controlled not to exceed 100mm, and the track slab cannot be cut; inserting a protective steel plate into the gap with the width of 5 mm; manually operating the high-pressure water breaking device 2 to cut the concrete between the two protective steel plates and at the narrow gap; and removing concrete slag.

The step S4 of implementing the chiseling device and pouring concrete at the wide and narrow joints specifically includes: the vacuum dust collector 4 is used for thoroughly removing dirt in the joint area; installing a template, and tensioning by using a screw; and pouring polymer concrete into the wide and narrow seams of the track slab by using the pouring hopper 3.

In another preferred embodiment of the invention, in which the chiseling device of the method for repairing a wide and narrow joint of a CRTSII slab ballastless track is applied, the nozzle 21 includes a width adjusting device, and the width adjusting device is used for adjusting the width of the water outlet of the nozzle 21. The high-pressure water breaking device 2 is provided with a water pressure adjusting device, and the water pressure adjusting device is used for adjusting the water outlet pressure of the high-pressure water breaking device 2.

The chiseling device further comprises a protective steel plate inserting device, a chiseling monitoring device and a tensioning lock piece detecting device. The protection steel plate inserting device is arranged on the walking vehicle 1 and used for inserting the protection steel plate in a process seam at the intersection of the track plate and the wide and narrow seam. The chiseling monitoring device is arranged on the walking vehicle 1 and is used for monitoring the secondary disease condition including the relative displacement between the track slab and the mortar layer; stretch-draw latch fitting detection device locates on the walking car 1, chiseling monitoring devices is used for detecting stretch-draw latch fitting state.

The invention provides a device for chiseling wide and narrow joints of a CRTSII type slab ballastless track and a repairing method, wherein when repairing, firstly, the track slabs on two sides of the damaged wide and narrow joints are subjected to bar planting anchoring construction, and after the bar planting anchoring reaches the strength; chiseling damaged concrete at the wide and narrow joints by adopting a high-pressure water breaking technology; checking the tension moment and connecting steel bars; and finally pouring concrete at the wide and narrow joints. The method has the advantages that the repairing efficiency is high in the construction of repairing the wide and narrow joint damage, the repair of the wide and narrow joint damage can be completed within the specified skylight time, the dust is less in the repairing process, the physical damage to construction workers is reduced, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
