s4: a liquid level sensor in the engine oil collecting box (8) detects the liquid level in the engine oil collecting box (8) in real time and transmits the liquid level to the PLC (6);

s5: the PLC (6) controls the oil pump (12), the electric control valve (5) and the pneumatic control valve (9) to be opened and closed according to liquid level information detected by the liquid level sensor, so that the engine (1) is pumped and the engine oil collection box (8) is drained.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of quantitative extraction of engine oil, and particularly relates to a device and a method for quantitatively extracting engine oil.

Background

The export of engines and the production plants of finished vehicles in China are rising abroad, and the export quantity of the engines is increasing. Before the engine is exported, the whole engine test is carried out in China in order to ensure the quality and consistency, a certain amount of engine oil is added into the tested engines and the tested engines are subjected to a heat test, and the tested engines contain a certain amount of engine oil; at present, all imported engine countries have clear regulations on engine oil carried by the engine (all countries have different standards on the residual amount of the engine oil), and foreign whole vehicle factories also have clear requirements on the residual oil amount of the engine oil of the imported engine so as to ensure the accuracy of secondary refueling.

The existing engine oil discharge mainly comprises two types:

firstly, oil is drained from an oil drain hole of an oil pan, but oil stains are left in the drained oil, and a screw plug gasket of the oil drain hole is a disposable sealing element, so that the cost is wasted in the oil draining process;

secondly, the oil is extracted from the mouth of the oil gauge by a hydraulic pump or a diaphragm pump, and due to the change of oil viscosity caused by the change of oil temperature after the engine hot test, the internal circulation of the engine oil and the special condition of an oil pan, the phenomenon of hollow or non-well pumping in the oil pumping process can be caused, so that the residual oil after the engine pumps cannot be controlled in consistency, and the residual oil cannot be detected and passed in imported state customs and foreign whole factories, thereby causing the delivery period, the cost and the increase of the management cost.

Based on the technical problems in the engine oil extraction, no relevant solution exists; there is therefore a pressing need to find effective solutions to the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a device and a method for quantitatively extracting engine oil aiming at the defects in the prior art, and aims to solve the problem of quantitatively extracting the residual oil of the engine oil in the prior art.

The invention provides an engine oil quantitative extraction device, which comprises an oil well pump, an engine oil collecting box, a PLC (programmable logic controller) and a code scanning gun, wherein the oil well pump is connected with the engine oil collecting box; the code scanning gun is electrically connected with the PLC through a first cable; the code scanning gun is used for scanning codes of the engine and reading the model and the serial number of the engine so as to confirm the start of oil pumping; the oil well pump is communicated with an oil inlet of the engine oil collecting box through an oil conveying pipe, and an oil pumping pipe is also arranged on the oil well pump; a liquid level sensor is arranged in the engine oil collecting box and used for detecting the liquid level of the engine oil collected in the engine oil collecting box and transmitting the liquid level to the PLC; the PLC is electrically connected with the electric control valve on the oil inlet of the engine oil collecting box through a second cable so as to control the opening and closing of the electric control valve; the PLC controller is also electrically connected with the oil well pump.

Furthermore, the engine oil quantitative extraction device also comprises an oil storage tank, and the oil storage tank is communicated with an oil outlet of the engine oil collecting tank through an oil conveying pipe; the oil delivery pipe is provided with a pneumatic control valve; the PLC is electrically connected with the pneumatic control valve through a third cable so as to control the opening and closing of the pneumatic control valve.

Furthermore, the engine oil quantitative extraction device also comprises an indicator light which is electrically connected with the PLC; the indicator light is used for carrying out the scintillation suggestion according to the result that level sensor detected.

Further, in the oil discharging process of the engine oil collecting box, when the liquid level sensor detects that the liquid level of the engine oil collected in the engine oil collecting box is lower than a preset value, the PLC controller controls the air control valve to be closed; when the liquid level sensor detects that the liquid level of collecting the engine oil in the engine oil collecting box is higher than the preset value, the engine oil collecting box continues to discharge the oil.

Correspondingly, the invention also provides a method for quantitatively extracting the engine oil, which is applied to the device for quantitatively extracting the engine oil and also comprises the following processes:

s1: the code scanning gun scans two-dimensional codes of the whole engine to read the model and the serial number of the engine and transmits the model and the serial number to the PLC;

s2: inserting an oil pumping pipe on the oil well pump from an engine oil dipstick port of an engine;

s3: starting an oil pumping button, and sequentially allowing engine oil to enter an engine oil collecting box through an oil pumping pipe, an oil well pump and an oil conveying pipe;

s4: a liquid level sensor in the engine oil collecting box detects the liquid level in the engine oil collecting box in real time and transmits the liquid level to a PLC (programmable logic controller);

s5: the PLC controls the oil pump, the electric control valve and the pneumatic control valve to be opened and closed according to the liquid level information detected by the liquid level sensor, so that oil is pumped to the engine and oil is discharged from the engine oil collecting box.

Further, the step S5 specifically includes:

s51: in the process of pumping oil to an engine:

when the liquid level sensor detects that the liquid level of the engine oil collected in the engine oil collecting box reaches a preset value, the PLC controller controls the electric control valve and the oil well pump to be closed, and simultaneously the PLC controller controls the pneumatic control valve to be opened;

when the liquid level sensor detects that the liquid level of the collected engine oil in the engine oil collecting box does not reach the preset value, the oil pump continues to pump oil to the engine.

Further, the step S5 specifically includes:

s52: in the process of discharging oil to the oil collecting box:

when the liquid level sensor detects that the liquid level of the engine oil collected in the engine oil collecting box is lower than a preset value, the PLC controller controls the pneumatic control valve to be closed;

when the liquid level sensor detects that the liquid level of collecting the engine oil in the engine oil collecting box is higher than the preset value, the engine oil collecting box continues to discharge the oil.

Further, in step S4, the liquid level in the oil collection tank is a level value set after calibration of the measuring cup.

The invention provides a device and a method for quantitatively extracting engine oil, which have the advantages of simple and light structure, low manufacturing cost and quality, and can effectively realize and meet the production requirement; the consistency of the product is improved, the satisfaction of staff is improved, the quality of the product is improved, the production beat is accelerated, and the production efficiency is improved.

Correspondingly, with reference to the above solutions, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 2, the present invention further provides a method for quantitatively extracting engine oil, which is applied to the device for quantitatively extracting engine oil, and specifically, the method for quantitatively extracting engine oil further includes the following steps:
