The invention relates to the field of conveying equipment, in particular to a spiral stirring and conveying device.

Background

The screw conveyer is a machine which utilizes a motor to drive a screw to rotate and push materials so as to realize the conveying purpose. In the process of producing and packaging cans, the content of each can is required to be quantitatively conveyed, and too many or too few cans packaged at one time can cause defective products and affect the product quality, so that a proper device capable of quantitatively conveying is required.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a spiral stirring and conveying device.

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, use of directional terms such as "upper, lower, left, right, top, bottom" is generally made with respect to the orientation shown in the drawings or with respect to the positional relationship of the components with respect to each other in the vertical, or gravitational direction.

A spiral stirring and conveying device is shown in figures 1-4 and comprises a spiral stirring bin 1, a spiral conveying rod 2, a driving motor 3 and a sealing cover 4. A feed inlet 11 is formed in one end of the spiral stirring bin 1, a discharge outlet 12 is formed in the bottom of the spiral stirring bin 1, and the discharge outlet 12 is far away from the feed inlet 11; the spiral conveying rod 2 is rotatably arranged inside the spiral conveying rod 2, and a rod body of the spiral conveying rod 2 is provided with spiral blades 21; the driving motor 3 is arranged outside the spiral stirring bin 1 and is in transmission connection with the spiral conveying rod 2; the sealing cover 4 is arranged at the top of the spiral stirring bin 1 and is provided with a window 41.

In this embodiment, the spiral conveying rod 2 is in transmission connection with the driving motor 3 through a coupler.
