The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the bearing bush hydraulic positioning and clamping device is used, firstly, as shown in fig. 4-5, a bearing bush is placed on the inner side of a first U-shaped block 9, then a sixth air cylinder 36 drives a sixth telescopic rod 35 to contract, the sixth telescopic rod 35 drives the upper end of a pressing rod 10 to move through a third hinge 29, the pressing rod 10 rotates through a support frame 30, and an anti-skid block 31 rotates through the support frame 30 to press the bearing bush, so that the bearing bush is fixed on the inner side of the first U-shaped block 9.

According to fig. 6, the third cylinder 24 drives the third telescopic rod 25 to contract, the fourth cylinder 28 drives the fourth telescopic rod 27 to contract, and the third telescopic rod 25 and the fourth telescopic rod 27 contract simultaneously and rotate through the second hinge 26, so that the rotating arm 7 rotates with the sliding seat 5 through the first hinge 6, and the rotating arm 7 keeps a straight line.

According to fig. 1-3, the first cylinder 3 drives the first telescopic rod 4 to extend, and the sliding seat 5 moves leftwards through the 2 first positioning guide pillars 8 and the first sliding groove 22, so that the first U-shaped block 9 contacts the second U-shaped block 16.

According to the figure 5 and figure 7, the pressing rod 10 is opened, the first U-shaped pushing block 32 moves outwards through the fifth telescopic rod 33, the first U-shaped pushing block 32 pushes the bearing bush away from the first U-shaped block 9, the first U-shaped block 9 reaches the second U-shaped block 16, the pressing block 15 moves downwards through the second telescopic rod 13 to press the two ends of the bearing bush, the sliding seat 5 moves rightwards through the first telescopic rod 4, and then the cutting work is started.

According to the figure 8, after cutting, the pressing block 15 ascends, the sliding seat 5 moves leftwards, the first U-shaped block 9 contacts the second U-shaped block 16, the small motor 20 is started, the threaded rod 19 rotates, the second U-shaped pushing block 17 moves rightwards through the threaded rod 19, so that the bearing bush is pushed, the bearing bush is separated from the second U-shaped block 16 to reach the first U-shaped block 9, then the bearing bush is clamped through the pressing rod 10, the sliding seat 5 moves rightwards, the rotating arm 7 rotates again, the pressing rod 10 is opened, and the first U-shaped pushing block 32 moves outwards to push down the cut bearing bush shaft;

the operation of the device is completed and details not described in detail in this specification, such as the first U-shaped block 9, the pressing block 15 and the second U-shaped block 16, are well known to those skilled in the art.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in the embodiments and/or modifications of the invention can be made, and equivalents and modifications of some features of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
