The present application is described in further detail below with reference to figures 2-9.

The embodiment of the application discloses car logo package assembly. Referring to fig. 3, a sticker splitting device 6 is arranged on one side of the film pasting station 3, and the sticker splitting device 6 comprises a placing part 7, an adsorbing part 8, a paper taking part 9 and a moving part 10.

Referring to fig. 4, the placing member 7 is used for placing a sticker. The placing member 7 comprises a bottom plate 71 and positioning columns 72, wherein the bottom plate 71 is a cuboid block or other block-shaped structure with the upper surface area larger than the surface area of the sticker. Four positioning columns 72 are respectively installed at four corners of the upper end surface of the bottom plate 71, and the positioning columns 72 are vertically connected with the upper surface of the bottom plate 71. The connection mode of the positioning column 72 and the bottom plate 71 may be an integral connection or a connection mode such as a threaded connection, an insertion connection and the like. The end of the positioning column 72 away from the bottom plate 71, i.e. the upper end of the positioning column 72, is detachably connected with a butting block 73, and the cross-sectional edge of the butting block 73 is circular. The detachable connection between the abutment block 73 and the positioning post 72, in some examples, the abutment block 73 is made of metal, a threaded hole is formed in the middle of the abutment block 73, and an external thread is provided at the upper end of the positioning post 72, so that the abutment block 73 is in threaded fit with the positioning post 72. In some examples, it is also possible to open a hole in the middle of the abutment block 73 and attach a rubber ring to the inner wall of the hole, so that the positioning post 72 is in interference fit with the rubber ring of the abutment block 73.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the suction member 8 includes a suction block 81, and the suction block 81 has a rectangular parallelepiped block structure. The lower end edge of the through hole 82 is circumferentially provided with a flexible ring 84, and the flexible ring 84 is made of rubber. The outer wall of the flexible ring 84 is adhered to the inner wall of the through hole 82 by glue. The lower end edge of the flexible ring 84 slightly exceeds the lower end edge of the through hole 82, so that the flexible ring 84 contacts the film 11 of the sticker, and when the flexible ring 84 adsorbs the film 11, the lower end surface of the adsorption block 81 is adhered to the film 11.

Referring to fig. 7, the paper taking member 9 includes a base 90 and an adhesive sheet 91. Base 90 is the cuboid structure, and the vertical first push motor 92 of installing in base 90's bottom, first push motor 92 with support its face fixed connection. The end of the first push rod 93 of the first push motor 92 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the base 90. The first push rod 93 is driven by the first push motor 92 to push the base 90 to move up and down. In some examples, the first push rod 93 may also be laterally connected to the side of the base 90, and the action of pushing the base 90 up and down may also be implemented. The upper end surface of the base 90 is grooved, a second pushing motor 94 is vertically placed in the groove, a second pushing rod 95 is positioned at the upper end of the second pushing motor 94, and the end part of the second pushing rod 95 is connected with the bottom surface of the adhesive plate 91. The adhesion plate 91 includes a connection portion and an adhesion portion, the connection portion is located at a lower end of the adhesion portion, and the connection portion is made of plastic or other hard materials. The adhesive part is made of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer or an adhesive agent whose main component is epoxy resin, has a certain adhesiveness to the base paper 12, and can be reused. The adhesive part and the connecting part are adhered through glue. Two through openings 98 penetrate through the adhesive plate 91 from the upper end face to the lower end face, two top blocks 99 corresponding to the through openings 98 are integrally arranged on the upper end face of the base 90, and the top blocks 99 can penetrate through the through openings 98. When the lower end surface of the adhesive plate 91 is in contact with the upper end surface of the base 90, the upper end surface of the top block 99 is higher than the edge of the through opening 98, i.e., the upper end surface of the top block 99 is higher than the upper surface of the adhesive plate 91. When the sticky board 91 adheres the base paper 12 upwards and then moves downwards to abut against the base 90, the upper end surface of the top block 99 is higher than the upper surface of the sticky board 91, so that the base paper 12 adhered to the sticky board 91 is pushed away from the sticky board 91, the adhesion between the base paper 12 and the sticky board 91 is cancelled, the base paper 12 falls off from the sticky board 91, and the next adhesion action of moving upwards is waited.

Referring to fig. 8, the moving member 10 includes a slide rail 101 and a slider 102, a guide path of the slide rail 101 is a straight line, a first cylinder 103 is disposed on the slide rail 101, and a first cylinder rod of the first cylinder 103 is disposed along the guide path of the slide rail 101. The slide block 102 is slidably connected to the slide rail 101, and the end of the first cylinder rod is connected to the slide block 102. The side of the sliding block 102 is connected with a vertically arranged second cylinder 104, a second cylinder rod of the second cylinder 104 is vertically arranged, and the end of the second cylinder rod is indirectly connected with the adsorption block 81 of the adsorption part 8 through other connecting pieces.

The sticker structure that this application adopted is shown in fig. 9, and the sticker includes pad pasting 11 and base stock 12, has seted up first through-hole 13 on the pad pasting 11, sets up the second through-hole 14 that aligns with first through-hole 13 on the base stock 12, and the aperture of first through-hole 13 is greater than the diameter of butt joint piece 73, and the diameter of second through-hole 14 equals the diameter of reference column 72 and is less than the diameter of butt joint piece 73, and second through-hole 14 edge is equipped with incision 15 relatively. Referring to fig. 4, when the second through hole 14 passes through the abutting block 73, and the position of the base paper 12 in the second through hole 14 contacts the abutting block 73 and tends to pass through the abutting block 73, the position of the base paper 12 in the second through hole 14 is deformed to open the notch 15, so that the abutting block 73 passes through the opening formed by the notch 15 and the second through hole 14, and during the process that the base paper 12 passes through the abutting block 73, the two ends of the base paper 12, which are provided with the first through hole 13, are separated from each other due to the obstruction of the abutting block 73, between the base paper 12 and the film 11.

Step three: driving a first air cylinder 103 to enable the sliding block 102 to move to the position where the adsorption block 81 is located above the sticking plate 91, driving a first pushing motor 92 to enable the base 90 to move upwards, driving a second pushing motor 94 to enable the sticking plate 91 to move upwards to be attached to the base paper 12 of the sticker, and then driving the second pushing motor 94 to enable the sticking plate 91 to move downwards to be reset to be abutted to the upper end face of the base 90; in this process, the base paper 12 is adsorbed by the adhesive sheet 91 and is ejected from the adhesive sheet 91 by the top block 99 until it is detached.

Step four: the first cylinder 103 is driven to move the slider 102 to the position where the adsorption block 81 is located above the emblem mount 1, and the second cylinder 104 is driven to move the adsorption block 81 to the position where the adsorption block abuts against the emblem mount 1, thereby attaching the adhesive film 11 to the emblem.

In the second step, in the process that the sticker passes through the abutting block 73, since the diameter of the second through hole 14 of the base paper 12 is smaller than that of the abutting block 73, and the diameter of the film 11 is larger than that of the abutting block 73, the film 11 passes through the abutting block 73, and the base paper 12 is obstructed at the second through hole 14, so that the position where the second through hole 14 is arranged between the base paper 12 and the film 11 is separated, that is, both ends between the base paper 12 and the film 11 are separated.

In the third step, since the two ends of the base paper 12 are separated from the adhesive film 11 in the second step, the adhesive sheet 91 can adsorb the middle part of the base paper 12, so that the base paper 12 can be easily separated from the adhesive film 11.
