when the pressure monitoring unit monitors that the pressure of the raw materials in the branch pipe is too high, the rice mill is judged to be in an abnormal working state correspondingly, and the pressure monitoring unit regulates and controls the rice mill correspondingly until the pressure monitoring unit detects that the pressure of the raw materials in the corresponding branch pipe recovers to a normal value.

Further, when the pressure detection unit judges that the rice mill is in an abnormal working state, the pressure detection unit controls the switching mechanism to switch the output end corresponding to the branch pipe to be in butt joint with the feed port of the standby rice mill.
