(2) sequentially sleeving the sealing rings on the tensioning rods according to the diameter of the inner ring;

(3) sleeving a compression sleeve on the pipeline;

The sealing points are many, and the reliability is reduced. The same is also not true for sealing composite pipes with reinforcement layers.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the high-pressure self-tightening type pipeline plug and the application thereof, the plug is installed without welding, sealing can be realized only by tightening a nut on a tightening rod, and the plugging is convenient; the primary seal of the invention is a sealing surface formed by the inner surface and the plug, and the balance of the inner and outer forces is considered, thus the invention can be used for sealing the flexible composite pipe.

(2) sequentially sleeving the sealing rings on the tensioning rods according to the diameter of the inner ring;

(3) sleeving a compression sleeve on the pipeline;

(4) sleeving the hoop on the pipeline;

(5) sleeving the pipe end sleeve at the pipe end, so that the tensioning rod penetrates through the through hole in the middle of the pipe end sleeve and the threads are exposed;

(6) the sleeve at the end of the adjusting pipe compresses the end part of the pipeline and adjusts the position of the hoop;

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific embodiments.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1, the high-pressure self-tightening pipe plug includes a plugging device inserted into and sealing a pipe along an end of the pipe and a locking device installed at an outer side of the pipe, the locking device being used to lock the plugging device and the pipe.

The plugging device comprises a tension rod 1, a sealing ring 2 and a pipe end sleeve 3, the locking device comprises a compression sleeve 4 and a hoop 5, the tension rod 1 is inserted into the pipeline 6, the sealing ring 2 is sleeved on the tension rod 1, and the pipe end sleeve 3 is installed at the end part of the pipeline 6; the compression sleeve 4 and the hoop 5 are sleeved outside the pipeline 6.

After the plug is installed, at least three sealing structures can be formed, and the reliability of pipeline sealing is guaranteed. The sealing structure will be described below with reference to the structures and connection relationships of the respective constituent parts.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a thread a11 is provided at one end of the tightening rod 1, the thread a11 is a fine thread for easy self-tightening, and a nut is installed to form a tube end sealing structure, and the tube end sealing is achieved by tightening the nut at the threaded end of the tightening rod 1. The middle part of the tension rod 1 is provided with a conical section 12, and the tail end of the tension rod 1 is provided with an end pressing ring 13.

The sealing ring 2 is sleeved at the conical section 12 of the tension rod 1, the inner ring of the sealing ring 2 is attached to the conical section 12, and the outer ring of the sealing ring 2 is attached to the inner surface of the pipeline 6; the end pressing ring 13 is attached to the sealing ring 2; under the action of the pressure of the nut, a seal is formed between the sealing ring 2 and the inner surface of the pipeline 6 and between the sealing ring 2 and the tightening rod 1.

As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the ferrule 3 is provided with a seal support ring 31, a thread B32, a through hole 33 and a tapered sealing surface 34, and the tapered sealing surface 34 is fitted to the inner surface of the pipe 6. The tightening rod 1 passes through the through hole 33, and the tapered sealing surface 34 of the pipe end sleeve 3 forms a sealing structure with the inner surface of the pipe 6 under the action of the nut pressure.

The pipe end sleeve 3 is connected with the compression sleeve 4 through threads, and the compression sleeve 4 compresses the hoop 5 to realize the tight fastening and fixing with the pipeline 6. The pipeline 6 is acted by the outward force of the sealing ring 2, the outer side of the pipeline 6 is acted by the pressing force of the hoop 5, and the two forces are mutually offset, so that the unidirectional deformation of the pipeline is limited.

In other words, with the increase of the pretightening force, at least three times of sealing structures can be formed, the pretightening force of the bolt is transmitted to the sealing ring 2 through the tensioning rod 1, and under the combined action of the pipe end sleeve 3, the conical section 12 of the tensioning rod 1 and the tail pressing ring 13, sealing is formed between the sealing ring 2 and the inner wall of the pipeline 6 and between the sealing ring 2 and the tensioning rod 1. And (4) screwing a pretightening nut at the threaded end of the tightening rod 1 to realize pipe end sealing. The conical sealing surface 34 of the pipe end sleeve 3 forms a sealing structure with the inner surface of the pipe 6.

As a preferred embodiment, the sealing rings 2 are not less than two groups, and different materials and forms can be selected. The inner ring diameter of each sealing ring 2 is different, and the inner rings of all sealing rings 2 are respectively in fit sealing with the conical section 12 of the tightening rod 1.

In a preferred embodiment, the hoop 5 is formed by two wedge-shaped half rings (an upper half ring 51 and a lower half ring 52) connected by a flexible connecting band 53.

Example 2

The embodiment introduces the application of the high-pressure self-tightening type pipeline plug, is used for plugging the pipe orifices of industrial pipelines and other daily pipelines, is suitable for most types of metal, nonmetal and composite pipelines and flexible composite pipes with reinforcing layers, and is convenient to disassemble and assemble and firm in sealing.

The structure of the high-pressure self-tightening pipe plug is as described in example 1, and the description thereof is omitted.

(6) the pipe end sleeve 3 is adjusted to tightly press the end part of the pipeline 6, and the position of the hoop 5 is adjusted to be a certain distance (generally 1-8mm, adjusted according to the material and thickness of the pipeline) away from the pipe end sleeve 3;

(7) screwing the compression sleeve 4 on the thread B32 of the pipe end sleeve 3 through threads, wherein the force generated by the threads enables the hoop 5 to embrace the outer surface of the pipeline 6 and enables the conical sealing surface 34 of the pipe end sleeve 3 to be tightly combined with the inner surface of the pipeline 6 to form a sealing surface;

(8) a nut is arranged on the tension rod 1 and is screwed down according to the calculated pretightening force, and the sealing ring 2, the inner surface of the pipeline 6 and the tension rod 1 form a sealing surface;

(9) after the pipeline 6 is pressed, the end face of the tension rod 1 is pressed by the axial force towards the outside of the pipeline, the sealing specific pressure between the sealing ring 2 and the tension rod 1 as well as between the sealing ring and the pipeline 6 is further increased, and self-tightening sealing is realized.

Example 3

In this embodiment, a method for sealing an end of a pipeline is described, and the high-pressure self-tightening type pipeline plug described in embodiment 1 is used to be installed at an opening of an end of the pipeline, and specific installation steps may refer to those described in embodiment 2, and are not described herein again.

By the pipeline end sealing method, various types of pipelines including metal, nonmetal, composite pipelines with reinforcing layers, flexible composite pipes and the like can be sealed, sealing points are multiple, and reliability is high.

In conclusion, according to the high-pressure self-tightening type pipeline plug, the pre-tightening force of the bolt is transmitted to the sealing ring through the conical tensioning rod, under the combined action of the pipe end sleeve, the conical section of the tensioning rod and the end portion pressing ring, sealing is formed between the sealing ring and the inner wall of the pipeline and between the sealing ring and the tensioning rod, sealing can be achieved only by screwing the nut at the threaded end of the tensioning rod, the high-pressure self-tightening type pipeline plug is used for plugging the pipe end of the high-pressure pipeline, and can also be used for sealing a flexible composite pipe.
