During welding, the first connecting pipe or the second connecting pipe is fixed in a first fixing clamp, then the bent transition pipe is fixed in a second clamp, and one end of the transition pipe extends into the end part of the flaring of the first connecting pipe or the second connecting pipe by rotating the first rotary handle or the third rotary handle, so that welding and fixing are carried out; and the invention can weld and fix transition pipes with different shapes by rotating the second rotary handle.

In conclusion, the tool used in the processing technology can be used for not only the pipe cutting process but also the welding process, so that the cost is reduced, and the length of the cut pipe can be accurately controlled, so that the practical performance is greatly improved; and 180 accurate rotations can be accomplished to the roating seat in this frock to be convenient for carry out welded fastening to the both ends of first connecting pipe and second connecting pipe.
