The four push plate groups are positioned in the push plate group provided with the rectangular through opening, the tail end of the third sliding cylinder is fixedly provided with a rotating hinge port, the middle of one end, facing the third sliding cylinder, of the shock plate is provided with a hinge shaft, the hinge shaft is hinged with the hinge port, a torsional spring is arranged at the hinged position, and the torsional spring is used for resetting the shock plate after the shock plate rotates; the third sliding column body is fixedly connected with the shock plate in the push plate groups in three directions.

The invention also provides an installation method for installing the vertical flue and a cleaning method for cleaning the vertical flue; the installation method for the vertical flue during individual installation comprises the following steps:

s1, the flue is installed by three persons synchronously, a first driving piece, a first rope winding wheel, a second rope winding wheel, an installation seat and the like are firstly installed on the top of a floor indication body together with a fixed connecting part of the first driving piece, the first rope winding wheel, the second rope winding wheel, the installation seat and the like, the positions of the first driving piece, the second rope winding wheel, the installation seat and the positions of the vertical flue bodies to be installed are installed in a unified vertical plane, and a pulley base with two pulleys is installed at the upper end of the;

s2, mounting components such as a second driving piece, a first mounting plate and a third rope winding wheel on the bottom ground;

s3, fixedly connecting a first pulling rope with a rope winding groove in a first rope winding wheel, fixedly connecting a second pulling rope with a rope winding groove in a second rope winding wheel, and extending the other ends of the first pulling rope and the second pulling rope to a second driving piece on the bottom surface through two pulleys on a pulley base respectively;

s4, installing the bottommost vertical flue individual, and placing the head of the installation rope at the position of the second driving piece after the two installation ropes penetrate through the vertical flue individual;

s5, two mounting ropes respectively enter from rope holes in second bumps of the vertical flue individuals and penetrate through corresponding first circular through holes, then a first movable annular buckle of a first pulling rope is buckled with a first pull rope ring, a second movable annular buckle of a second pulling rope is buckled with a second pull rope ring, and then a plurality of vertical flue individuals are connected with the mounting ropes in series, but are not connected with the first pulling rope and the second pulling rope;

s6, buckling the two mounting ropes with the two rope running grooves of the third rope winding, starting a second driving piece, and straightening the two mounting ropes;

s7, clockwise shifting the first shifting lever, pushing the second rope winding wheel to be in contact with the side face of the first rope winding wheel, starting the first driving piece to rotate, driving the first rope winding wheel to rotate, driving the second rope winding wheel to rotate, respectively pulling the first pulling rope and the second pulling rope, and pulling the vertical flue body which is buckled with the first pulling rope and the second pulling rope to move upwards;

s8, controlling the second driving piece to rotate reversely for a certain distance to loosen the two installation ropes, installing the fixing frame, connecting the vertical flue individual with the flue at the lower part, clamping the vertical flue individual with the fixing frame, and tightening the two installation ropes again after the vertical flue individual is installed;

s9, loosening the first movable annular buckle and the second movable annular buckle, putting the first pulling rope and the second pulling rope down to the ground, and pulling the next vertical flue unit until the installation of the vertical flue is finished.

The use method of the in-flue cleaning device in the vertical flue comprises the following steps:

s1, removing a bent connecting flue at the top and a bent connecting flue at the bottom;

s2, firstly installing an air pump and a cleaning solution output pump on the top floor of the floor indication body, removing a bent connection flue at the upper end of the uppermost vertical flue unit, installing a fixing frame at the upper end of the floor indication body, and positioning a third stay rope ring at the lower part of the inclined rod at the front end of the fixing frame at the center of the vertical flue unit to fix the fixing frame;

s3, winding a rope on a fourth rope winding wheel, fixedly connecting one end of the rope with a third rope pulling ring on a fixing frame in an inlet shape, connecting two air outlets on an air pump to two air inlets on a cleaning device in the flue through two long connecting pipes, and fixedly connecting a cleaning solution outlet of a cleaning solution output pump with a cleaning solution interface through the long connecting pipes;

s4, adjusting the position of the box body for cleaning to enable one end provided with the claw buckle part to be opposite to one surface connected with the installation rope, shifting the fourth rectangular connecting rod to enable the fourth rectangular connecting rod to rotate around the third rotating shaft, and adjusting the position to enable the two claw buckle parts in the two rectangular through holes to be respectively buckled with the installation ropes opposite to the positions;

s5, starting an air pump, a cleaning solution output pump and a fourth driving part, annularly ejecting gas from a plurality of air ejecting heads, rotatably ejecting cleaning solution, and continuously shocking four side surfaces of the vertical flue until the phenomenon that oil stains on the vertical flue are obviously washed down is observed after the four shocking plates can continuously shock the four side surfaces of the vertical flue;

s6, starting a third driving piece, and slowly lowering the cleaning device in the flue until the cleaning device is cleaned to the bottom of the vertical flue;

and S7, collecting and centralized treating the oil stains and cleaning solution falling in the vertical flue.

The invention solves the problems that potential safety hazards exist when the vertical flue outside the high-rise corridor is installed, multiple protection measures do not exist after the flue is installed, and the oil smoke accumulation in the vertical flue is difficult to clean.

The vertical flue individual 4 is matched with the flue installation auxiliary tool 6 and the installation ropes 7 to be used, so that when the vertical flue individual 4 is installed on a high floor, the hoisting difficulty is smaller, the safety is higher, the two installation ropes 7 are used as track ropes when the vertical flue individual is installed, after the installation is completed, the two installation ropes 7 can be finally remained inside the vertical flue individual 7, the whole vertical flue is connected in series and fixedly connected with the top surface of the floor, the protection of multiple layers is formed for the whole vertical flue, and the risk that the flue is blown away and falls off in a single mode in the case of typhoon weather is reduced. Cleaning device 3 can cooperate clearance appurtenance 2 in the flue, clears up the greasy dirt on the vertical flue, alleviates the burden on the vertical flue, can also reduce the vertical flue simultaneously and pile up the fire hazard that causes because of the greasy dirt.

With reference to fig. 1-23, a flue system comprises a floor indication body 1, a flue mounted on the floor indication body 1, wherein the flue is composed of a plurality of transverse flue individuals, a bent connection flue and a vertical flue individual 4; a fixing frame 5 matched with the vertical flue 4 is arranged on the side surface of the floor indication body 1, and an installation limiting groove 501 is arranged at the front end of the fixing frame 5;

the flue installation auxiliary tool 6 is used when the vertical flue individual 4 is to be installed on the side surface of the floor indication body 1;

two installation ropes 7 penetrate through the whole flue and are finally fixed on the top layer of the floor indication body 1, and the two installation ropes 7 are used as track ropes when the flue is installed;

the auxiliary cleaning tool 2 is used for cleaning the vertical flue 2;

cleaning device 3 in the flue, cleaning device 3 cooperation clearance appurtenance 2 in the flue clears up vertical flue.

The transverse flue individual in the invention, the bent connecting flue is generally used when the bottom layer is led out and the roof is connected, the installation difficulty is low, the invention belongs to the prior art, and the description is omitted.

The vertical flue individual 4 is matched with the flue installation auxiliary tool 6 and the installation ropes 7 to be used, so that when the vertical flue individual 4 is installed on a high floor, the hoisting difficulty is smaller, the safety is higher, the two installation ropes 7 are used as track ropes when the vertical flue individual is installed, after the installation is completed, the two installation ropes 7 can be finally remained inside the vertical flue individual 7, the whole vertical flue is connected in series and fixedly connected with the top surface of the floor, the protection of multiple layers is formed for the whole vertical flue, and the risk that the flue is blown away and falls off in a single mode in the case of typhoon weather is reduced. With reference to fig. 4-9, the vertical flue unit 4 includes a rectangular casing 401, rectangular flanges 402 are disposed at upper and lower ends of the rectangular casing 401, two trapezoidal grooves 403 are symmetrically disposed at an inner end of a front side of the rectangular flange 402 at an upper end of the rectangular casing 401, two round-end trapezoidal first protrusions 404 having rope holes in the middle are symmetrically and fixedly disposed on an inner surface of a front side of the rectangular casing 401 at positions right below the two trapezoidal grooves 403, a rectangular mounting plate 405 is disposed at a middle portion of an inner end surface of the front side of the rectangular casing 401, a limiting block 406 is disposed at an upper end of the rectangular mounting plate 405, an upper end of the limiting block 406 is horizontal, a lower end of the limiting block 406; a first sliding groove 407 is formed in the middle of the rectangular mounting plate 405, the first sliding groove 407 is rectangular and is concentric with the rectangular mounting plate 405 and has the same shape, first rectangular sliding blocks 409 are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side in the first sliding groove 407, the lower end of each first rectangular sliding block 409 extends into the first sliding groove 407, the upper end of each first rectangular sliding block 409 is exposed, a first circular through hole 408 is formed in the center of the exposed part of the upper end of each first rectangular sliding block 409, two first hinge bases 411 are symmetrically arranged on the front and back of the surface of each first rectangular sliding block 409 facing the center of the rectangular mounting plate 405, a first connecting rod 412 is rotatably arranged between the two first hinge bases 411 on the left first rectangular sliding block 409, and two second hinge bases 413 are symmetrically arranged on the front and back of the right end; a second connecting rod 410 is rotatably arranged between two first hinge bases 411 on a first rectangular sliding block 409 positioned at the right side, two third hinge bases 414 are symmetrically arranged at the front and back of the left end surface of the second connecting rod 410, the two third hinge bases 414 are positioned between two second hinge bases 413, hinge holes are arranged between the two third hinge bases 414 and the two second hinge bases 413, hinge shafts 422 are arranged in the hinge holes, the two second hinge bases 413 and the two third hinge bases 414 are respectively and rotatably connected with the hinge shafts 422, a first rope pulling ring 415 arranged towards the lower side is arranged in the middle of the hinge shafts 422, the second rope pulling ring 416 arranged towards the lower side is arranged in the middle of the rectangular mounting plate 405, the size of the second rope pulling ring 416 is larger than that of the first rope pulling ring 415, two second convex blocks 417 with rope holes in the middle are symmetrically arranged at the position of the bottom of the rectangular housing 401 opposite to the limit position of the first convex block 404, the shape of the position of the second bump 417 on the lower portion of the rectangular flange 402 is matched with the shape of the trapezoidal groove 403, and the outer end face of the side wall of the rectangular shell 401 far away from the rectangular mounting plate 405 is fixedly connected with a clamping plate capable of clamping with the mounting limiting groove 501. The second projection 417 is opposite to the first projection 404, the rope hole between the two projections is used for connecting the installation rope 7, and can also be used as a positioning element when being installed, and the two trapezoidal grooves 403 of the vertical flue unit 4 installed in the previous position are clamped with the two second projections 417 at the bottom when the next vertical flue unit 4 is installed, so that the positioning effect is realized when the vertical flue unit 4 is installed. The clamping plate is clamped with the installation limiting groove 501 to limit the vertical flue body 4 in the common prior art, and details are omitted here, and the clamping plate is drawn in the drawings of the embodiment and is not described with additional marks.

Referring to fig. 7-15, the flue installation auxiliary tool 6 includes a first driving member 601, the first driving member 601 is fixedly disposed at the top of the floor indication body 1, a first rotating shaft 602 is fixedly disposed at an output end of the first driving member 601, a first winding wheel 603 with a larger diameter on both sides is fixedly disposed at a distal end of the first rotating shaft 602, a first mounting seat 606 with a long strip-shaped opening in the middle of an upper portion thereof is disposed at a side of the first winding wheel 603 facing away from the first driving member 601, a first driving lever 605 is rotatably connected to an upper portion of the first mounting seat 606, a second through hole 610 is disposed at a position of the first mounting seat 606 opposite to the first rotating shaft 602 in horizontal position, a second rotating shaft 609 is rotatably disposed in the second through hole 610, a second through hole 610 extends from left to right of the second rotating shaft 609, a second winding wheel 604 with a same shape as the first winding wheel is fixedly disposed, the opposite surfaces of the first rope winding wheel 603 and the second rope winding wheel 604 are high-friction resistance surfaces, transmission can be carried out during fitting, the other end of the second rotating shaft 609 is rotatably connected with a first shaft sleeve 608, the upper part of the first shaft sleeve 608 is rotatably connected with a first sliding shell 607, a sliding groove matched with the shape of the first driving lever 605 is arranged in the first sliding shell 607, and the first driving lever 605 can rotate around the rotating connection part with the first mounting seat 606 and can slide up and down in the first sliding shell 607; the auxiliary tool 6 for installing the flue further comprises a first pulling rope 8 and a second pulling rope 9, the first pulling rope 8 is wound on the first rope winding wheel 603, the tail end of the first pulling rope 8 is fixedly connected with the first rope winding wheel 603, the other end of the first pulling rope 8 is provided with a first movable annular buckle 801, the second pulling rope 9 is wound on the second rope winding wheel 604, the tail end of the second pulling rope is fixedly connected with the second rope winding wheel 604, the other end of the second pulling rope 9 is provided with a second movable annular buckle 901, the left end of the position on the ground at the bottom of the floor indication body 1, which is positioned on the same vertical plane with the installation direction of the flue, is provided with a second driving piece 611, the right side of the second driving piece 611 is provided with two first mounting plates 612, the middle of the first mounting plate 612 close to the second driving piece 611 is provided with a third through hole with the same diameter as the output end of the second driving piece 611, the output end of the second driving piece 611 passes through the third through hole, the output end of the second, the other end of the third pulley 613 is rotatably connected to a first mounting plate 612 remote from the second drive element 611. When the flue is to be installed, the horizontal flue individual and the bent connection flue at the bottom are installed firstly, the size of the horizontal flue individual and the bent connection flue is matched with the size of the vertical flue individual 4, and the installation of the horizontal flue individual and the bent connection flue is simple in the prior art and is not described in detail herein. When the vertical flue individual is installed on the floor indication body 1, the first driving piece 601, the first rope winding wheel 603, the second rope winding wheel 604, the installation seat 606 and the like are firstly installed on the top of the floor indication body 1 together with the fixed connecting parts thereof, the position of the vertical surface is unified with the position of the vertical flue individual 4 to be installed, and the pulley base with two pulleys is installed at the upper end of the side wall of the floor indication body 1, on which the vertical flue individual is to be installed. The pulley base with the two pulleys is a common article, and reference numerals are not marked in the attached drawings, so that the detailed description is omitted. The second driving element 611, the first mounting plate 612, the third reel 613, and the like are installed on the bottom floor. When the parts are mounted, the fixing or the top of the screw bolt is fixed with some counterweight to bear certain tension without breaking away from the fixing. Then with first pulling rope 8 and the inside serving groove fixed connection of first serving wheel 603, second pulling rope 9 and the second serving wheel 604 serving groove fixed connection, then with first pulling rope 8 and the second other end of pulling rope 9 respectively through two pulleys on the pulley base, extend to the second driving piece 611 position on the bottom surface.

Then carry out the flue installation, the flue installation needs three people to carry out the installation in step, and one person controls second driving piece 603 in the bottom surface to carry out the transmission of connecting of the individual 4's of vertical flue bottom, carry out the flue installation on the individual 1 lateral wall of floor indication alone, one person carries out the control to first pulling rope 8 and second pulling rope 9 on the roof. As shown in fig. 10, when the first vertical flue is installed, two installation ropes 7 respectively pass through the rope holes in the first projection 404 and the second projection 417 on both sides and the first circular through hole 408 in the middle of the first rectangular sliding block 409, one end of the connection rope extends out of the flue to be fixedly connected with the ground or the wall, and the other end extends out of the vertical flue body 4, then the connection rope is turned over and extends to both sides of the third rope winding wheel 613, the fixing frame 5 is fixedly connected with the wall of the floor indication body 1 by bolts, and then the vertical flue body 4 is installed. When the vertical flue individual is installed towards the upper end, the vertical flue individual 4 and the fixing frame 5 are firstly tied on the ground, and are placed on the net to be lifted and conveyed without falling off, then as shown in fig. 10, two installation ropes 7 respectively enter from rope holes in a second bump 417 of the vertical flue individual 4, pass through corresponding first circular through holes 408, then the first movable annular buckle 801 of the first pull rope 8 is buckled with the first pull rope ring 415, the second movable annular buckle 901 of the second pull rope 9 is buckled with the second pull rope ring 416, pass through a plurality of vertical flue individuals 4 at the rear part in the same direction at one time, finally, the two installation ropes 7 are buckled with two rope running grooves of a third rope winding 613, and the second driving piece 611 is started to straighten the two installation ropes 7. At this time, a plurality of vertical flue individuals are arranged on the two installation ropes 7, and the uppermost vertical flue individual 4 is connected with the first pulling rope 8 and the second pulling rope 9.

After the two installation ropes 7 are tightened, the first shifting lever 605 is shifted clockwise to drive the first sliding shell 607 to rotate, and the second sliding shell 607 is driven to slide upwards on the first shifting lever 605 due to horizontal limitation of the second through hole 610, and meanwhile, the first shaft sleeve 608 is pushed to move towards the first installation seat 606 to push the second rotating shaft 609 to move, so that the second rope winding wheel 604 is pushed to contact with the side surface of the first rope winding wheel 603, and the first rope winding wheel 603 is rotated to drive the second rope winding wheel 603 to rotate. The first driving member 601 is started to rotate to drive the first rope winding wheel 604 to rotate, so as to drive the second rope winding wheel 604 to rotate, and the first pulling rope 8 and the second pulling rope 9 are pulled and stretched straightly respectively. Then, slow pulling is firstly carried out, the moving condition of the individual vertical flue 4 is observed on the bottom surface, if the left-right moving amplitude is increased when the individual vertical flue is pulled upwards, and the installation rope 7 does not shake, the first driving piece 601 is firstly stopped, the first driving lever 605 is rotated to separate the first rope winding wheel 603 from the second rope winding wheel 604, then the first driving piece 601 is slowly started, the first rope winding wheel 603 winds up the first pulling rope 8, the first rope pulling ring 415 is pulled, in combination with fig. 7, when the first rope pulling ring 415 is pulled, the articulated shaft 422 is driven to move, so that the first connecting rod 412 and the second connecting rod 410 are driven to rotate, the positions of the first connecting rod 412 and the second connecting rod 422 are arched in a triangular shape, the two first rectangular sliding blocks 409 are pulled to move towards the center in the first sliding grooves 407, the two connecting ropes 7 are gradually blocked between the first rectangular sliding blocks 409 and the limiting blocks 406 from the articulated shaft 407 to the first rectangular sliding blocks 409, the moving range of the two installation ropes 7 in the first circular through hole 408 is reduced, so that the vertical flue individuals 4 are more stable when being conveyed upwards. However, the pulling amount of the first pulling rope 8 cannot be too large, and the too large pulling amount causes the mounting rope 7 to be too tight, so that the vertical flue unit 4 is difficult to move on the mounting rope 7. After adjustment, the first shifting lever 605 is shifted again, the second rope winding wheel 604 and the first rope winding wheel 603 are attached to be in friction transmission, and the vertical flue body 4 is pulled upwards to the installation position to be installed. When the vertical flue body 4 is blown by strong wind power suddenly in the installation process, the installation rope 7 is clamped between the first sliding block 409 and the limiting block 406 in the adjustment mode, so that the vertical flue body 4 is prevented from sliding in the air, and the potential safety hazard is effectively reduced. After one vertical flue individual 4 is conveyed to the installation position, the person at the bottom controls the second driving piece 611 to rotate reversely for a certain distance, so that the two installation ropes 7 become loose, after the vertical flue individual 4 is installed, the two installation ropes 7 are tightened again, the first pulling rope 8 and the second pulling rope 9 are continuously lowered, and the conveying of the vertical flue individual moving downwards is continuously carried out. After the installation of several vertical flue individuals strung on the installation ropes 7 in the same batch, the two installation ropes 7 and the third rope winding wheel 613 are loosened, and several vertical flue individuals 4 moving down in batches are strung on the installation ropes 7 in the direction mentioned above to be installed until all the vertical flue individuals 4 are installed.

First pulling rope 8 is as main pulling force rope, and second pulling rope 9 is as supplementary pulling rope, mainly used to with the individual 4 of vertical flue and install the elasticity degree of being connected between the rope 7, can also carry out danger and avoid. Two installation ropes 7 not only can use as the track rope when the installation, can also play the protection limiting displacement to whole flue as the protection rope after the installation, prevent that the flue accident from droing, when can also regard as follow-up clearance in carrying out vertical flue, as the direction rope of cleaning device 3 motion in the flue.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the auxiliary cleaning tool 2 includes an air pump 201, the air pump 201 is disposed on the top of the floor indication body 1, two air outlets 202 are symmetrically disposed on one side of the air pump 201 facing to the flue installation position, a cleaning liquid output pump 203 is disposed on the side of the air pump 201 facing to the flue installation position, a cleaning liquid output port 204 is disposed on one side of the cleaning liquid output pump 203 facing to the flue installation position, a fixing frame 206 is disposed on the front side of the floor indication body 1 at the top of the air pump 201 and extends into the upper portion of the vertical flue after installation, the fixing frame 206 extends out of the flue part and extends towards two sides to be fixed with the ground, a triangular frame structure is disposed in the middle of the fixing frame 206, the front end inclines upwards.
