Background

The traditional composite hot pressing process in the PPTC industry adopts a mechanical hot pressing method, even if multiple layers of metal plates are heated in an electric heating mode, raw materials needing to be compounded are placed between two adjacent layers of metal plates and then are pressed into finished products through hydraulic equipment, and a group of finished products are manufactured after water cooling.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a PPTC (poly-p-phenylene terephthamide) continuous and automatic hot-pressing device, which aims to solve the problems of low efficiency, complex operation, high risk and adverse effect on the quality of a finished product caused by more manual intervention during the operation of a machine in the prior art.

The PPTC continuous automatic hot pressing device comprises a base, vertical plates, an adjustable hot pressing device, a feeding roller, a tensioning roller, a coiling roller and a guide roller, wherein the coiling roller, the tensioning roller, the feeding roller and the adjustable hot pressing device are sequentially arranged from front to back, the coiling roller, the tensioning roller and the feeding roller are all installed on the base through roller frames, the two vertical plates are symmetrically fixed at the rear end of the base, the adjustable hot pressing device is installed on the vertical plates, one end of a raw material is wound on the feeding roller, the other end of the raw material is wound on the adjustable hot pressing device and becomes a finished product after hot pressing, the finished product penetrates through the tensioning roller and then is wound on the coiling roller, and shafts of the tensioning roller and the coiling roller are both connected with motors.

s6, adjusting the height adjusting disc to control an output shaft of the worm wheel screw rod lifter to drive the lower side connecting block to move along the sliding groove on the vertical plate according to the information collected by the thickness sensor so as to adjust the gap between the fixed hot pressing roller and the movable hot pressing roller;
