Background

The tab is a raw material of a lithium ion polymer battery product. For example, the tabs are needed for mobile phone batteries, bluetooth batteries, notebook batteries and the like used in our lives. The battery is divided into positive and negative electrodes, the tabs are metal conductors leading out the positive and negative electrodes from the battery core, and the ears of the positive and negative electrodes of the battery are contact points during charging and discharging. This contact point is not the copper sheet that we see on the outside of the cell, but rather a connection inside the cell. The tab is divided into three materials, the positive electrode of the battery uses aluminum (Al) material, the negative electrode uses nickel (Ni) material, the negative electrode also has copper nickel (Ni-Cu) material, they are compounded by film and metal belt, as shown in figure 1.
