and controlling the disinfection liquid equipment to prepare the disinfection liquid with the target concentration.

4. The control method of a washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the washing machine is provided with a main water inlet valve, the sterilizing fluid equipment has a first water inlet provided with a first water inlet valve and a solution chamber;

the injecting water into the disinfecting liquid equipment according to the water inflow comprises:

opening the main water inlet valve and a first water inlet valve to inject water into the solution cavity through the first water inlet;

Background

With the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to the disinfection of clothes in the washing process. In daily life, disinfection is mainly realized by high temperature and a mode of adding disinfectant; however, the high temperature may cause damage to the laundry and increase the washing time to some extent; when the disinfectant is added manually, the addition amount cannot be accurately controlled, so that the disinfectant has overlarge taste or is not thoroughly disinfected. In addition, in the washing process, pigment stains such as lipstick, eye shadow, bloodstain and the like are difficult to wash. In summary, there is no room temperature disinfection method that can remove residual stains without adding a manual disinfectant.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a control method of a washing machine and the washing machine, so as to solve the problems that in the prior art, the addition amount is difficult to control when disinfectant is manually added, pigment stains are not thoroughly removed, clothes and a washing drum are not thoroughly sterilized, and the like.

As shown in fig. 4a and 4b, the present embodiment provides a washing machine 3 that can implement the control method of the above washing machine, including: a disinfecting liquid apparatus 1, a washing drum 31 and a controller;

preferably, the disinfecting liquid device 1 is arranged on the upper side of the washing barrel 31; the disinfectant equipment 1 is provided with a first water inlet 111 and a first liquid outlet 112, the first water inlet 111 can be externally connected with a water inlet pipe or connected with a main water inlet valve 32 of the washing machine 3, and the first liquid outlet 112 is directly or indirectly communicated with the washing barrel 31; specifically, the first water inlet 111 and the first drain port 112 are respectively disposed at the upper end and the lower end of the outer side wall of the disinfecting liquid apparatus 1;

a first water inlet valve 113 and a first liquid discharge valve 114 are respectively arranged at the first water inlet 111 and the first liquid discharge port 112;

the controller is respectively and electrically connected with the first water inlet valve 113, the first liquid discharge valve 114 and the disinfectant device 1, and can respectively control the water inlet quantity and the liquid discharge quantity of the disinfectant device 1 by controlling the opening time of the first water inlet valve 113 and the first liquid discharge valve 114, so as to ensure the water quantity required by preparing the disinfectant in the target concentration and the disinfectant quantity required by washing clothes to be disinfected; disinfectant in different concentration ranges can be prepared by controlling the running time of the disinfectant equipment 1; specifically, the controller controls the disinfectant equipment 1 to start and start timing, when the timing time reaches preset time, the controller controls the disinfectant equipment 1 to stop running, and when the preset time is different, the disinfectant equipment 1 can prepare disinfectant in different concentration ranges;

when the washing machine 3 runs the disinfectant target program, the controller controls the disinfectant device 1 to prepare the disinfectant with the corresponding target concentration and discharge the disinfectant into the washing drum 31, so that the washing machine 3 has a high-efficiency disinfection and washing effect.

Further, as shown in fig. 2a, fig. 2b, fig. 2c and fig. 3, the disinfecting liquid apparatus 1 includes a solution chamber 11 and an electrode 12, the solution chamber 11 is used for containing and preparing disinfecting liquid, and both the first water inlet 111 and the first liquid outlet 112 are communicated with the solution chamber 11; specifically, a solution cavity 11 is formed by enclosing the inner side wall of the disinfectant equipment 1; the electrode assembly 12 includes an anode 121 and a cathode 122 oppositely disposed at both sides of the bottom of the solution chamber 11; one ends of the anode 121 and the cathode 122 are electrode ends 123; the two electrode terminals 123 are respectively electrically connected with the controller, and disinfectant in different concentration ranges can be prepared by controlling the electrifying time of the anode 121 and the cathode 122.

Preferably, the other ends of the anode 121 and the cathode 122 are formed with electrode tabs 124; the electrode plate 124 is a spiral porous structure, and at least one part of the electrode plate is immersed in the disinfectant in the solution chamber 11; the contact area between the electrode plate 124 and the disinfectant is greatly increased by the spiral porous structure, so that the reaction amount is increased, and the preparation time of the disinfectant can be shortened under the condition of safe current.

The shape of the electrode sheet 124 is not limited, and may be a cylindrical shape, a sheet shape, or other structures that can improve the efficiency of preparing the disinfectant.

In some embodiments, the salt storage assembly includes a salt storage net 13 for storing chlorine salt required for preparing the sterilizing liquid; the user can manually add chloride salt into the salt storage net 13, and a plurality of chloride salts can be added at one time or added according to actual needs; when the disinfectant is prepared, a plurality of chlorine salts are added at one time, and after the saturated solution is obtained, a plurality of chlorine salts are remained in the salt storage net 13 for the next use; the bottom of the salt storage net 13 is communicated with the solution cavity 11, and chlorine salt in the salt storage net can be dissolved in water in the solution cavity 11 to generate chlorine salt solution; when the anode 121 and the cathode 122 are electrified, the chlorine salt solution is ionized to generate hypochlorite disinfectant; the salt storage assembly also comprises a salt storage net rack 14 which is of an annular structure and is arranged around the top of the solution cavity 11, the top of the salt storage net 13 is sleeved on the salt storage net rack 14 and is fixed, and the bottom of the salt storage net 13 extends to the bottom of the solution cavity 11; the salt storage net 13 can be taken up through the salt storage net rack 14 to carry out operations such as cleaning and salt discharging. Preferably, the chloride salt is sodium chloride.

Further, the disinfection apparatus 1 further comprises a top cover 15, wherein an air pressure hole 151 is formed on the top cover 15; the top cover 15 is used for sealing the solution cavity 11 when the disinfectant equipment 1 prepares disinfectant, and the air pressure hole 151 is used for keeping the internal and external air pressures of the disinfectant equipment 1 constant in the disinfectant preparation process, so that the internal pressure is prevented from being overlarge.

Different from the above-mentioned control of the water inflow of the disinfecting liquid equipment 1 by controlling the opening time of the first water inlet valve 113, in order to realize the control of the liquid level in the solution cavity 11, the disinfecting liquid equipment 1 further comprises a liquid level sensor, the liquid level sensor is electrically connected with the controller and transmits the detected liquid level value H0 to the controller, and the controller compares the detected liquid level value with the set liquid level adapted to the water inflow; when the level value H0 is equal to the set level value, the controller controls the first inlet valve 113 to close; the set level value is not limited, and can be set automatically according to actual conditions, and when the set level values are different, the solution cavity 11 can reach different levels.

In order to realize accurate control of the pH value of the disinfectant, the disinfectant device 1 further includes a pH sensor for detecting the pH value of the disinfectant in the solution chamber 11; the pH value sensor is electrically connected with the controller and transmits the detected pH value to the controller, and the controller compares the detected pH value with a set pH range; when the detected pH is within a set pH range, the controller controls the disinfectant equipment 1 to stop running so as to prepare the disinfectant within a corresponding concentration range; the set pH range is not limited, can be set automatically according to actual conditions, and disinfectant with different concentration ranges can be prepared when the set pH ranges are different.

As shown in FIG. 5, the concentration ranges of the disinfectant that can be prepared by the disinfectant apparatus 1 at least include C1, C2 and C3, wherein 0mg/L is not less than C1 and not more than 20mg/L, 35mg/L is not less than C2 and not more than 40mg/L, and 50mg/L is not less than C3 and not more than 60mg/L, and the preparation time required for the three types of disinfectant is T1, T2 and T3, wherein 5min is not less than T1 and not more than 15min, 10min is not less than T2 and not more than 20min, and 15min is not less than T3 and not more than 30 min.

The disinfection liquid target program of the washing machine 3 at least has a disinfection program, a brightening program and a self-cleaning program, and corresponds to the disinfection liquids with three concentration ranges of C1, C2 and C3 prepared by the disinfection liquid equipment 1 respectively, so that the disinfection and washing effects of the washing machine 3 are improved; the self-cleaning program is to wash the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface of the washing cylinder 31;

specifically, when the washing machine 3 is to run the disinfection program, the disinfection liquid equipment 1 is controlled to run for T1 time, so as to prepare the disinfection liquid with the concentration range of C1; when the washing machine 3 runs the disinfection program, the disinfection liquid with the concentration range of C1 is discharged into the washing drum 31, and then the clothes in the washing drum 31 are disinfected;

when the washing machine 3 is to run the brightening program, controlling the disinfection liquid equipment 1 to run for T2 time, and further preparing disinfection liquid with the concentration range of C2; when the washing machine 3 runs the brightening program, the disinfectant with the concentration range of C2 is discharged into the washing drum 31, and the clothes in the washing drum 31 are brightened;

when the washing machine 3 is to run the self-cleaning program, controlling the disinfectant equipment 1 to run for T3 time, and further preparing the disinfectant with the concentration range of C3; when the washing machine 3 runs the self-cleaning program, the disinfectant with the concentration range of C3 is discharged into the washing cylinder 31 to wash the inner and outer wall surfaces of the washing cylinder 31.

As shown in fig. 4a, 4b and 6, the washing machine 3 further includes a main water inlet valve 32, a second drain valve and a detergent box 2 in another preferred embodiment;

the main water inlet valve 32 is provided with a main water inlet 321 and at least one water outlet, and the main water inlet 321 is externally connected with a main water inlet pipe;

the detergent box 2 is arranged on the upper side of the washing drum 31 and is provided with a second water inlet, a first liquid inlet and a second liquid outlet; the first water inlet 111 is communicated with a water discharging port of the main water inlet valve 32 through a first water inlet pipe 331, and the first liquid discharging port 112 is communicated with a first liquid inlet of the detergent box 2 through a first liquid inlet pipe 341; a second liquid discharge valve is arranged at the second liquid discharge port and is communicated with the washing drum 31 through a second liquid inlet pipe 342; the second water inlet is communicated with the other water outlet of the main water inlet valve 32 through a second water inlet pipe 332; thus, the outside water enters the solution cavity 11 of the disinfection solution equipment 1 through the main water inlet pipe, the main water inlet valve 32, the first water inlet pipe 331 and the first water inlet 111; chlorine salt in the salt storage net 13 is dissolved in water to generate chlorine salt solution, the disinfectant equipment 1 operates to generate hypochlorite disinfectant under the electrolysis action of the electrode assembly 12; hypochlorite disinfectant enters the detergent box 2 through the first liquid outlet 112, the first liquid inlet pipe 341 and the first liquid inlet of the detergent box 2; the outside water enters the detergent box 2 through the main water inlet pipe, the main water inlet valve 32, the second water inlet pipe 332 and the second water inlet; the hypochlorite disinfectant is uniformly mixed with water in the detergent box 2 and enters the washing drum 31 through the second liquid discharge valve and the second liquid inlet pipe 342 to wash and disinfect clothes.

The main water inlet valve 32 is electrically connected with the controller, and the water inflow entering the disinfectant equipment 1 through the main water inlet pipe and the first water inlet pipe 331 is controlled by controlling the main water inlet valve 32 and the first water inlet valve 113; by controlling the main water inlet valve 32, the water inlet quantity entering the detergent box 2 through the second water inlet pipe 332 is controlled; the amount of the disinfectant entering the detergent box 2 through the first liquid inlet pipe 341 is controlled by controlling the first drain valve 114; the disinfectant and the detergent are mixed in the detergent box 2, and the amount of the disinfectant and the detergent entering the washing cylinder 31 through the second liquid inlet pipe 342 is controlled by controlling the second liquid outlet valve.

Example 3

The embodiment of the washing machine provided in embodiment 2 can also adopt the control method of embodiment 3, including:

s1, judging the operation program of the washing machine 3;

s2, before the washing machine 3 runs the disinfection program, the disinfection liquid equipment 1 is controlled to prepare disinfection liquid with the concentration range of C1 and the disinfection liquid is discharged into the washing barrel 31;

preferably, S2 includes:

controlling the main water inlet valve 32 and the first water inlet valve 113 to be opened, so that the outside water enters the solution cavity 11 through the first water inlet pipe 331, and acquiring a liquid level value H0 in the solution cavity 11;

when the level value H0 in the solution cavity 11 is greater than or equal to a first preset level value H1, controlling the main water inlet valve 32 and the first water inlet valve 113 to be closed;

controlling the disinfection liquid equipment 1 to run and time, and when the time T0 is greater than or equal to T1, controlling the disinfection liquid equipment 1 to stop running;

controlling the first liquid discharge valve 114 and the main water inlet valve 32 to open, so that the disinfectant in the solution cavity 11 enters the detergent box 2 through the first liquid inlet pipe 341 and is mixed with the water entering the detergent box 2 through the second water inlet pipe 332;

the second liquid discharge valve is controlled to be opened, so that the mixed liquid of the disinfectant and the water enters the washing cylinder 31 through the second liquid inlet pipe 342;

s3, controlling the washing machine 3 to operate a disinfection program;

s4, before the washing machine 3 runs the bright white program, the disinfection liquid equipment 1 is controlled to prepare disinfection liquid with the concentration range of C2 and the disinfection liquid is discharged into the washing cylinder 31;

preferably, S4 includes:

controlling the main water inlet valve 32 and the first water inlet valve 113 to be opened, so that the outside water enters the solution cavity 11 through the first water inlet pipe 331, and acquiring a liquid level value H0 in the solution cavity 11;

when the liquid level value H0 in the solution cavity 11 is greater than or equal to a second preset liquid level value H2, controlling the main water inlet valve 32 and the first water inlet valve 113 to be closed;

controlling the disinfection liquid equipment 1 to run and time, and when the time T0 is greater than or equal to T2, controlling the disinfection liquid equipment 1 to stop running;

controlling the first liquid discharge valve 114 and the main water inlet valve 32 to open, so that the disinfectant in the solution cavity 11 enters the detergent box 2 through the first liquid inlet pipe 341 and is mixed with the water entering the detergent box 2 through the second water inlet pipe 332;

the second liquid discharge valve is controlled to be opened, so that the mixed liquid of the disinfectant and the water enters the washing cylinder 31 through the second liquid inlet pipe 342;

s5, controlling the washing machine 3 to run a bright white program;

s6, before the washing machine 3 runs the self-cleaning program, the disinfectant equipment 1 is controlled to prepare disinfectant in the concentration range of C3 and the disinfectant is discharged into the washing barrel 31;

preferably, S6 includes:

controlling the main water inlet valve 32 and the first water inlet valve 113 to be opened, so that the outside water enters the solution cavity 11 through the first water inlet pipe 331, and acquiring a liquid level value H0 in the solution cavity 11;

when the level value H0 in the solution cavity 11 is greater than or equal to a third preset level value H3, controlling the main water inlet valve 32 and the first water inlet valve 113 to be closed;

controlling the disinfection liquid equipment 1 to run and time, and when the time T0 is greater than or equal to T3, controlling the disinfection liquid equipment 1 to stop running;

controlling the first liquid discharge valve 114 and the main water inlet valve 32 to be opened, so that the disinfectant in the solution cavity 11 enters the detergent box through the first liquid inlet pipe 341 and is mixed with the water entering the detergent box 2 through the second water inlet pipe 332;

the second liquid discharge valve is controlled to be opened, so that the mixed liquid of the disinfectant and the water enters the washing cylinder 31 through the second liquid inlet pipe 342;

and S7, controlling the washing machine to run a self-cleaning program.

In the embodiment, the different running times of the disinfectant device 1 are controlled to prepare the disinfectant in different concentration ranges, so that the disinfectant is suitable for different disinfection and washing procedures of the washing machine, and the application range of the disinfectant and the washing machine is expanded.

Example 4

The embodiment of the washing machine provided in this embodiment 2 can also adopt the control method of embodiment 4, and a pressure sensor is disposed on a washing drum of the washing machine, and is used for detecting the weight of laundry to be washed, including:

s1, the user puts the clothes to be washed into the washing drum 31, clicks on the control panel of the washing machine 3 to start, and the washing machine 3 starts to operate;

s2, detecting the weight of the clothes to be washed by the pressure sensor and transmitting the data to the controller, and calculating by the controller to obtain the required washing water amount;

s3, the controller controls the main water inlet valve 32 to be opened, and a part of outside water enters the detergent box 2 from the second water inlet pipe 332 to be mixed with detergent and enters the washing barrel 31 through the second liquid inlet pipe 342;

s4, the controller controls the washing machine 3 to run main washing, draining and dewatering programs in sequence;

s5, the controller controls the first water inlet valve 113 to be opened at the same time, and the other part of outside water enters the disinfection solution equipment 1 through the first water inlet pipe 331; the liquid level sensor detects a liquid level value H0 in the solution cavity 11 and transmits data to the controller, the controller compares the liquid level value with a preset liquid level value, and when the liquid level value H0 is equal to the preset liquid level value, the controller controls the first water inlet valve 113 to be closed;

s6, the controller controls the operation of the disinfectant equipment 1, the electrode 12 is electrified, the pH value sensor detects the pH value of the disinfectant in the solution cavity 11 and transmits data to the controller, and the controller compares the pH value with a set pH value range; when the pH value of the disinfectant is within the set pH value range, the controller controls the disinfectant equipment 1 to stop running, and the electrolysis is finished;

s7, the controller controls the washing machine 3 to operate a disinfection program, the controller controls the main water inlet valve 32 to be opened, and outside water enters the detergent box 2 through the second water inlet pipe 332;

s8, the controller controls the first liquid discharge valve 114 to open, and the disinfectant in the disinfectant equipment 1 enters the detergent box 2 through the first liquid inlet pipe 341 and is uniformly mixed with the water in the detergent box 2; the controller controls the second liquid discharge valve to be opened, and the mixed liquid of the disinfectant and the water enters the washing cylinder 31 through the second liquid inlet pipe 342;

s9, the washing machine 3 disinfects and washes the clothes in the washing drum 31;

s10, the controller controls the washing machine 3 to sequentially run drainage, dehydration, rinsing and dehydration programs;

and S11, finishing washing.
