Background

In order to increase the safe traffic of the travelling ship or the traveling crane, a warning device is usually installed at a high position above a bridge deck or at the bottom of the bridge above a water surface, and the warning device is used for reminding the travelling ship or the traveling crane to know the maximum traffic height of the bridge, so that the situation that the travelling ship or the traveling crane collides with the bridge due to too high height is avoided, or the warning device warns the travelling ship or the traveling crane to run at a reduced speed when weather is bad.

However, the existing bridge warning indicator has the following problems: when encountering hail or heavy rain and other extreme weather, the hail can impact the warning indicator, so that the warning indicator is damaged, and even directly destroys the warning indicator in serious conditions. Rainwater brought by heavy rain can easily enter the inside of the alarm, so that the internal circuit of the alarm is short-circuited. In summary, the existing bridge warning device has poor survivability in extreme weather such as hail or rainstorm.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a bridge warning indicator, which has a good survivability in extreme weather such as hail or rainstorm.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a bridge warning indicator, comprising:

the box body is arranged on the bridge and is provided with an opening at the bottom;

the first guide rail is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the box body along the longitudinal direction;

the first sliding block is arranged on the first guide rail and is in sliding connection with the first guide rail, and a warning lamp is mounted on the first sliding block;

the two transmission assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides of the first guide rail and comprise a second guide rail, a second sliding block and a connecting rod, the second guide rail is transversely and fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the box body, the second sliding block is arranged on the second guide rail and is in sliding connection with the second guide rail, the first end of the connecting rod is hinged with the first end of the second sliding block, and the second end of the connecting rod is hinged with one side of the first sliding block;

the two driving assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides of the first guide rail, each driving assembly comprises an accommodating groove, a first permanent magnet and a first electromagnet, the accommodating grooves are transversely arranged and are in sliding connection with the second ends of the second sliding blocks on the same side, the first permanent magnets and the first electromagnets are oppositely arranged, the first permanent magnets are arranged at the second ends of the second sliding blocks on the same side, and the first electromagnets are arranged in the accommodating grooves; and

the power supply and the controller are fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the box body, and the controller is electrically connected with the first electromagnet.

The working principle and the beneficial effects of the scheme are as follows:

1. according to the bridge warning device provided by the invention, when the bridge warning device encounters extreme weather such as hail or rainstorm and the like, the controller energizes the first electromagnet, so that the first electromagnet and the first permanent magnet in the two driving assemblies are mutually attracted, the two second sliding blocks respectively move towards the left side and the right side, and the first sliding block and the warning lamp move upwards under the action of the two connecting rods. When the connecting rod is in a horizontal state, the controller cuts off the power of the second electromagnet, so that the second electromagnets in the two guide assemblies are separated from the second permanent magnet, and the rack on the third sliding block is just meshed with the gear on the transmission rod. And then the controller changes the current direction of the first electromagnet, so that the first electromagnet and the first permanent magnet in the two driving assemblies repel each other, and the two second sliding blocks gradually approach the first guide rail. When the second slider just moved, under the effect of rack and pinion and two connecting rods, first slider can receive ascending effort for first slider and warning light continue upwards to remove, until hiding completely into the box in. Detailed Description

The following is further detailed by way of specific embodiments: as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a bridge warning indicator, which includes a box 10, a first rail 11, a first slider 12, a transmission assembly 20, a driving assembly 30, a power source 40, and a controller 50.

The box body 10 is installed on the bridge 60 and has an open bottom.

The first guide rail 11 is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the cabinet 10 in the longitudinal direction.

The first sliding block 12 is arranged on the first guide rail 11 and is connected with the first guide rail 11 in a sliding mode, and the warning lamp 13 is installed on the first sliding block 12.

The transmission assemblies 20 have two, and the two transmission assemblies 20 are respectively disposed at both sides of the first guide rail 11. Specifically, the transmission assembly 20 includes a second guide rail 21, a second slider 22, and a connecting rod 23. The second guide rail 21 is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the casing 10 in the lateral direction. The second slider 22 is disposed on the second rail 21 and slidably connected to the second rail 21. A first end of the connecting rod 23 is hinged to a first end of the second slider 22, and a second end of the connecting rod 23 is hinged to one side of the first slider 12.

The driving assemblies 30 have two, and the two driving assemblies 30 are respectively disposed at both sides of the first guide rail 11. Specifically, the driving assembly 30 includes a receiving groove 31, a first permanent magnet 32, and a first electromagnet 33. The accommodating groove 31 is transversely arranged and is connected with the second end of the second sliding block 22 at the same side in a sliding manner. The first permanent magnet 32 and the first electromagnet 33 are oppositely arranged, the first permanent magnet 32 is installed at the second end of the second sliding block 22 at the same side, and the first electromagnet 33 is installed in the accommodating groove 31. When the first electromagnet 33 is energized, the second slider 22 can be controlled to move left and right on the second guide rail 21.

The power source 40 and the controller 50 are both fixedly installed on the inner wall of the box body 10, and the controller 50 is electrically connected with the first electromagnet 33.

During normal operation, the two second sliding blocks 22 are located at positions close to the first guide rail 11, and at this time, the first sliding block 12 and the warning light 13 are exposed downwards from the bottom of the box body 10, so that light emitted by the warning light 13 can be observed by a boat or a crane.

When extreme weather, such as hail or rainstorm, is encountered, the operator sends a signal to the controller 50 through a remote controller or the like, so that the controller 50 starts to operate. First, the controller 50 energizes the first electromagnet 33, so that the first electromagnet 33 and the first permanent magnet 32 attract each other,

and then the two second sliding blocks 22 move to the left and right sides respectively, and the first sliding block 12 and the warning light 13 move upwards under the action of the two connecting rods 23. When the connecting rod 23 is in a horizontal state, most of the warning light 13 is shielded by the box body 10, so hail and rainwater are not easy to directly contact the warning light 13, and the invention has better viability.

Since the warning device is installed at a high position above the bridge deck or at the bottom of the bridge above the water surface, the driving assembly 30 of the present invention uses the first electromagnet 33 and the first permanent magnet 32 as power sources to drive the respective components to move. Compared with the traditional power sources such as a motor or an air cylinder, the whole weight is greatly reduced, the carrying and the installation of workers are facilitated, otherwise, the installation of a heavier warning indicator on the bridge 60 is extremely difficult.

In one embodiment, a sealing plate 34 is mounted on each receiving groove 31. The sealing plate 34, the receiving groove 31 and the second end of the second slider 22 on the same side as the first rail 11 together form a sealed space therebetween. The sealing plate 34 and the groove wall of the accommodating groove 31 are provided with a plurality of small ventilation holes 35, and the sealing space is communicated with the outside through the small ventilation holes 35. Like this, when second slider 22 moved about under the effect of first electro-magnet 33 and first permanent magnet 32, according to the principle of aperture throttle, sealed space's air can be followed these ventage apertures 35 and passed in and out, and then made second slider 22 slow movement for the removal of second slider 22 is more steady, and can not slide fast under the effect of first electro-magnet 33 and first permanent magnet 32, has improved stability.

In one embodiment, two guide assemblies 70 are further included, one on each side of the first rail 11. Specifically, the guide assembly 70 includes a first mounting block 71, a third guide rail 72, a third slider 73, a second permanent magnet 74, a second electromagnet 75, a rack 76, and a gear 77. The first mounting block 71 is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the casing 10 and positioned above the second rail 21. The third rail 72 is fixedly mounted on the first mounting block 71 in the longitudinal direction. The third slider 73 is disposed on the third rail 72 and slidably connected to the third rail 72. A second permanent magnet 74 is mounted on top of the third rail 72 and a second electromagnet 75 is mounted on top of the third slider 73 and is electrically connected to the controller 50. A rack 76 is fixedly installed on the top of the third slider 73 in the longitudinal direction, and a gear 77 is fixedly installed on the first end of the connecting rod 23 and can be engaged with the rack 76.

When the connecting rod 23 is in the horizontal state, the controller 50 de-energizes the second electromagnet 75, so that the second electromagnet 75 in the two guide assemblies 70 is out of contact with the second permanent magnet 74, and the third slider 73 falls under the action of gravity, at which time the rack 76 on the third slider 73 just meshes with the gear 77 on the transmission rod 15. The controller 50 then changes the direction of the current to the first electromagnet 33 such that the first electromagnet 33 and the first permanent magnet 32 in the two driving assemblies 30 repel each other, thereby gradually moving the two second sliding blocks 22 close to the first guide rail 11. When the second slide block 22 just moves, under the action of the gear 77, the rack 76 and the two connecting rods 23, according to the stress analysis, the first slide block 12 is subjected to upward traction force, so that the first slide block 12 and the warning light 13 continue to move upward until being completely hidden in the box body 10. Therefore, the possibility of direct contact between hail and rain and the warning light 13 is further reduced, and the invention has better viability.

In one embodiment, two locking assemblies 80 are further included, one on each side of the first rail 11. Specifically, the locking assembly 80 includes a second mounting block 81, a fourth guide rail 82, a fourth slider 83, a third permanent magnet 84, and a third electromagnet 85. The second mounting block 81 is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the casing 10 and located above the second rail 21. The fourth guide rail 82 is fixedly installed on the second installation block 81 in the longitudinal direction. The fourth slider 83 is disposed on the fourth guide rail 82 and slidably connected to the fourth guide rail 82, the bottom of the first slider 12 is fixedly mounted with a locking block 86, the third permanent magnet 84 is mounted on the top of the fourth guide rail 82, and the third electromagnet 85 is mounted on the top of the fourth slider 83 and electrically connected to the controller 50.

The top of the second guide rail 21 is provided with a locking groove 25 extending downwards, and the top of the second sliding block 22 is provided with a slot 24. The locking slot 25 and the insertion slot 24 are each the same size as the locking block 86. The locking block 86 can pass through the second slider 22 and then extend into the locking slot 25 to lock the second slider 22.

When the first sliding block 12 and the warning light 13 continue to move upwards until being completely hidden in the box body 10, the controller 50 cuts off the power of the third electromagnet 85, so that the third electromagnet 85 and the third permanent magnet 84 in the two locking assemblies 80 are separated from contact, the fourth sliding block 83 falls under the action of gravity, and at this time, the locking block 86 on the fourth sliding block 83 just passes through the slot 24 of the second sliding block 22 and then enters the locking slot 25, so as to lock the position of the second sliding block 22. Therefore, after the first sliding block 12 and the warning lamp are completely hidden in the box body 10, the first electromagnet 33 can stop working without being continuously electrified, and a lot of power sources 40 are saved.

It should be noted that, after the extreme weather such as hail or rainstorm is encountered, the resetting process is opposite to the above steps, and is not described herein again. However, during the resetting process, the second electromagnet 75 is not electrified all the time, and when the connecting rod 23 is in the horizontal state, the downward traction force is obtained by the gravity of the first sliding block 12 and the warning light 13, so that the first sliding block 12 and the warning light 13 are exposed downwards from the bottom of the box body 10 conveniently.

In one embodiment, two bottom plates 14 are provided on each side of the housing 10. One end of the bottom plate 14 is hinged with the bottom of the box body 10, and the bottom plate 14 is connected with the nearest connecting rod 23 through a transmission rod 15. A first end of the transmission rod 15 is hinged with the bottom plate 14, and a second end of the transmission rod 15 is hinged with the first sliding block 12.

When the first sliding block 12 and the warning light 13 move upwards, the opening at the bottom of the box body 10 is covered by the two bottom plates 14 under the action of the transmission rod 15, so that a closed box body 10 is formed. Due to the protection of the case 10, hail and rain are completely prevented from directly contacting the warning lamp 1315, further enabling the present invention to have better survivability.

In one embodiment, the housing 10 is formed with a light transmissive groove 16. The light of the warning lamp 13 can be emitted outward through the light-transmitting groove 16. A light-transmitting plate 17 is arranged in the light-transmitting groove 16, and the light-transmitting plate 17 is made of transparent materials. When the first sliding block 12 and the warning light 13 are completely hidden in the box body 10, the light emitted by the warning light 13 can still be observed by the outside due to the light-transmitting grooves 16 and the light-transmitting plates 17. Therefore, even in extreme weather such as hail or rainstorm, the warning lamp 13 can still work continuously to remind the driver of sailing or driving, and the safety of sailing or driving is further guaranteed.

In one embodiment, each component is made of light materials, so that the overall weight is further reduced, and the carrying and the installation of workers are facilitated.
