1. A heating roller device for removing bubbles is characterized by comprising an upper roller shaft, a lower roller shaft, a roller shaft connecting mechanism, a distance adjusting mechanism, a fixing mechanism and a temperature controller,

8. The heating roller device for removing air bubbles of claim 7, wherein the inner wall of the through hole is tapped with an internal thread, and the distance adjusting mechanism is a long screw nut.

9. The heating roller device for removing air bubbles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing means is provided with a slide groove in which a connecting bolt is provided.

10. The heating roller device for removing air bubbles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature controller controls the surface temperature of the lower roller shaft to be 100-120 ℃.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a heating roller, which is applied to the die cutting industry, in particular to a heating roller device for removing bubbles.

Background

With the development of technology, the requirements of die-cutting parts used on mobile phones are higher and higher. The handle film is arranged on the adhesive surface on one side of the PI product with the two sides being coated with the adhesive, and the PI product is relatively thick and hard, so that bubbles always exist on the handle surface of the finished product. This is because, during the processing, when the die cutter is used for punching, the air will be blown to the adhesive region of the product by the cutter when the cutter is used for punching and lifting, and air bubbles are generated on the product (the air bubbles are located between the handle film and the double-sided adhesive tape). The bubbles affect the customer's assembly, so if bubbles are generated, the processed product is regarded as rejected, which greatly increases the production cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art and an object of the present invention is to provide a heating roller apparatus for removing bubbles.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:

a heating roller device for removing bubbles, which comprises an upper roller shaft, a lower roller shaft, a roller shaft connecting mechanism, a distance adjusting mechanism, a fixing mechanism and a temperature controller,

the two ends of the upper roll shaft and the lower roll shaft are connected through the roll shaft connecting mechanism to form a roll shaft group with adjustable distance,

the distance adjusting mechanism is arranged in the roller shaft connecting mechanism in a penetrating way to adjust the distance between the upper roller shaft and the lower roller shaft,

the fixing mechanism is connected to the bottom of the roller shaft connecting mechanism,

and the temperature controller is connected with the lower roll shaft to adjust the temperature of the lower roll shaft.

The upper roll shaft is an aluminum roll shaft.

The lower roll shaft is a rubber roll shaft.

And an electric heating wire or a thermal resistor is arranged in the lower roll shaft.

The electric heating wire or the thermal resistor is connected with the temperature controller.

The roller shaft connecting mechanism consists of an upper roller shaft connecting mechanism and a lower roller shaft connecting mechanism, and through holes corresponding to the positions of the upper roller shaft connecting mechanism and the lower roller shaft connecting mechanism are formed in the middle of the upper roller shaft connecting mechanism and the lower roller shaft connecting mechanism.

The distance adjusting mechanism penetrates through the through hole, and the distance between the upper roller shaft connecting mechanism and the lower roller shaft connecting mechanism is adjusted through the rotating distance adjusting mechanism.

The inner wall of the through hole is tapped with an internal thread, and the distance adjusting mechanism is a long screw nut.

The fixing mechanism is provided with a sliding groove, and a connecting bolt is arranged in the sliding groove.

The temperature controller controls the surface temperature of the lower roll shaft to be 100-120 ℃.

Compared with the prior art, the invention is arranged on the laminating machine, the temperature of the heating roller is adjusted to be between 100 DEG and 120 DEG, the bearing film coated with the product passes through the heating roller, and the bubbles are lost through heat conduction. Because the main material PI of the product can resist the high temperature of more than 200 ℃, the passing time of the product is very short (instantaneous passing) when the product passes through the heating roller, the material characteristics of the product cannot be damaged, when the heating roller is not used, the produced product has bubbles, the reject ratio reaches more than 15%, the heating roller device is added to eliminate the bubbles on the product, the requirement of a client is met, and the yield of the product is improved.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following examples will assist those skilled in the art in further understanding the invention, but are not intended to limit the invention in any way. It should be noted that variations and modifications can be made by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention. All falling within the scope of the present invention.

Examples

A heating roller device for removing bubbles is structurally shown in figure 1 and comprises an upper roller shaft 1, a lower roller shaft 2, a roller shaft connecting mechanism, a distance adjusting mechanism 3, a temperature controller 4, a fixing mechanism 5 and the like. Two ends of the upper roller shaft 1 and the lower roller shaft 2 are connected through a roller shaft connecting mechanism to form a roller shaft group with adjustable distance. The roller shaft connecting mechanism consists of an upper roller shaft connecting mechanism 6 and a lower roller shaft connecting mechanism 7 which are respectively used for connecting the upper roller shaft 1 and the lower roller shaft 2. The middle parts of the upper roller shaft connecting mechanism 6 and the lower roller shaft connecting mechanism 7 are provided with through holes corresponding in position for inserting the distance adjusting mechanism 3, and the distance between the upper roller shaft connecting mechanism 6 and the lower roller shaft connecting mechanism 7 is controlled by the distance adjusting mechanism 3, so that the distance between the upper roller shaft 1 and the lower roller shaft 2 is adjusted.

In the embodiment, the upper roller shaft 1 is an aluminum roller shaft, the lower roller shaft 2 is a rubber roller shaft, and the lower roller shaft 2 is internally provided with an electric heating wire or a thermal resistor, so that the surface of the lower roller shaft 2 can be heated, the electric heating wire or the thermal resistor is connected with the temperature controller 4, the temperature controller 4 is used for adjusting the surface temperature of the lower roller shaft 2, the surface temperature of the lower roller shaft 2 is controlled to be 100 plus 120 ℃, the product has bubbles when the heating roller is not used, the reject ratio reaches above 15 percent, the heating roller device is increased, the bubbles on the product can disappear, the requirement of customers is met, and the yield of the product is improved.

The inner walls of the through holes formed in the used upper roller shaft connecting mechanism 6 and the used lower roller shaft connecting mechanism 7 are tapped with internal threads, the used distance adjusting mechanism 3 is a long screw nut, the distance between the upper roller shaft connecting mechanism 6 and the lower roller shaft connecting mechanism 7 is adjusted through the rotating distance adjusting mechanism 3, the distance between the upper roller shaft connecting mechanism 1 and the lower roller shaft connecting mechanism 2 is further adjusted, and the adjustment is convenient to adjust according to the thickness of a processed product.

When the heating roller device is used, the heating roller devices can be installed on the laminating machine through the fixing mechanism 5, wherein a sliding groove is formed in the fixing mechanism 5, and a connecting bolt is arranged in the sliding groove, so that the installation positions of the heating roller devices can be flexibly adjusted. After the heating roller device is fixed, the temperature controller 4 is opened, and a bearing film of a product passes through the space between the upper roller shaft 1 and the lower roller shaft 2; adjusting the temperature on the temperature controller 4 to reach the required temperature; the gap between the upper roll shaft 1 and the lower roll shaft 2 is adjusted by rotating the distance adjusting mechanism 3, and a proper gap is found; and opening an operation switch of the laminating machine, driving the product to move forwards by the carrier film, adjusting the temperature of the lower roller shaft 2 to be between 100 DEG and 120 DEG, enabling the carrier film coated with the product to pass through the upper roller shaft 1 and the lower roller shaft 2, and removing bubbles on the surface of the product through heat conduction.
