A bag-making packaging device is characterized by comprising a rack, wherein the rack is connected with a feeding pipe, a packaging film is coated on the periphery of the feeding pipe, a side sealing device is arranged on the side of the packaging film, and an end sealing device is arranged below the packaging film; the side sealing device comprises a first clamping piece, a second clamping piece and a first driving device for driving the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece to approach or separate from each other, and the first clamping piece and/or the second clamping piece are/is provided with a first heating device;

the lifting mechanism drives the side sealing device to move vertically;

an end sealing device is arranged below the feeding pipe, the end sealing device comprises a third clamping piece, a fourth clamping piece and a third driving device for driving the third clamping piece and the fourth clamping piece to approach or separate from each other, and a second heating device is arranged on the third clamping piece and/or the fourth clamping piece;

when bags are made, the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece clamp the side edges of the packaging film to enable the two opposite side edges of the packaging film to be overlapped, the first heating device heats the side edges of the packaging film to enable the packaging film to be sealed, the lifting mechanism drives the side sealing device to clamp the packaging film to move downwards, the packaging film penetrates through the space between the third clamping piece and the fourth clamping piece, the third driving device drives the third clamping piece or/and the fourth clamping piece to clamp the lower end of the packaging film, and the second heating device heats the packaging film to seal the opening.

The bagging and packaging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the packaging film is in a roll form before use, and the roll-form packaging film is disposed on the frame by a material placement rod; a first rotating roller and a second rotating roller are arranged on the rack, a fourth driving device drives the first rotating roller or the second rotating roller to rotate, a pressing rod is arranged below the first rotating roller or the second rotating roller, and the pressing rod is connected with the rack in a vertical sliding mode; the first rotating roller and the second rotating roller clamp the packaging film, and the first rotating roller or the second rotating roller rotates to enable the packaging film pulled out from the rolled packaging film to downwards wind around the pressure rod and then upwards wind around the third roller.

3. The bagging and packaging apparatus of claim 1 wherein the feed tube extends into the recess and the packaging film is disposed between the recess and the feed tube.

4. A bagging and packaging apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the recess is formed along the periphery of a wheel which is rotatably mounted to the frame.

The bagging and packaging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a slide block, a slide rail slidably connected to the slide block, a motor, a lead screw, and a nut threadedly connected to the lead screw; the motor drives the screw rod, the slide rail is fixedly connected with the rack, the nut is fixedly connected with the sliding block, and the sliding block is fixedly connected with the side sealing device.

6. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a mounting table for mounting the end seal, the mounting table having two concentric arcuate slots, the end seal having two guide posts disposed in the arcuate slots, the end seal moving along the arcuate slot path.

7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the arcuate slot defines an opening at a center thereof.

The bag-making and packaging device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a pin, wherein the pin has the same direction of movement as the third clamping piece or the fourth clamping piece, the third clamping piece or the fourth clamping piece is provided with a vacant position for the pin to pass through, and the fourth driving device is connected with the pin to push the pin to move.

A bagging and packaging apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or 6, wherein the number of said third drive means is two and two of said third drive means are fixedly connected to the base plate, one of said third drive means being connected to the third jaw, the other of said third drive means being connected to the fourth jaw by a tie bar which is movably connected to the base plate.

10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the guide posts are attached to the base plate.

Technical Field

The invention particularly relates to bagging and packaging equipment.

Background

The existing bag-making and packaging equipment mainly adopts the following two modes in a pull-down structure of a packaging film: one is that a belt is tightly attached to a packaging film, the belt is used for friction transmission of the packaging film, the structure completely depends on the friction force of the belt during transmission, slipping easily occurs during transmission, so that the transmission length is inaccurate, the packaging precision is affected, the loss of the belt is high, and the belt needs to be replaced about 3 months basically; the other type is that a clamping pull-down structure is arranged below the packaging film, the lower end of the packaging film is clamped by the structure and then pulled downwards, common packaging bags are all in a strip shape, the clamping pull-down structure only clamps the width side of the bag, so that the clamping area is very small, the lower end of the bag is easy to deform during pull-down, and the filling of materials in the later period is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the bag-making and packaging equipment which is reasonable in structural design and regular in bag making.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the bag-making packaging equipment comprises a rack, wherein the rack is connected with a feeding pipe, a packaging film is coated on the periphery of the feeding pipe, a side sealing device is arranged on the side of the packaging film, and an end sealing device is arranged below the packaging film; the side sealing device comprises a first clamping piece, a second clamping piece and a first driving device for driving the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece to approach or separate from each other, and the first clamping piece and/or the second clamping piece are/is provided with a first heating device; the lifting mechanism drives the side sealing device to move vertically; an end sealing device is arranged below the feeding pipe, the end sealing device comprises a third clamping piece, a fourth clamping piece and a third driving device for driving the third clamping piece and the fourth clamping piece to approach or separate from each other, and a second heating device is arranged on the third clamping piece and/or the fourth clamping piece; when bags are made, the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece clamp the side edges of the packaging film to enable the two opposite side edges of the packaging film to be overlapped, the first heating device heats the side edges of the packaging film to enable the packaging film to be sealed, the lifting mechanism drives the side sealing device to clamp the packaging film to move downwards, the packaging film penetrates through the space between the third clamping piece and the fourth clamping piece, the third driving device drives the third clamping piece or/and the fourth clamping piece to clamp the lower end of the packaging film, and the second heating device heats the packaging film to seal the opening.

The packaging film is in a roll shape before being used, and the roll-shaped packaging film is arranged on the rack through a material placing rod; a first rotating roller and a second rotating roller are arranged on the rack, a fourth driving device drives the first rotating roller or the second rotating roller to rotate, a pressing rod is arranged below the first rotating roller or the second rotating roller, and the pressing rod is connected with the rack in a vertical sliding mode; the first rotating roller and the second rotating roller clamp the packaging film, and the first rotating roller or the second rotating roller rotates to enable the packaging film pulled out from the rolled packaging film to downwards wind around the pressure rod and then upwards wind around the third roller.

Wherein, the conveying pipe stretches into the groove, and the packaging film is arranged between the groove and the conveying pipe.

The groove is formed along the outer edge of the round wheel, and the round wheel and the rack are rotatably arranged.

The lifting mechanism comprises a sliding block, a sliding rail connected with the sliding block in a sliding mode, a motor, a screw rod and a nut in threaded connection with the screw rod; the motor drives the screw rod, the slide rail is fixedly connected with the rack, the nut is fixedly connected with the sliding block, and the sliding block is fixedly connected with the side sealing device.

The end sealing device is provided with two guide columns, the two guide columns are arranged in the arc-shaped grooves, and the end sealing device moves along the track of the arc-shaped grooves.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the side sealing device clamps the side of the bag, namely the length direction, so that the clamping length is long, and the bag is not easy to deform when the side sealing device moves downwards, so that the bag prepared by the method is regular in shape and beneficial to later-stage material filling.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the bag making and packaging apparatus according to the present embodiment includes a frame 1, the frame 1 is connected to a feeding pipe 2, and the periphery of the feeding pipe 2 is wrapped with a packaging film, preferably, the packaging film is a rolled plastic film. A side sealing device 3 is arranged on the side of the packaging film, and an end sealing device 5 is arranged below the packaging film; the side sealing device 3 includes first clamping piece 31, second clamping piece 32 and drives first clamping piece 31 and the first drive arrangement 33 that second clamping piece 32 was close to mutually or was kept away from, as preferred, first drive arrangement 33 is the cylinder, and the cylinder sets up with frame 1 relatively fixed, and first clamping piece 31 or second clamping piece 32 are connected to the cylinder, and the cylinder operation drives first clamping piece 31 or the activity of second clamping piece 32, also can, and the cylinder is two, and two cylinders are for connecting first clamping piece 31, second clamping piece 32 respectively, drive first clamping piece 31 and second clamping piece 32 and are close to mutually or keep away from. The packaging film pulled down by the side sealing device 3 can pass through the space between the third clamping piece 51 and the fourth clamping piece 52, the third driving device 53 drives the third clamping piece 51 or/and the fourth clamping piece 52 to clamp the lower end of the packaging film, and the second heating device heats the packaging film to realize sealing. The material is poured into the packaging film from the feeding pipe 2, as preferred, the poured material is quantitative, then, the first clamping piece 31 and the second clamping piece 32 are far away from each other, the lifting mechanism 4 drives the side sealing device 3 to move upwards, the first clamping piece 31 and the second clamping piece 32 clamp the side edge of the packaging film again, the lifting mechanism 4 drives the side sealing device 3 to move downwards so as to pull down the packaging film, the third clamping piece 51 and the fourth clamping piece 52 of the end sealing device 5 are clamped, and the upper opening of the packaging film is sealed, so that a packaged package is formed. In this embodiment, the side of the packaging film that side seal device 3 presss from both sides tightly, also the side of wrapping bag, the length of clamping action is longer relatively, can reduce the deformation when the packaging film is tensile by a wide margin, and whole packing material is neat regular after the encapsulation.

In the embodiment, the packaging film is in a roll shape before being used, and the roll-shaped packaging film is arranged on the rack 1 through the material placing rod; a first rotating roller 11 and a second rotating roller 12 are arranged on the rack 1, a motor 13 drives the first rotating roller 11 or the second rotating roller 12 to rotate, a pressure rod 15 is arranged below the first rotating roller 11 or the second rotating roller 12, and the pressure rod 15 is connected with the rack 1 in a vertical sliding manner; the packaging film pulled from the packaging film in a roll shape passes between the first rotary roller 11 and the second rotary roller 12, then passes downwards around the pressure rod 15 and then passes upwards around the third roller 14. The compression bar 15 has been held up to the packaging film among this structure, and the packaging film can drive the compression bar 15 in transportation process and float to make the packaging film be in reasonable tension range.

In this embodiment, conveying pipe 2 stretches into in the recess 6, and the packaging film setting is between recess 6 and conveying pipe 2. In the structure, after a flat packaging film passes between the groove 6 and the feeding pipe 2, the packaging film is bent into a U shape under the influence of the shape of the groove 6.

Preferably, the groove 6 is arranged along the outer edge of a circular wheel, and the circular wheel is rotatably arranged with the frame 1. The packaging film drives the round wheel to rotate in the conveying process, the contact between the round wheel and the packaging film is rolling friction, and the resistance is reduced.

In this embodiment, the lifting mechanism 4 includes a slider 41, a slide rail 42 connected to the slider 41 in a sliding manner, a motor 43, a lead screw 44, and a nut 45 connected to the lead screw 44 by a thread; the motor 43 drives the screw rod 44, the slide rail 42 is fixedly connected with the frame 1, the nut 45 is fixedly connected with the slide block 41, the slide block 41 is fixedly connected with the side sealing device 3, specifically, the first driving device 33 of the side sealing device 3 is fixedly connected with the slide block 41, the first clamping piece 31 or the second clamping piece 32 can be movably arranged with the slide block 41, and then the other clamping piece is connected with the first driving device 33.

In this embodiment, the mounting table 54 for mounting the end sealing device 5 is further included, two concentric arc-shaped grooves 540 are arranged on the mounting table 54, the third driving device 53 of the end sealing device 5 is fixedly mounted on the base plate, specifically, the base plate is provided with two guide pillars, the two guide pillars are arranged on the arc-shaped grooves 540, and the end sealing device 5 moves along the track of the arc-shaped grooves 540. The base plate in the above structure can only rotate around the arc-shaped groove 540

In this embodiment, an opening is formed at the center of the arc-shaped slot 540.

In this embodiment, the device further includes a thimble 55, the moving direction of the thimble 55 is the same as that of the third clamping piece 51 or the fourth clamping piece 52, a vacant position for the thimble 55 to pass through is provided on the third clamping piece 51 or the fourth clamping piece 52, and the fourth driving device 56 is connected to the thimble 55 to push the thimble 55 to move.

In this embodiment, the number of the third driving devices 53 is two, the two third driving devices 53 are fixedly connected to the base plate, preferably, the two third driving devices 53 are arranged back to back, one third driving device 53 is connected to the third clamping piece 51, the other third driving device 53 is connected to the fourth clamping piece 52 through a pull rod, and the pull rod is movably connected to the base plate. Specifically, the base plate is provided with two guide posts arranged in the arc-shaped groove 540, and the rotation of the end sealing device 5 can adjust the position of the side seal, so that the side seal can be adaptively adjusted as required.
