when the ultraviolet disinfection component is assembled with the lifting rib 13, the push rod 233 needs to be pushed inwards through the hole on the side wall of the ultraviolet disinfection component, the spring 232 is compressed under the action of the push rod 233, the limiting part 231 is embedded into the limiting groove 131 of the lifting rib 13 until the clamping hook 2311 is clamped in the clamping groove 1311, the push rod 233 is released, the spring 232 restores to the original shape, the clamping hook 2311 is matched with the clamping groove 1311, and at the moment, the ultraviolet disinfection component is fixed on the lifting rib 13;

when the uv disinfection module is disassembled, the top rod 233 is pushed inwards through the hole on the sidewall of the uv disinfection module, the spring 232 is compressed under the action of the top rod 233, the hook 2311 is disengaged from the slot 1311, and then the position-limiting member 231 is pulled out of the position-limiting slot 131 along the radial direction.

< control method >

As shown in fig. 4, the control method of the washing machine sterilizing apparatus provided by the present embodiment includes:

s1, after the washing program of the washing machine is finished, the main wireless module and the sub wireless module establish communication;

s2, the main controller judges whether the communication is successfully established, if the communication is not successfully established, the wireless connection is failed to be displayed through the display screen, and an alarm signal A1 is sent out to remind a user that the disinfection and sterilization functions cannot be used; the user can select whether to continue drying through the display screen, and if the user selects to continue drying, the step jumps to S10; if the drying is not selected, the user checks the reason of the connection failure between the main wireless module and the sub wireless module;

s21, the user hears the alarm signal A1 and checks whether the ultraviolet lamp is installed correctly, and if the ultraviolet lamp is not installed correctly, the ultraviolet lamp is detached and installed again; if the installation is correct, go to step S22;

s22, checking whether the sub wireless module has a fault by a user, and if the sub wireless module has the fault, replacing the sub wireless module or the ultraviolet disinfection component;

s3, if the establishment is successful, the main controller starts timing, if the timing time T1 is greater than the preset time T0, the step S4 is jumped to; the user can operate the display screen to select whether to need sterilization or not within the preset time T0; if not, the ultraviolet lamp is in a standby state; if the selection is needed, jumping to step S4;

s4, the main wireless module sends start data to the sub wireless module, the control module judges whether the ultraviolet lamp is normal, if the ultraviolet lamp is in failure, the step S5 is skipped; if the ultraviolet lamp is normal, the sub wireless module sends normal data of the ultraviolet lamp to the main wireless module, and the step goes to step S9;

s5, the control module judges whether the circuit board has a fault, if so, the sub wireless module sends fault data to the main wireless module, displays that the ultraviolet lamp needs to be replaced in the display screen, and sends out an alarm signal A2 to remind a user of replacing the ultraviolet lamp; the user can select whether to continue drying through the display screen, and if the user selects to continue drying, the step jumps to S10; if the user chooses not to dry and changes the ultraviolet lamp, jumping to step S1;

s6, if not, the detection module detects the electric quantity Q0 of the ultraviolet lamp and transmits the detection result to the control module, and the control module judges whether the Q0 exceeds the preset electric quantity and decides whether to transmit the detection result to the main controller according to the judgment result;

s7, when the electric quantity Q0 of the ultraviolet lamp is larger than the first preset electric quantity Q1, the sub wireless module does not transmit data to the main wireless module, and the step S9 is skipped; when the electric quantity Q0 of the ultraviolet lamp is larger than a second preset electric quantity Q2 and smaller than a first preset electric quantity Q1, the sub wireless module transmits data with low electric quantity to the main wireless module, displays the residual electric quantity and the operable time in the display screen, and simultaneously sends out an alarm signal A3 to remind a user that the current electric quantity cannot complete the disinfection; the user can select whether to continue drying through the display screen, and if the user selects to continue drying, the step jumps to S10; if the user chooses not to dry, the user changes the ultraviolet lamp or charges the ultraviolet lamp;

s8, when the electric quantity Q0 of the ultraviolet lamp is smaller than a second preset electric quantity Q2, the sub wireless module transmits the data of insufficient electric quantity to the main wireless module, displays the insufficient electric quantity in the display screen, and sends out an alarm signal A4 to remind a user that the current electric quantity cannot start the ultraviolet lamp; the user can select whether to continue the drying operation through the display screen, and if the drying operation is continued, the step goes to S10; if the user chooses not to dry, the user changes the ultraviolet lamp or charges the ultraviolet lamp;

s9, the control module starts the ultraviolet lamp and disinfects, the sub wireless module transmits the disinfection started data to the main wireless module, and the disinfection started is displayed through the display screen;

s10, the main controller starts a drying program;

s11, after the drying program is finished, the main wireless module sends stop data to the sub wireless module, and the control module turns off the ultraviolet lamp;

s12, detecting module detects ultraviolet lamp 'S electric quantity to convey the testing result to control module, control module judges ultraviolet lamp' S electric quantity, if the electric quantity is low or not enough, then sub wireless module sends the insufficient data of electric quantity to main wireless module, and shows the electric quantity not enough in through the display screen, sends alarm signal A5 simultaneously, reminds the user in time to charge, in order to use next time.
