and controlling the rotating speed of the air supply fan according to the rotating speed of the rotating member.

Technical Field

Background

In order to facilitate the life of people and improve the life quality of people, more and more types of clothes treatment equipment are continuously emerged on the market, so that people can conveniently treat clothes. In recent years, as the number of laundry treating apparatuses increases, higher and higher demands are made on overall performance of the laundry treating apparatuses. In order to fully satisfy user's wrinkle removal demand, current a lot of clothing treatment facility all are provided with and tremble the wrinkle removal function that looses, through making clothing treatment facility stop the ratio operation with predetermineeing the commentaries on classics promptly to make clothing treatment facility can fully tremble the clothing and loose, thereby realize removing the wrinkle effect. The shaking process usually needs to last for a long time to achieve the wrinkle removing effect, the shaking process of the existing clothes treatment equipment even needs to last for more than ten hours, and the wet clothes are easily smelly and even possibly breed bacteria in the closed space for a long time, so that the user experience is seriously damaged.

Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new laundry treating apparatus and a control method thereof to solve the above-mentioned problems.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, i.e. to solve the problem that the conventional clothes treatment apparatus is likely to generate odor in the clothes during the shaking operation, the present invention provides a control method for a clothes treatment apparatus, the clothes treatment apparatus comprising a rotating member and an air supply fan, the rotating member being capable of stirring the clothes in the clothes treatment apparatus to rotate, the air supply fan being configured to supply air to the clothes in the clothes treatment apparatus, the control method comprising: acquiring a rotation condition of the rotating member during a shaking operation performed by the laundry treating apparatus; and selectively operating the air supply fan according to the rotation condition of the rotating member.

In a preferable aspect of the control method for a laundry treating apparatus described above, the step of "selectively operating the air supply fan according to a rotation condition of the rotating member" includes: and operating the air supply fan if the rotating member is in a rotating state.

In a preferable aspect of the control method for a laundry treating apparatus described above, the control method further includes: acquiring the weight of the clothes in the clothes treatment drum once every preset time in the process of executing shaking operation by the clothes treatment equipment; determining a spin-to-stop ratio of the rotating member according to a weight of laundry in the laundry treatment drum; causing the laundry treating apparatus to perform a shaking operation at the determined spin-stop ratio.

In a preferred aspect of the control method for a laundry treating apparatus described above, a weight of laundry in the laundry treating drum is positively correlated with a rotation-stop ratio of the rotating member.

In a preferable aspect of the control method for a laundry treating apparatus described above, the step of "operating the air supply fan if the rotation member is in a rotation state" further includes: acquiring the rotating speed of the rotating member; and controlling the rotating speed of the air supply fan according to the rotating speed of the rotating member.

In a preferable aspect of the control method for a laundry treating apparatus described above, the step of "selectively operating the air supply fan according to a rotation condition of the rotating member" further includes: if the rotating member is not in a rotating state, the air supply fan is not operated.

As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in the technical solution of the present invention, the laundry treatment apparatus of the present invention includes a rotating member and an air supply fan, the rotating member can stir the laundry in the laundry treatment apparatus to rotate, the air supply fan is configured to supply air to the laundry in the laundry treatment apparatus, and the control method of the present invention includes: acquiring a rotation condition of the rotating member during a shaking operation performed by the laundry treating apparatus; and selectively operating the air supply fan according to the rotation condition of the rotating member. It can be understood that, since the weight of the laundry is likely to be changed continuously during the process of the laundry processing apparatus performing the shaking operation, in the technical solution of the present invention, the laundry processing apparatus can re-determine the rotation-stop ratio of the rotating member once according to the weight of the laundry in the laundry processing drum every preset time, so that the rotating member can stop rotating after reaching the preset rotation speed no matter how much the weight of the laundry in the laundry processing drum is, thereby maximally ensuring the shaking and wrinkle removing effects of the laundry processing apparatus.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treatment apparatus is further capable of controlling a rotation speed of the air supply fan according to a rotation speed of the rotating member, and since the rotation speeds of the rotating member are different, sizes of gaps between the clothes in the laundry treatment drum are also different, and the laundry treatment apparatus is capable of controlling the rotation speed of the air supply fan accordingly, and preferably, when the rotation speed of the rotating member is smaller, a larger fan rotation speed is used, so as to effectively ensure that the laundry treatment apparatus can always have a good odor removal effect.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, during the laundry treating apparatus performing the shaking operation, the laundry treating apparatus may further control the sterilizing device to be always turned on so as to continuously perform the sterilization treatment on the laundry in the laundry treating drum.

Detailed Description

Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the steps of the method of the present invention are described herein in a particular order, these orders are not limiting, and one skilled in the art may perform the steps in a different order without departing from the underlying principles of the invention.

The following description will be made by taking the clothes treatment apparatus as a drum washing machine and the rotating member as an inner drum of the drum washing machine as an example, of course, this description is only exemplary, and it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the specific type of the clothes treatment apparatus, for example, the clothes treatment apparatus may also be a clothes dryer, a pulsator washing machine, a washing and drying machine, etc., can be set by themselves according to the actual use requirement, and the specific structure of the rotating member is adjusted accordingly, and the specific application objects are not deviated from the basic principle of the present invention, and the present invention falls into the protection scope.

s2: the air supply fan is selectively operated according to the rotation condition of the inner cylinder.

Further, in step S1, the controller can acquire a rotation condition of an inner drum of the drum washing machine during the shaking operation of the drum washing machine; it should be noted that the shaking operation described in the present invention may be a single program or a step attached to other programs, and the shaking operation described in the present invention is only required to be performed by the inner cylinder at a predetermined rotation/stop ratio to realize the shaking function. Of course, the present invention does not limit any specific correspondence relationship between the rotation speed of the inner cylinder and the rotation speed of the air supply fan, as long as the rotation speed of the inner cylinder is inversely related to the rotation speed of the air supply fan. After the rotation speed of the air supply fan is determined, step S106 is executed, i.e., the controller can control the air supply fan to rotate at the determined rotation speed. Because in the process of the drum washing machine executing the shaking operation, the controller controls the plasma generator to be always started, when the air supply fan rotates at the determined rotating speed, the plasma generated by the plasma generator and the aroma molecules generated by the aroma device can be quickly diffused into the inner barrel through the air supply duct and fully contact with the clothes in the inner barrel, so that the drum washing machine can remove wrinkles of the clothes in the inner barrel and can keep the clothes fragrant, namely, the clothes can be enabled to be full of aroma while being smooth, and the user experience is further improved to the maximum extent.

In addition, the controller can also acquire the weight of the laundry in the inner tub once every preset time during the shaking operation of the drum washing machine; it should be noted that, the technician can set the length of the preset time according to the actual use requirement, the present invention does not limit the manner of acquiring the weight of the laundry by the controller, and the technician can set the length of the preset time according to the specific structure of the drum washing machine. After acquiring the weight of the clothes, the controller can determine the rotation-stop ratio of the inner drum according to the weight of the clothes in the inner drum and enable the drum washing machine to execute shaking-up operation according to the determined rotation-stop ratio; wherein the weight of the fabric items in the drum is positively correlated to the spin-to-stop ratio of the drum. It can be understood that, since the weight of the laundry is likely to be changed continuously during the shaking operation, in the preferred embodiment, the controller can determine a rotation-stop ratio again according to the weight of the laundry in the drum at preset time intervals, so that the drum can stop rotating after reaching the preset rotation speed no matter how much the weight of the laundry in the drum is, thereby ensuring the shaking and wrinkle removing effects of the drum washing machine to the maximum extent. Of course, the technician can set the preset rotation speed according to the actual use requirement.

Finally, it should be noted that the above examples are all preferred embodiments of the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
