1. positioning; the development machine 5 runs to the working face and then stops;

2. anchoring; after the development machine 5 stops, the traction oil cylinders 3 of the two anchoring devices 7 and the reversing valves of the supporting oil cylinders 4 are opened, the traction oil cylinders 3 and the supporting oil cylinders 4 extend, so that the connecting beam 1 and the supporting beam 2 are pushed to be away from the development machine 5 until the supporting beam 2 adapts to an included angle between the development machine 5 and a roadway side wall and is tightly pressed on the side wall of the roadway, finally the traction oil cylinders 3 and the supporting oil cylinders 4 are locked, equipment is fixed on a ramp by reacting force of the roadway side wall on the equipment, the supporting beam 2 is in surface contact with the roadway side wall, large-area rock wall contact is realized, and damage to the roadway is greatly reduced;

3. carrying out operation; the development machine 5 performs operation;

4. withdrawing; after the operation of the heading machine 5 is completed, the traction oil cylinders 3 and the support oil cylinders 4 of the two anchoring devices 7 are simultaneously contracted to pull the connecting beam 1 and the support beam 2 to be close to the heading machine 5 until the connecting beam 1 and the support beam 2 are tightly attached to two sides of the heading machine 5, and finally the traction oil cylinders 3 and the support oil cylinders 4 are locked.
