1. A cylinder housing structure for a motorcycle, comprising:

Then, the requirement for surface processing of the connection and the joint of the cylinder shell and the cylinder is very high, the processing precision of the shell directly influences the movable friction of the piston of the cylinder and the air tightness of the cylinder shell, and the power generation and the use safety of an automobile or a motorcycle are directly influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve at least one technical problem in the prior art, and provides a motorcycle cylinder shell structure and a clamp for the same, which are beneficial to improving the machining precision of a cylinder shell and the product quality and have simple and practical structure.

The casing 100 is provided with a transmission cavity 110 for the cylinder piston to reciprocate, the shaft hole 120 is used for connecting and fixing the casing 100 and the cylinder, the first connecting surface 140 is a connecting and attaching surface of the casing 100 and the cylinder, the second connecting surface 150 is a connecting and attaching surface of the casing 100 and the cylinder cover, the supporting member 130 is arranged at one end of the transmission cavity 110, the supporting member 130 is designed to be an arc plate which is coaxial with the transmission cavity 110 and has the same inner diameter, the supporting member is used for fixing and supporting the casing 100 during machining, a plurality of connecting members 200 are further arranged around the outer wall of the casing 100, the connecting members 200 are arranged at the same height, when the casing 100 is machined, the casing 100 can be conveniently clamped and fixed by a clamp, and the casing 100 can be avoided.

The fixture comprises a base 300, a fixed seat 400, a positioning device 410 and a clamping device 500, wherein the fixed seat 400 is installed on the base 300, the positioning device 410 is arranged on the fixed seat 400, and the positioning device 410 is connected with the support 130 to realize rapid positioning and installation of a workpiece. The holding device comprises a clamping jaw 510 and a driving device 520, the driving device 520 is fixedly installed on the base 300, the installation position and the number of the driving device 520 are uniquely corresponding to the connecting piece 200, the clamping jaw 510 is connected with the driving device 520, the clamping jaw 510 is used for clamping the connecting piece 200 to fix the shell 100 on a clamp, the structure is simple and practical, the fitting surface of the shell 100 can be prevented from being abraded in the machining process of the motorcycle cylinder shell 100 to cause the reduction of the precision, and the machining quality of products is improved.

Further, the first connecting surface 140 and the second connecting surface 150 are both high-precision attaching surfaces, which is helpful for the housing 100 to be closely attached to other parts of the motorcycle.

Further, the four connecting members 200 are respectively disposed at four corners of the outer wall of the housing 100, so that the stability of the housing 100 during processing is improved by positioning and fixing the four corners, which is helpful for improving the processing quality and precision of the housing 100.

Further, the transmission cavity 110 is provided with two supporting members 130, and the supporting members 130 are oppositely disposed at the edge of the port of the transmission cavity 110, and are used for supporting the housing 100 on the fixing base 400 during machining, so as to prevent the housing 100 from shifting due to vibration generated during machining, and to improve the machining quality of the product.

It should be noted that, the connecting member 200 and the supporting member 130 are integrally connected to the housing 100 through a casting process, so that the production process can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

It should be noted that the number of the transmission chambers 110 is set according to the number of strokes of the motorcycle.

According to some embodiments of the present application, a first embodiment of the positioning hole is provided, as shown in fig. 4, the positioning device 410 is a positioning hole disposed on the fixing base 400, the positioning hole is connected with the supporting members 130 in a matching manner, a diameter L1 of the positioning hole is greater than a diameter L2 between the two supporting members 130, the supporting members 130 are inserted into the positioning hole, a depth of the positioning hole is less than a height of the supporting members 130, and a quick connection between the positioning hole and the supporting members 130 can be achieved.

According to some embodiments of the present application, a second embodiment of the positioning hole is provided, as shown in fig. 3, the positioning device 410 is a positioning circular truncated cone disposed on the fixing base 400, a diameter L1 of the positioning circular truncated cone is smaller than a diameter L2 between the two supporting pieces 130, an inner wall of each supporting piece 130 is connected to an outer wall of the positioning circular truncated cone, and a height of the positioning circular truncated cone is lower than a height of each supporting piece 130, so as to achieve fast docking between the positioning hole and the supporting piece 130.
