Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of surface spraying of a direction column, in particular to a surface spraying and curing device, process and using method of a motorcycle direction column.

Background

The motorcycle steering column has a steering assist function, and by which front shock absorption, a front wheel, and the like are combined with a frame, a handlebar, and the like, by which steering, and the like of the motorcycle are required to be accomplished.

The traditional direction column surface spraying process comprises the following steps: firstly, a workpiece is loaded on a fixed single sleeve tool by a spray hand, then powder is sprayed on the workpiece, two sundry workers clean the parts of the product which do not need to be powdered in turn, then the workpiece is taken out and hung on a rod in an oven, the traditional oven adopts the mode that the oven is fixed, the heating and the solidification can be carried out only after the oven is filled, and finally the product is taken out after the solidification and the cooling. The process has the defects that: the product needs to be taken into the oven to be hung, the moving range of workers is large, the labor intensity is high, and the production efficiency is low, and about 1500 products are produced in one shift; the oven uses electric heating which is costly.

An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a surface spraying and curing device, process and using method of a motorcycle steering column, aiming at the problems in the related art, so as to overcome the technical problems in the prior related art.

Therefore, the invention adopts the following specific technical scheme:

s1, cleaning the phosphatized workpiece, and putting the cleaned workpiece into a replaceable workpiece positioning sleeve of the spraying mechanism;

s2, performing surface powdering on the cleaned workpiece;

s3, cleaning the areas of the workpiece where powdering is not needed again;

s4, after cleaning is finished again, hanging the workpiece on a hook of the conveying chain, and enabling the workpiece to enter the oven through the conveying chain to achieve surface curing of the workpiece;

and S5, after the surface of the workpiece is solidified, putting the workpiece into a frame, and finishing the manufacturing process.

Further, in step S2, when the surface of the cleaned workpiece is powdered, the number of times of spraying the surface of the workpiece is 1-2 times.

Further, when the cleaned workpiece is subjected to surface powdering in S2, the thickness of the spray coating on the workpiece surface is 10 to 100 μm.

According to still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a surface spray curing method of using a motorcycle steering column, comprising the steps of:

putting a workpiece into a replaceable workpiece positioning sleeve, rotating a rotating disc, powdering the surface of the workpiece through a spraying chamber, and hanging the powdered workpiece on a hook of a conveying chain;

the conveying chain drives the workpieces to sequentially pass through an inlet and an outlet, the inside of the oven, the inlet and the outlet, the outside of the oven and a workpiece discharging area at the speed of 2 m/min through the automatic conveying mechanism, and the circulating cooling is carried out outside the oven;

and taking down the cooled workpiece in the workpiece unloading area to finish the surface spraying and curing of the workpiece.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the invention adopts the assembly line baking and spraying process, simplifies the production process and improves the efficiency; the method of the invention enables the workers to stand on the spot and complete the processing of the used procedures, namely cleaning, spraying and powdering, cleaning the part without powdering, taking out the workpiece and directly hanging the workpiece on the conveying chain, thereby reducing the labor intensity of the workers, improving the production efficiency and producing 7000 pieces per shift.

(2) The invention adopts natural gas for heating, and the circulating fan conveys heat into the circulating air channel of the oven, so that the temperature in the oven is uniform and stable, and the quality of cured products is ensured.

(3) The spraying mechanism is arranged below the conveying chain, so that workers can conveniently stand on the spot to work; the scattered toner is convenient to recover by arranging the toner recovery disc.

(4) Through setting up removable work piece position sleeve to can improve production efficiency according to the difference of product quick replacement.

(5) The workpiece supporting and concealing sleeve is arranged, so that the workpiece can be supported, and the part of the workpiece, which does not need to be powdered, is concealed.

Referring to the drawings and the detailed description, as shown in fig. 1-6, a surface spraying and curing apparatus for a motorcycle steering column according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an oven 1, an inlet and outlet 2 is disposed at one end of the oven 1, a combustion chamber 3 is disposed at a bottom of the oven 1 far away from the inlet and outlet 2, a natural gas burner 4 is disposed at one end of the combustion chamber 3, a circulating fan 5 is disposed at the other end of the combustion chamber 3, a circulating air channel 6 is disposed at a bottom end of the oven 1, the bottom end of the circulating air channel 6 is connected to the combustion chamber 3, a lower area 7 is disposed at a front side of the oven 1, a spraying mechanism 8 is disposed at a right side of the oven 1, an automatic conveying mechanism 9 is disposed between the oven 1 and the lower area 7, a conveying chain 10 is disposed on the automatic conveying mechanism 9, the spraying mechanism 8 is disposed below the conveying chain 10, and the conveying chain 10 sequentially, The spraying mechanism 8, the inlet and outlet 2, the interior of the oven 1, the inlet and outlet 2 and the exterior of the oven 1 are connected in an end-to-end manner, the conveying chain 10 circulates four times in the oven 1, and a plurality of groups of hooks 11 are arranged on the conveying chain 10.

s1, cleaning the phosphatized workpiece, and putting the cleaned workpiece into the replaceable workpiece positioning sleeve 806 of the spraying mechanism 8;

s2, performing surface powdering on the cleaned workpiece;

s3, cleaning the areas of the workpiece where powdering is not needed again;

s4, after cleaning is finished again, hanging the workpiece on a hook 11 of the conveying chain 10, and enabling the workpiece to enter the oven 1 through the conveying chain 10 to achieve surface solidification of the workpiece;

and S5, after the surface of the workpiece is solidified, putting the workpiece into a frame, and finishing the manufacturing process.

In one embodiment, when the surface powdering is performed on the cleaned workpiece in S2, the number of times of spraying the surface of the workpiece is 1-2 times.

In one embodiment, when the cleaned workpiece is subjected to surface powdering in the step S2, the thickness of the sprayed powder on the surface of the workpiece is 10 to 100 micrometers.

The invention also provides a surface spraying, curing and using method of the motorcycle steering column, which comprises the following steps:

putting the workpiece into a replaceable workpiece positioning sleeve 806, rotating the rotating disc 802, powdering the surface of the workpiece through the spraying chamber 801, and hanging the powdered workpiece on a hook 11 of the conveying chain 10;

the conveying chain 10 drives the workpieces to sequentially pass through the inlet and outlet 2, the inside of the oven 1, the inlet and outlet 2, the outside of the oven 1 and the workpiece discharging area 7 at the speed of 2 m/min through the automatic conveying mechanism 9, and the circulating cooling is carried out outside the oven 1; (the temperature in the oven 1 is about 200 ℃ and 220 ℃)
