Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical equipment maintenance, and particularly relates to a low-pressure valve group maintenance supporting device and method for a steam turbine.

Background

The steam turbine is also called as a steam turbine engine, and is a rotary steam power device.A high-temperature high-pressure steam passes through a fixed nozzle to become an accelerated airflow and then is sprayed onto blades, so that a rotor provided with the blades rotates and does work outwards. The steam turbine has wide application and is main equipment for modern thermal power stations, nuclear power stations, biomass power generation and the like. The low-pressure valve bank of the steam turbine is arranged on a reheat steam inlet pipe and is used for limiting steam from entering a low-pressure cylinder from a steam-water separation reheater when the unit is used for load shedding. The valve group comprises a low-pressure main steam valve and a low-pressure regulating valve which are butterfly valves, and each valve is controlled by an independent actuating mechanism.

The middle of two valves of the valve group is connected by a pipeline, the valves and the middle pipeline form the valve group together, and the valves mainly comprise valve bodies, ball bearings and valve rods. The valve body and the ball bearing are sealed by a sealing structure in the form of a bellows. The valve rod is connected with the piston rod of the actuating mechanism by a connecting rod with a key and a crank with a radial pin. When the high-pressure working medium acts on the push type actuating mechanism, the valve is in an opening state. The angular movement of the valve body in the opening direction is limited by the stop lever and may additionally be limited by the stop bolt. The spring applies a closing force to the actuator piston rod at any time so that the valve can smoothly return to the closed position.

Because the low-pressure valve group is positioned at the top of the low-pressure cylinder of the steam turbine, the low-pressure valve group cannot be directly placed on the ground when the low-pressure cylinder of the steam turbine is disassembled for maintenance and the low-pressure valve group is disassembled for overhaul, and therefore a supporting device is needed to support the low-pressure valve group of the steam turbine. When the low-pressure valve group of the steam turbine is overhauled, the low-pressure valve group is temporarily supported by using sleepers in the prior art, equipment toppling risks exist in the method, and even personal injuries, equipment damages and other accidents can be caused when the condition is serious.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a device and a method for overhauling and supporting a low-pressure valve bank of a steam turbine, so as to solve the problems in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a low-pressure valve group overhauling and supporting device and a method for a steam turbine, so as to eliminate the risks of equipment toppling and the like existing in the traditional supporting device and avoid accidents such as personal injury, equipment damage and the like.

The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows:

a low-pressure valve group maintenance supporting device of a steam turbine comprises a cross beam, a supporting rod, supporting legs and a supporting beam;

The step 3 comprises the following steps:

3.1, hoisting the low-pressure valve bank by using the lifting lug, the lifting belt and the crane, moving the low-pressure valve bank to the position above the supporting device, stopping moving the low-pressure valve bank when the low-pressure valve bank moves to the position above the supporting device, checking and confirming that the center of the low-pressure valve bank is aligned with the center of the supporting device, placing the low-pressure valve bank on the supporting device, and adjusting the position of the low-pressure valve bank by using the lifting lug, the lifting belt and the;

step 3.2, checking and confirming that the low-pressure valve bank is stably placed and the valve bank is tightly attached to the protection pad;

3.3, removing the hanging strip and the lifting lug, and moving the crane to enable the crane to move to a specified position;

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the low-pressure valve group maintenance support device for the steam turbine provided by the invention comprises a protection pad 1, a bolt 2, a cross beam 3, a support rod 4, a support foot 5 and a support beam 6;

the support rod 4 is of a V-shaped structure;

the cross beam 3 and the support rod 4 are connected together in a welding mode, and the cross beam and the support rod form a support device framework.
