By analogy, the ignition intervals of the seven cylinders, the eight cylinders and the nine cylinders are 240 degrees CA, the exhaust duration is about 240 degrees CA, the seven cylinders exhaust manifolds 11, the eight cylinders exhaust manifolds 12 and the nine cylinders exhaust manifolds 13 enter the seven cylinders, the eight cylinders and the nine cylinders exhaust branch pipes 19 through the seven cylinders, the eight cylinders and the nine cylinders converging cavities 17, the seven cylinders, the eight cylinders and the nine cylinders exhaust manifolds are converged together, and mutual interference among the seven cylinders, the eight cylinders and the nine cylinders exhaust manifolds is avoided; the lengths of the seven, eight and nine cylinder exhaust manifolds are larger than 2 times of the diameters of the cylinders, and the lengths of the seven, eight and nine cylinder exhaust branch pipes are larger than 3 times of the diameters of the cylinders, so that the interference of other cylinder exhaust on the seven, eight and nine cylinders is small.

By analogy, the ignition intervals of the ten cylinders, the eleven cylinders and the twelve cylinders are 240 CA degrees, the exhaust duration is about 240 CA degrees, the ten cylinders of exhaust manifolds 14 and the eleven cylinders of exhaust manifolds 15 are arranged, the twelve cylinders of exhaust manifolds 16 enter the ten cylinders, the eleven cylinders and the twelve cylinders of exhaust branch pipes 20 through ten cylinder converging cavities 18, the ten cylinders, the eleven cylinders and the twelve cylinders of exhaust manifolds are converged together, and mutual interference among the ten cylinders, the eleven cylinders and the twelve cylinders of exhaust manifolds is avoided; the lengths of the ten-cylinder, eleven-cylinder and twelve-cylinder exhaust manifolds are larger than 2 times of the diameters of the cylinders, and the lengths of the ten-cylinder, eleven-cylinder and twelve-cylinder exhaust branch pipes are larger than 3 times of the diameters of the cylinders, so that the interference of other cylinder exhaust on seven, eight and nine cylinders is very small.

The gases discharged from the first, second and third cylinder exhaust branch pipes 9, the fourth, fifth and sixth cylinder exhaust branch pipes 10, the seventh, eighth and ninth cylinder exhaust branch pipes 19, the tenth, eleventh and twelfth cylinder exhaust branch pipes 20 are converged together through an exhaust branch pipe converging cavity 21, and discharged into the atmosphere through an exhaust manifold 22, a muffler or a catalyst or a turbine 23 and an exhaust pipe 24.

Fig. 2 shows a multi-group convergent exhaust manifold structure of an in-line 6-cylinder machine, which will not be described in detail herein.

Through this embodiment, the exhaust interference reduces by a wide margin, and fig. 5 shows the pressure fluctuation condition of exhaust branch pipe confluence cavity department, compares general blast pipe design scheme, and this embodiment has presented 12 wave crests and 12 wave troughs, has realized 12 jar exhaust mutual noninterferences.

In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the V-shaped included angle is also applicable to other angles, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited to this.

According to the embodiment of the application, the exhaust manifold length and the exhaust branch pipe length are set through grouping the exhaust manifolds, exhaust interference among cylinders is avoided, exhaust back pressure is reduced, the coefficient of residual waste gas in the cylinders is reduced, the knocking tendency is reduced, the exhaust temperature is reduced, and the economy, the dynamic property and the exhaust property are improved.

Although the present application has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present application, and those skilled in the art can make variations and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application, therefore, the scope of the present application should be determined by the claims that follow.
