Technical Field

The invention relates to a maintenance method of a marine generator set, in particular to a method for horizontally moving a motor rotor from a generator base in a low and narrow marine engine room, and belongs to the technical field of motor maintenance.

Background

The marine generator set is positioned in a ship engine room under a deck, consists of a diesel engine and a generator which are arranged on a common underframe and connected through a coupling, and is key equipment for providing power for a ship. The generator needs to be overhauled after long-term operation, and at the moment, if the rotor of the generator is detected to be in fault, the rotor of the generator needs to be extracted from the base of the generator for further detection and repair. However, in the cabin or other narrow spaces, the hoisting capacity of the site and field traveling crane is limited, so that the whole generator cannot be hoisted smoothly, and the motor rotor cannot be moved out of the generator base. The generator complete machine is hoisted to the shore by using a crane on the wharf only after the ship is berthed on the wharf, and the generator complete machine is sent to a maintenance workshop to hoist out the generator rotor for maintenance. The maintenance method causes that the ship can not sail, and the sailing efficiency of the ship is seriously influenced. If the generator rotor must be maintained in the nacelle, in order to hoist the complete machine or the generator rotor smoothly, the objects which obstruct the movement of the generator rotor on site, such as a bulkhead plate, an air duct and the like, must be disassembled. And large-scale hoisting equipment is added, and the original shape needs to be recovered afterwards, so that time and labor are wasted, the maintenance cost is increased, and the maintenance efficiency of the marine generator set is seriously influenced.

The diesel engine 100 and the generator 200 are connected through the coupler 500, so that the diesel engine 100 can drive the generator rotor 206 to rotate to generate electricity, and the electricity demand of the ship is met. 270mm from the right end of the generator 200 is a cabin ventilation layer 600, the distance from the axle center of the generator rotor 206 to the cabin ventilation layer 600 is 3000mm, and the horizontal and vertical movement spaces of the generator 200 are small. The total mass of the generator 200 is 6000kg, the total length of the generator rotor 206 is 2640mm, the mass is 2500kg, and the lifting capacity of the nacelle travelling crane 700 is 3000 kg. In such a narrow marine nacelle, and in a poor environment where the lifting capacity of the nacelle crane 700 is also significantly insufficient, the prior art conditions are not able to move the generator rotor 206 out of the generator base 202.

The steps of this example are as follows:

1) as shown in fig. 1, the coupler 500 fastener for connecting the output shaft of the diesel engine and the rotor shaft 2061 of the generator is firstly removed, then 2 fixing blocks 1 are respectively welded outside the two sides of one end, namely the left end, of the bottom of the generator base 201 facing the diesel engine 100 on the common underframe 300 at the bottom of the diesel generator set, bolts 2 with the specification of M36 are respectively screwed into the corresponding fixing blocks 1, the ends of the bolts 2 are abutted against the end surface of the left end of the bottom of the generator base 201, the generator 200 is pushed to move rightwards in the direction deviating from the diesel engine 100, the diesel engine output shaft end half-coupler 501 and the rotor shaft half-coupler 502 are separated from each other, and the connection between the.

2) As shown in fig. 2, firstly, hoisting ropes 701 of a nacelle travelling crane and hoisting ropes 901 of a chain block 900 temporarily mounted on a nacelle travelling beam 800 respectively hoist hoisting plates 207 at two ends of a generator base 201, then the two hoisting ropes move upwards simultaneously to hoist a generator 200 upwards to separate from a common underframe 300, then 3 round steel 6 with the diameter of 60mm serving as a roller are respectively placed between two sides of the bottom of the generator base 202 and the common underframe 300, then the two hoisting ropes move downwards simultaneously, and the bottom of the generator base 201 falls on the 6 round steel 6; the generator 200 is pushed, and the generator 200 moves away from the diesel engine 100 to the right under the rolling support of the 6 round steel bars 6.

3) As shown in fig. 2 and 3, bearing blocks 202, bearings 203, end caps 204, and generator fan 205 at both ends of generator rotor shaft 2061, respectively, are removed in preparation for removal of generator rotor 206.

4) As shown in fig. 4, the nacelle crane slings 701 are used to suspend the rotor shaft half-coupling 502 at the left end of the generator rotor shaft 2061, the adjustable support 31 on the first support cart 3 supports the right end of the generator rotor shaft 2061, then the nacelle crane 700 drives the nacelle crane slings 701 to move rightward in a direction away from the diesel engine 100, and the nacelle crane slings 701 and the adjustable support 31 on the first support cart 3 drive the generator rotor shaft 2061 to move rightward until the exciter core 2063 at the right end of the generator rotor 206 moves out of the generator base 201. The right end of the first boom 4 is then fixed to the end face of the rotor shaft coupling half 502.

5) The nacelle travelling crane slings 701 are moved to the first suspender 4, then the nacelle travelling crane 700 drives the slings 701 to move rightwards towards the direction away from the diesel engine 100, the nacelle travelling crane slings 701 and the adjustable supports 31 on the first support trolley 3 drive the generator rotor 206 to move outwards until the rotor core 2062 is partially moved out of the generator base 201, and then the right end of the second suspender 4 is fixedly connected with the left end of the first suspender 4.

6) As shown in fig. 6, the nacelle crane slings 701 are moved to the second boom 4, then the nacelle crane 700 drives the nacelle crane slings 701 to move rightward, the nacelle crane slings 701 and the adjustable supports 31 on the first support trolley 3 carry the generator rotor 206 outward until the rotor core 2062 completely moves out of the generator base 201, at this time, 2 adjustable supports 31 on the second support trolley 5 are used for supporting the lower side of the rotor core 2062, and the support position of the second support trolley 5 is at the right end of the rotor core 2062. The wheels 31 at the bottom of the first support trolley 3 and the second support trolley 5 are supported on the ship cabin floor 400.

Generator rotor 206 is located on the underside of nacelle plenum 600.

As shown in fig. 6, the suspension rod 4 includes flanges 41 at two ends and a suspension rod body 42 in the middle, and two ends of the suspension rod body 42 are respectively welded to the corresponding flanges 41.

As shown in fig. 8, the adjustable support 31 includes a base 311, a screw 312 and an upper support plate 313, the lower portion of the base 311 is fixed on the upper side of the corresponding support cart, the lower end of the screw 312 is screwed into the base 311, the upper end of the screw 312 is connected with the upper support plate 312, and the upper support plate 313 is supported on the lower side of the end socket at one end of the generator rotor shaft 2061 or on the lower side of the rotor core 2062. The supporting surface of the upper supporting plate 313 is a V-shaped surface, which has a centering effect on the end of the generator rotor shaft 206. The wheels 32 at the bottom of the first support trolley 3 and the second support trolley 5 are supported on the ship cabin floor 400.

The invention solves the problem that the generator rotor is horizontally moved out of the generator base in a short and narrow ship engine room, and can also move out of the generator base in other narrow spaces.

In addition to the above embodiments, the present invention may have other embodiments, and any technical solutions formed by equivalent substitutions or equivalent transformations fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
