1. A pedicle fixator is characterized by comprising a fixing block (1), a first connecting rod (2) and a second connecting rod (3);

The pedicle holder as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein when the first connection portion includes a first hook (21) and the second connection portion includes a second hook (31), the arc enclosed by the first hook (21) lies in a first plane and the arc enclosed by the second hook (31) lies in a second plane, the first and second planes being parallel to each other.

The pedicle holder according to claim 1, wherein the fixation block (1) is provided with a first distance adjustment mechanism; one end of the first connecting rod (2) is connected with the first distance adjusting mechanism, and the first distance adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the distance between the first connecting part and the fixed block (1).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a pedicle fixator.

Background

Currently, in the surgical procedure for treating spinal disorders, it is necessary to fix a plurality of pedicles of affected parts. At present, the upper vertebral pedicle and the lower vertebral pedicle are fixed by commonly adopting a matched mode of a vertebral pedicle screw and a connecting rod, when in operation, two screws are required to be respectively connected with the upper vertebral body and the lower vertebral body, and the connecting rod is respectively connected with the two screws, so that the fixed structure has complicated operation, and a plurality of auxiliary tools are required to be borrowed, thereby influencing the operation efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a pedicle fixator to solve the problem that the existing fixing structure is complex to operate.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a pedicle fixator, which has the following specific technical scheme:

a pedicle of vertebral arch fixer comprises a fixing block, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod; one end of the first connecting rod is connected with the fixed block, the other end of the first connecting rod is provided with a first connecting part for clamping the pedicle of vertebral arch, and the first connecting part is positioned on one side of the fixed block; one end of the second connecting rod is connected with the fixed block, the other end of the second connecting rod is provided with a second connecting part used for clamping the pedicle of vertebral arch, and the second connecting part is positioned on the other side of the fixed block.

Further, when the first connecting portion includes a first hook and the second connecting portion includes a second hook, the arc surrounded by the first hook is located on a first plane, the arc surrounded by the second hook is located on a second plane, and the first plane and the second plane are parallel to each other.

Further, a first distance adjusting mechanism is arranged on the fixing block; one end of the first connecting rod is connected with the first distance adjusting mechanism, and the first distance adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the distance between the first connecting portion and the fixing block.

Further, the first distance adjusting mechanism comprises a first insertion hole, a first locking hole and a first locking piece which are arranged on the fixing block; the first jack and the first locking hole are perpendicular to each other and are communicated with each other, and one end of the first connecting rod is inserted into the first jack; the first locking piece is installed in the first locking hole and used for locking one end, located in the first insertion hole, of the first connecting rod.

According to the pedicle fixator provided by the invention, the existing screw connection mode is replaced by a clamping mode, the first connection part and the second connection part are respectively matched with the clamping of two adjacent pedicles so as to realize the distraction or pressurization of the pedicles, the operation is simple, excessive auxiliary tools are not needed, and the operation efficiency is improved.

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Example one

As can be known from the description in the background art, the existing fixing device generally achieves connection with the pedicle by a screw, and specifically, the screw is driven into the pedicle by an auxiliary tool, which is not only inconvenient to operate, but also easily causes damage to the vertebral body.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the pedicle screw fixation device provided by the embodiment includes a fixing block 1, a first connecting rod 2 and a second connecting rod 3; the fixing block 1 of the present embodiment is a basic mounting structure of a fixator, and the shape of the fixing block is not limited to the shape shown in the figures, as long as the fixing block can connect and fix the first connecting rod 2 and the second connecting rod 3 of the present embodiment, and the fixing block 1 may be made of a conventional material used in existing orthopedic medical instruments, such as a metal or a polymer material.

One end in the relative both ends of first connecting rod 2 of this embodiment is connected with fixed block 1, and the other end in the relative both ends of first connecting rod 2 is equipped with the first connecting portion that are used for centre gripping pedicle of vertebral arch, and first connecting portion are located one side of fixed block 1. In a similar way, one end of the second connecting rod 3 in the two opposite ends is connected with the fixing block 1, the other end of the second connecting rod 3 in the two opposite ends is provided with a second connecting part for clamping the pedicle of vertebral arch, and the second connecting part is positioned on the other side of the fixing block 1.

As shown in fig. 4, during an operation, the first connecting portion is connected to one of two adjacent pedicles, the second connecting portion is connected to the other of the two adjacent pedicles, the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion respectively limit the tendency of the two pedicles to move away from the respective directions, and the pressurizing force on the two pedicles can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the first connecting portion and the fixing block 1, or the pressurizing force on the two pedicles can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the second connecting portion and the fixing block 1.

In order to fix and pressurize the pedicle of vertebral arch, the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are designed into hook-shaped structures, specifically, the first connecting portion of the present embodiment is a first hook 21, the first hook 21 extends from one end of the first connecting rod 2 to a first position 211 in a direction away from the fixing block 1, and then extends from the first position 211 to a direction close to the fixing block 1 in a bending manner, so that the first hook 21 can hook the upper side of the pedicle of vertebral arch above in fig. 4.

Similarly, the second connecting portion of the present embodiment is a second hook 31, the second hook 31 extends from one end of the second link 3 to a second position 311 in a direction away from the fixing block 1, and then extends from the second position 311 to a direction close to the fixing block 1, so that the second hook 31 can hook the lower side of the pedicle of vertebral arch in fig. 4. It should be noted that the pedicle of fig. 4 in this embodiment is not identified because it is not part of the pedicle holder of this embodiment. In addition, chamfers can be arranged at the ends of the first hook 21 and the second hook 31 of the embodiment, so that the hook ends are prevented from being too sharp.

In addition, in order to achieve a good fixing effect on two adjacent pedicles, when the first connecting portion is the first hook 21 and the second connecting portion is the second hook 31, the arc surrounded by the first hook 21 of the present embodiment is located on a first plane (not shown in the figure), the arc surrounded by the second hook 31 is located on a second plane (not shown in the figure), and the first plane and the second plane are parallel to each other, so that the clamping angles of the first hook 21 and the second hook 31 are substantially consistent, and the adaptability to the pedicles is improved. Also, the present embodiment designs the first link 2 and the second link 3 to be parallel to each other so that the fixation device applies a uniform pressure to both pedicles.

Based on the structure, the inventor finds that the distance between two adjacent pedicles is different due to different body forms of patients, but the existing fixator cannot adjust the fixed distance, so that the applicability and the operation effect of the existing fixator are greatly reduced, and therefore the embodiment makes further structural improvement on the pedicle fixator to improve the applicability of the pedicle fixator.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first distance adjusting mechanism is disposed on the fixing block 1, one end of the first connecting rod 2 of the present embodiment is connected to the first distance adjusting mechanism, and the first distance adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting a distance between the first connecting portion and the fixing block 1.

Specifically, the first distance adjusting mechanism of the present embodiment includes a first insertion hole 11, a first locking hole 12, and a first locking member 13, which are provided on the fixed block 1; the first insertion hole 11 and the first locking hole 12 of the present embodiment are perpendicular to each other and are communicated with each other, the first insertion hole 11 is preferably a through hole structure and can receive a first rod body with a larger length, and one end of the first connecting rod 2 of the present embodiment is inserted into the first insertion hole 11; the first locking member 13 is installed in the first locking hole 12 and serves to lock an end of the first link 2 located in the first insertion hole 11. The first connecting part and the fixed block 1 are adjusted by adjusting the inserting position of the first connecting rod 2 in the first inserting hole 11.

Preferably, the first locking piece 13 of this embodiment is a screw, and the first jack 11 is provided with the internal thread that matches with the screw, realizes being located the compressing tightly of jack internal portion to first connecting rod 2 through the cooperation of screw and screw, realizes the fixed locking of first connecting rod 2, and not only simple structure is easily operated moreover. In order to facilitate screwing the screw, the nut of the screw of the embodiment is provided with a polygonal connecting hole 131, and the polygonal connecting hole 131 may be a hexagonal hole for connecting an internal hexagonal wrench.

Similarly, a second distance adjusting mechanism may be disposed on the fixing block 1 of this embodiment, one end of the second connecting rod 3 is connected to the second distance adjusting mechanism, and the second distance adjusting mechanism is used to adjust the distance between the second connecting portion and the fixing block 1.

Like the first distance adjusting mechanism, the second distance adjusting mechanism of the present embodiment includes a second insertion hole 14, a second locking hole 15, and a second locking member 16, which are provided on the fixed block 1; the second insertion hole 14 and the second locking hole 15 of the present embodiment are perpendicular to each other and are communicated with each other, and one end of the second connecting rod 3 of the present embodiment is inserted into the second insertion hole 14; the second locker 16 is installed in the first locking hole 12 and serves to lock an end of the second link 3 positioned in the second insertion hole 14. The second connecting portion and the fixed block 1 are adjusted by adjusting the inserting position of the second connecting rod 3 in the second inserting hole 14. The second locker 16 of the present embodiment may also be a screw, and a polygonal coupling hole 131 is provided thereon.

It can be known from the above description that the pedicle of vertebral arch fixer of this embodiment replaces the existing screw connection mode through the centre gripping mode, cooperates the centre gripping of first connecting portion and second connecting portion with two adjacent pedicle of vertebral arch respectively to realize the pressurization to the pedicle of vertebral arch, easy operation need not with the help of too much appurtenance, improves operation efficiency.

Example two

As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the present embodiment also provides a pedicle screw fixation device, which is different from the pressurized pedicle screw fixation device of the first embodiment, and the pedicle screw fixation device of the present embodiment is mainly used for fixing and expanding two adjacent pedicle screws, so that the first connection portion and the second connection portion of the pedicle screw fixation device of the present embodiment are different from those of the first embodiment.

Specifically, the first connecting portion in this embodiment includes a first hook 21, and the first hook 21 is bent from one end of the first link 2 to a third position 212 in a direction close to the fixed block 1, and then bent from the third position 212 in a direction away from the fixed block 1; similarly, the second connecting portion of the present embodiment includes a second hook 31, and the second hook 31 is bent from one end of the second link 3 to a fourth position 312 in a direction approaching the fixed block 1, and then bent from the fourth position 312 in a direction away from the fixed block 1.

The first hook 21 with the structure can clamp the lower side of the upper pedicle in fig. 8, the second hook 31 can clamp the upper side of the lower pedicle in fig. 8, and the supporting force between two adjacent pedicles is adjusted by adjusting the distance between the first hook 21 and the second hook 31, so that the two pedicles can be far away from each other to a preset distance.

The other structures of the pedicle screw fixation device of this embodiment except for the first connection portion and the second connection portion are the same as or similar to the pedicle screw fixation device of the first embodiment, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted in this embodiment.

The pedicle of vertebral arch fixer that this embodiment provided replaces the screw connected mode through the mode of crotch centre gripping, with the centre gripping cooperation of first connecting portion and second connecting portion respectively with two adjacent pedicle of vertebral arch to the realization struts the pedicle of vertebral arch, easy operation need not with the help of too much appurtenance, improves operation efficiency.
