When the outer periphery of the blank is turned, one end of the cylindrical blank is clamped on the three-jaw chuck, the outer periphery of one end of the cylindrical blank is turned by the turning tool, then the turning tool is turned manually by a worker, the turned end of the cylindrical blank is clamped by the three-jaw chuck, and the outer periphery of the other end of the cylindrical blank is turned by the turning tool. Although the working mode of realizing cutting at two ends by manual turnover can meet the precision machining requirement and precision requirement of workpieces, the machining mode needs to be automatically modified along with the automatic modification of a factory so as to improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.

Further, the workpiece reversing transfer table is provided with a transverse placing concave part for transversely supporting the semi-finished workpiece so as to be used for reversing and clamping the numerical control manipulator. The workpiece semi-finished product is transversely placed by utilizing the transverse placing concave part, so that the reversing and clamping of the numerical control manipulator are facilitated.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the turning device of the lathe in the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes a numerically controlled manipulator 9, a front numerically controlled lathe 51, a rear numerically controlled lathe 52, a workpiece reversing turntable 7, a front feeding and conveying structure 13, and a rear receiving and conveying structure 11.

Because the front numerically-controlled lathe is used for turning the outer circumferential surface of the front part of the cylindrical blank, in order to facilitate the clamping of the numerically-controlled chuck on the front numerically-controlled lathe, when the numerically-controlled manipulator clamps the cylindrical blank on the front feeding conveying structure, the front part of the cylindrical blank is clamped, and the rear part of the cylindrical blank is clamped and fixed by the numerically-controlled chuck of the front numerically-controlled lathe, so that the outer circumferential surface of the front part of the cylindrical blank is conveniently turned by a cutter on the front numerically-controlled lathe.

The front numerically controlled lathe 51 and the rear numerically controlled lathe 52 have the same structure, and are different only in placement position. The front numerically controlled lathe 51 and the rear numerically controlled lathe 52 respectively comprise a numerically controlled chuck 2 and a tool rest 3 for clamping a cutting tool, when machining is carried out, the numerically controlled chuck 2 clamps a workpiece to be machined, the numerically controlled chuck 2 rotates, and turning machining is carried out on the outer circumferential surface by a turning tool on the tool rest 3. In the present case, numerical control manipulator 9 is used for realizing the material transfer between preceding feed transport structure and the preceding numerical control lathe, realizes the material transfer between preceding numerical control lathe and the work piece switching-over revolving stage, realizes the material transfer between work piece switching-over revolving stage and the back numerical control lathe, realizes the material transfer between back numerical control lathe and the back material receiving transport structure.

When the front feeding and conveying mechanism is used specifically, a cylindrical blank is conveyed to a set position by the front feeding and conveying mechanism 13, the front part of the cylindrical blank is clamped by the numerical control manipulator 9 and transferred to the front numerical control lathe 51, the rear part of the cylindrical blank is clamped by the numerical control chuck 2 on the front numerical control lathe 51, and the front peripheral surface of the cylindrical blank is turned by the cutter on the front numerical control lathe 51. And after the front numerical control lathe finishes processing to obtain a semi-finished workpiece 1, clamping the outer circumferential surface of the front part of the semi-finished workpiece by a numerical control manipulator 9, and transferring and placing the semi-finished workpiece on the workpiece reversing transfer table 7. Then the numerically controlled mechanical arm 9 reversely clamps the rear outer circumferential surface of the workpiece semi-finished product 1 and transfers the workpiece semi-finished product to the rear numerically controlled lathe 52, the front part of the workpiece semi-finished product 1 is clamped by the numerically controlled chuck 2 of the rear numerically controlled lathe 52, the rear outer circumferential surface of the workpiece semi-finished product is turned by a cutter on the rear numerically controlled lathe 52, the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical blank is finally turned, the rear part of the cylindrical workpiece which is finished by the machining is then clamped by the numerically controlled mechanical arm, and the cylindrical workpiece is transferred to the rear material receiving and conveying structure.

In this embodiment, the front numerically controlled lathe and the rear numerically controlled lathe in each lathe group can both adopt numerically controlled lathes in the prior art, and normal numerically controlled clamping and cutting processing of the outer peripheral surface of the workpiece can be satisfied. In this embodiment, the outer peripheral surface of the entire cylindrical blank is machined by the cooperation of the front numerically controlled lathe and the rear numerically controlled lathe.
