During the assembling process of the sealing ring and the workpiece, special equipment is often needed for assisting installation. Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a mounting device with an error-proof special-shaped sealing ring, which is used for solving the problems that the existing sealing ring mounting mechanism is only suitable for the assembly of the sealing ring with symmetrical cross section and can not identify the front side and the back side of the sealing ring, and the working efficiency is reduced.

At the time of detection, the laser displacement sensor 21 emits laser light from the laser emission port 212, and the laser displacement sensor reception port 211 receives reflected light. The laser reflected by the laser displacement sensor 21 strikes the characteristic surface of the special-shaped seal ring 100, and the front and back of the special-shaped seal ring 100 are determined according to the magnitude of the displacement value.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the micro-motion trigger assembly 5 of the present embodiment includes a cross bracket 51, a spring 52, a circular base 53, a positioning fixture 54, a sliding probe 55, a fixing screw 56, a connecting plate 57, and a proximity sensor 58. The cross bracket 51 is fixed on the assembly hole of the top plate 13, and the circular ring base 53 is installed on the cross bracket 51. A connecting plate 57 is mounted below the ring base 53 by fixing screws 56, and a proximity sensor 58 is mounted on the connecting plate 57.

The sliding probe rod 55 is connected with the positioning tool 54, the sliding probe rod 55 is installed in the annular base 53, and the spring 52 is sleeved on the rod at the lower end of the sliding probe rod 55. The slide probe 55 is pressed by an external force to slide up and down on the circular base 53, and the slide probe 55 is returned by the urging force of the spring 52.

As shown in fig. 5, the expanding tool 14 is provided with 2 supporting protrusions 141 for placing the special-shaped sealing ring 100, and a supporting surface of the supporting protrusion 141 is inclined outward, so that the special-shaped sealing ring 100 can be effectively prevented from bouncing off in the expanding process.

The process of assembling the special-shaped sealing ring 100 and the workpiece 200 is as follows:

manually placing the special-shaped sealing ring 100 on the opening tool 14 in the correct direction, and judging whether the special-shaped sealing ring exists or not by the optical fiber correlation transmitting end 11 and the optical fiber correlation receiving end 12;

then, after the control system receives a qualified signal sent by the optical fiber correlation, the laser sensor 21 reads out a displacement value to judge whether the special-shaped sealing ring 100 is positive or negative; the control system receives a qualified signal of the laser sensor 21, and the clamping jaw 6 drives the opening tool 14 to open the special-shaped sealing ring 100 after short time delay;

then, the workpiece 200 to be provided with the sealing ring is manually taken and placed on the positioning tool 54, and is pressed downwards; after the sliding probe rod 55 triggers the proximity sensor 58, the lifting cylinder 10 drives the clamping jaw 6 and the opening tool 14 to descend, the special-shaped sealing ring 100 cannot descend along with the opening tool 14 under the limiting effect of the cross-shaped support 51, the special-shaped sealing ring 100 retracts in situ, and the special-shaped sealing ring 100 is installed in a groove of the workpiece 200.

Finally, the clamping jaw 6 drives the opening tool 14 to tighten and return, and the lifting cylinder 10 drives the clamping jaw 6 and the opening tool 14 to ascend, so that the whole working process is completed.
