Technical Field

The invention relates to a plastic pipeline technology, in particular to a plastic structure wall pipe, and specifically relates to a rib-overlapped heightening high-rib corrugated winding pipe and a manufacturing method of the same.

Background

The plastic winding pipe is a pipe formed by spirally winding an extruded plastic strip on winding equipment, and is widely applied to engineering projects of buried drainage, pollution discharge and the like. Because such pipes need to be buried deep in the ground, the stiffness of the pressure-bearing ring (external pressure resistance) of the pipe is very important for the pipe, and the corrugated wound pipe is widely used due to the fact that the stiffness of the ring is improved at economical material cost.

The inventor originally adopts the method that the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe (the hollow corrugated pipe which is made of PP material and can be bent in one direction, such as the pipe shown in figure 6, and the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe which is made of other plastic materials with higher softening temperature than PE material) is wound and adhered on the pipe body to prepare the plastic corrugated winding pipe. However, when a larger diameter pipe needs a stronger rigidity of the pressure-bearing ring, if the external pressure resistance strength is to be economically improved, in addition to the mechanical properties of the material, the height of the corrugation of the pipe is mainly structurally improved, that is, a larger size (larger size) special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is used to form a higher corrugation, which has the following technical problems: 1. the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe needs to be prepared in advance and is provided with the winding frame and is arranged beside the pipe forming equipment for use when the pipe is manufactured, so that the specification of the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is increased, and the specifications of a factory space, a storage space and the winding frame are difficult to meet the production requirement; 2. the process difficulty for preparing the large-specification special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is far greater than that of the small-specification special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe, a special die and matched equipment need to be redeveloped, and the cost is multiplied; 3. the internal stress of the large-specification special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is much stronger than that of the small-specification special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe, so that the winding difficulty is increased, and the combination stability of the large-specification special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe and the pipe body is poor.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a rib-stacking height-increasing high-rib corrugated winding pipe with a unique structure and a corresponding manufacturing method, in particular to a large-caliber plastic corrugated winding pipe.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems, the present invention aims to provide a corrugated wound pipe having increased high strength to improve the ring stiffness without enlarging the size of the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe.

In order to realize the technical purpose, the scheme of the invention is as follows: a rib-stacked height-increasing high-rib corrugated winding pipe is composed of a pipe body and a hollow reinforcing rib which is spirally wound and adhered to the pipe body through molten glue, wherein the pipe body is formed by spirally winding, overlapping and adhering a strip-shaped thermoplastic sheet, the hollow reinforcing rib is formed by stacking and adhering a hollow bottom rib and a hollow height-increasing rib, and the hollow height-increasing rib is stacked and adhered to the hollow bottom rib; the hollow bottom ribs and the hollow height-increasing ribs are formed by coating hot melt adhesive on the cooled and shaped special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe; the bottom of the hollow bottom rib is bonded with the pipe body through the coated hot melt adhesive in the forming process, and the top of the hollow bottom rib is bonded with the bottom of the hollow increasing rib through the coated hot melt adhesive in the forming process.

Preferably, the hollow bottom rib and the hollow heightening rib are both formed by wrapping a hot melt adhesive on a special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe; the cross section of the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is of a hollow cavity structure, the upper part and the lower part of the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe are of corrugated structures, and the left side and the right side of the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe are smooth and have no corrugation at the combined part of the upper part and the lower part.

Preferably, the hollow bottom rib is formed by wrapping a special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe with a hot melt adhesive; the hollow heightening rib is formed by coating a hot melt adhesive on at least two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes after the two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes are laterally and adjacently bonded by the hot melt adhesive; the cross section of the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is of a hollow cavity structure, the upper part and the lower part of the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe are of corrugated structures, and the left side and the right side of the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe are smooth and have no corrugation at the combined part of the upper part and the lower part.

The invention is a kind of ripple twines the pipe, this kind of pipeline mainly uses the plastics to make, can be PE, PP, compound plastics, etc., the plastic material used specifically is chosen by the technicians in this field according to prior art and performance requirement, the said ripple is its hollow strengthening rib that strengthens the rigidity of pipeline ring and soil commonality of pipe wound on the tubular product body; the heightening high-rib corrugated winding pipe comprises a pipe body 1 and a hollow reinforcing rib 2 which is spirally wound and adhered to the pipe body through molten glue, wherein the pipe body 1 is formed by spirally winding, overlapping and adhering a strip-shaped thermoplastic sheet 11, as shown in figure 1, the hollow reinforcing rib 2 is formed by superposing and adhering a hollow bottom rib 21 and a hollow heightening rib 22, and the hollow heightening rib 22 is superposed and adhered to the hollow bottom rib 21 to form the heightening high-rib hollow reinforcing rib 2; the hollow bottom ribs 21 and the hollow height-increasing ribs 22 are formed by coating hot melt adhesive on the cooled and shaped special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe 3, and the softening temperature of the hot melt adhesive is lower than that of the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe; the bottom of the hollow bottom rib 21 is adhered to the pipe body 1 by the coated hot melt adhesive in the forming process, and the top of the hollow bottom rib 21 is adhered to the bottom of the hollow height-increasing rib 22 by the coated hot melt adhesive in the forming process. The invention adopts the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe 3 as shown in figure 6, the cross section of the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is of a hollow cavity structure, the upper part and the lower part of the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe are of corrugated structures, and the parts of the left side and the right side, which are combined with the upper part and the lower part, are smooth and have no corrugation. The structure has the advantages of directional bending function and capability of forming larger-area contact between the corrugated part and the hot melt adhesive when the corrugated part is coated by the hot melt adhesive, so that extremely stable coating relation can be formed.

As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the top of the hollow bottom rib 21 is configured to have a concave or convex cross section, and the bottom of the hollow height-increasing rib 22 is also configured to have a convex or concave cross section for matching with the top of the hollow bottom rib, so that the structure of the concave-convex combination is beneficial to positioning and alignment when the hollow height-increasing rib 22 is superposed on the hollow bottom rib 21, preventing slipping and the like, and ensuring the ring stiffness of the pipe.

In the specific application, at least the following preferred embodiments are provided:

the first embodiment is as follows: the hollow bottom rib 21 and the hollow heightening rib 22 of the hollow reinforcing rib 2 forming the heightening high rib are both formed by coating a hot melt adhesive on a special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe, and the cross section of the formed structure is in a shape of 'Lu'. In the best embodiment, the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is made of PP material, the corresponding melting glue is PP melting glue, the hot melt glue coating the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is made of the same material as a strip-shaped thermoplastic sheet for preparing the pipe body, in the best embodiment, the PE material is adopted, and the softening temperature of the PP material is higher than that of the PE material, so that the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe cannot be softened when the PP special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is coated by the PE (ensuring that the PE is always supported by the un-softened PP special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe), in addition, the hot melt glue and the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe are in a coating structure, and the bonding effect cannot be necessarily generated because of different materials, so that the combination of the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe and the pipe body can be realized only through coating, and the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe, the technical effect of effective support ring rigidity is achieved.

Example two: the hollow bottom rib 21 of the hollow reinforcing rib 2 with the heightened high rib is formed by a special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe coated with hot melt adhesive; the hollow height-increasing ribs 22 superposed on the hollow bottom ribs 21 are formed by coating hot melt adhesive after at least two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes are laterally and adjacently bonded by the hot melt adhesive. It should be emphasized here that the melting glue for bonding the two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes is generally obtained by melting a material the same as the material of the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe, in the best embodiment, the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is made of PP, the corresponding melting glue is PP melting glue 5, the hot melt glue for coating the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is made of the same material as the strip-shaped thermoplastic sheet material for preparing the pipe body, in the best embodiment, PE is used, and the softening temperature of the PP is higher than that of the PE, so that the PE cannot soften the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe when coating the PP single-wall special-shaped corrugated pipe, in addition, the hot melt glue and the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe must be a coating structure, because the materials are different and the necessary bonding effect cannot be generated, the bonding can be realized only by coating, so that the special-shaped single-wall, the technical effect of effective support ring rigidity is achieved.

Example three: the hollow bottom rib 21 forming the heightening high rib is formed by coating hot melt adhesive after at least two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes are laterally and adjacently bonded by the hot melt adhesive; the hollow heightening rib 22 is formed by a special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe coated with hot melt adhesive. The hollow bottom rib 21 of the hollow reinforcing rib 2 with the heightened high rib is formed by a special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe coated with hot melt adhesive; the hollow height-increasing ribs 22 superposed on the hollow bottom ribs 21 are formed by coating hot melt adhesive after at least two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes are laterally and adjacently bonded by the hot melt adhesive. It should be emphasized here that the melting glue for bonding the two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes is generally obtained by melting a material the same as the material of the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe, in the best embodiment, the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is made of PP, the corresponding melting glue is PP melting glue 5, the hot melt glue for coating the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is made of the same material as the strip-shaped thermoplastic sheet material for preparing the pipe body, in the best embodiment, PE is used, and the softening temperature of the PP is higher than that of the PE, so that the PE cannot soften the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe when coating the PP single-wall special-shaped corrugated pipe, in addition, the hot melt glue and the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe must be a coating structure, because the materials are different and the necessary bonding effect cannot be generated, the bonding can be realized only by coating, so that the special-shaped single-wall, the technical effect of effective support ring rigidity is achieved.

Example four: the hollow bottom rib 21 forming the heightening high rib is formed by coating hot melt adhesive after at least two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes are laterally and adjacently bonded by the hot melt adhesive; the hollow heightening rib 22 is formed by at least two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes which are bonded adjacently in the side direction of the melt adhesive and then coated with the melt adhesive. It should be emphasized here that the melting glue for bonding the two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes is generally obtained by melting a material which is the same as the material of the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe, in the best embodiment, the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is made of a PP material, the corresponding melting glue is PP melting glue 5, the hot melt glue for coating the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe is made of the same material as a strip-shaped thermoplastic sheet for preparing the pipe body, in the best embodiment, a PE material is adopted, and the softening temperature of the PP material is higher than that of the PE material, so that the PE can not soften the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe when coating the PP single-wall special-shaped corrugated pipe, in addition, the hot melt glue and the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe need to be in a coating structure, namely, the bonding effect is not necessarily generated due to the different materials, so that the bonding can be realized only, the technical effect of effective support ring rigidity is achieved.

The invention also provides three manufacturing methods, wherein the method is a manufacturing method aiming at that the hollow bottom rib is provided with one PP special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe, and the hollow height-increasing rib is provided with two PP special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes; the second method is a manufacturing method aiming at the hollow bottom rib with two PP special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes and the hollow heightening rib with one PP special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe, and the sectional structure schematic diagrams of the pipes are shown as attached figures 2 and 3; the third method is a manufacturing method for a hollow single-wall corrugated pipe with two PP special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes both provided with a hollow bottom rib and a hollow increasing rib, and the sectional structure schematic diagram of the pipe is shown as attached figures 4 and 5. The pipe manufactured by the three manufacturing methods adopts PE materials for the belt-shaped thermoplastic sheet used by the pipe body and the hot melt adhesive used for coating the PP special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe.

The method comprises the following steps:

a method for manufacturing a rib-stacked heightening high-rib corrugated winding pipe comprises the following steps: preparing a special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe for hollow bottom ribs and two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes for hollow height-increasing ribs by utilizing PP special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe preparation equipment; extruding a high-temperature flexible strip-shaped thermoplastic sheet through an extrusion die head of PE plastic extrusion equipment, spirally winding the sheet by using pipe forming equipment to form a pipe body, and simultaneously, gradually integrally coating the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe for the hollow bottom rib by using hot-melt PE at the side of the pipe forming equipment, and gradually laterally bonding two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes for the hollow height-increasing rib by using hot-melt PP adhesive and then integrally coating the two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes with the hot-melt PE; before the hot-melt PE, the hot-melt PP glue and the pipe body for coating are not cooled, the coated hollow bottom rib is spirally wound on the pipe body on the same pipe forming equipment for self-adhesion, and then the coated hollow height-increasing rib is spirally wound on the hollow bottom rib on the same pipe forming equipment for self-adhesion.

The second method comprises the following steps:

a method for manufacturing a rib-stacked heightening high-rib corrugated winding pipe comprises the following steps: preparing two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes for hollow bottom ribs and a special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe for hollow height-increasing ribs by utilizing PP special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe preparation equipment; extruding a high-temperature flexible strip-shaped thermoplastic sheet through an extrusion die head of PE plastic extrusion equipment, spirally winding the sheet by using pipe forming equipment to form a pipe body, and meanwhile, gradually laterally bonding two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes for hollow bottom ribs by using hot-melt PP adhesive and then integrally coating the two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes for hollow bottom ribs with hot-melt PE at the side of the pipe forming equipment, and gradually integrally coating the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes for hollow height-increasing ribs with hot-melt PE; before the hot-melt PE, the hot-melt PP glue and the pipe body for coating are not cooled, the coated hollow bottom rib is spirally wound on the pipe body on the same pipe forming equipment for self-adhesion, and then the coated hollow height-increasing rib is spirally wound on the hollow bottom rib on the same pipe forming equipment for self-adhesion.

The third method comprises the following steps:

a method for manufacturing a rib-stacked heightening high-rib corrugated winding pipe comprises the following steps: preparing two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes for hollow bottom ribs and two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes for hollow height-increasing ribs by utilizing PP special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe preparation equipment; extruding a high-temperature flexible strip-shaped thermoplastic sheet through an extrusion die head of PE plastic extrusion equipment, spirally winding the sheet by using pipe forming equipment to form a pipe body, meanwhile, gradually laterally bonding two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes for hollow bottom ribs by using hot-melt PP (polypropylene) glue and integrally coating the two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes for hollow height-increasing ribs by using the hot-melt PE glue, and gradually laterally bonding the two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes for hollow height-increasing ribs by using the hot-melt PP glue and then integrally coating the two special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipes with the hot; before the hot-melt PE, the hot-melt PP glue and the pipe body for coating are not cooled, the coated hollow bottom rib is spirally wound on the pipe body on the same pipe forming equipment for self-adhesion, and then the coated hollow height-increasing rib is spirally wound on the hollow bottom rib on the same pipe forming equipment for self-adhesion.

Although the above method is directed to the special-shaped single-wall corrugated pipe made of PP and the hot-melt adhesive and the strip-shaped thermoplastic sheet made of PE, it is easy for those skilled in the art to think of replacing the above PP and PE materials with similar materials, and the replacement does not change the whole manufacturing method and the structure of the produced pipe, and also falls into the protection scope of the present invention.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are described in the specification and illustrated only to illustrate the principle of the present invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
