Corneal epithelial damage refers to the partial or complete loss of epithelial cells resulting from the disruption of the barrier function of corneal epithelial cells or the invasion of the integrity of corneal epithelium for various reasons. Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, improve the oxygen supply of eyes to relieve the symptoms of dry eyes, eye infection and the like caused by electronic products and contact lenses, and the condition of the keratopathy in the blind eye diseases is very severe at present. 10mL of triple distilled water is taken as a basic solution, which contains 9.1mg of menthol and 0.2mL of glycerol, the pH value is 7.2-7.4, and the osmotic pressure is 240-290 mOsm/L.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving 0.2mL of glycerol and 9.1mg of menthol in the triple distilled water solution, uniformly mixing, supplementing the triple distilled water solution to 10mL, and fully mixing by adopting a high-efficiency gas-water turbine mixer. Adding 50.4ml of trioxane, fully mixing by a novel gas-liquid mixing device, adjusting the pH value to 7.2-7.4 and the osmotic pressure to 240-290mOsm/L, and filtering and sterilizing by a 0.2 mu m membrane to obtain the trioxane nursing eye drop.

Example 2

10mL of triple distilled water is taken as a basic solution, which contains 9.5mg of menthol and 0.18mL of glycerol, the pH value is 7.2-7.4, and the osmotic pressure is 240-290 mOsm/L.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving 0.18mL of glycerol and 9.5mg of menthol in the triple distilled water solution, uniformly mixing, supplementing the triple distilled water solution to 10mL, and fully mixing by adopting a high-efficiency gas-water turbine mixer. Adding 51ml of trioxane, fully mixing by a novel gas-liquid mixing device, adjusting the pH value to 7.2-7.4 and the osmotic pressure to 240-290mOsm/L, and filtering and sterilizing by a 0.2 mu m membrane to obtain the trioxane nursing eye drops.

Example 3

10mL of triple distilled water is taken as a basic solution, which contains 8.9mg of menthol and 0.15mL of glycerol, the pH value is 7.2-7.4, and the osmotic pressure is 240-290 mOsm/L.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving 0.15mL of glycerol and 8.9mg of menthol in the triple distilled water solution, uniformly mixing, supplementing the triple distilled water solution to 10mL, and fully mixing by adopting a high-efficiency gas-water turbine mixer. Adding 50ml of trioxane, fully mixing by a novel gas-liquid mixing device, adjusting the pH value to 7.2-7.4 and the osmotic pressure to 240-280 mOsm/L, and filtering and sterilizing by a 0.2 mu m membrane to obtain the trioxane nursing eye drop.

Example 4

10mL of triple distilled water is taken as a basic solution, which contains 9mg of menthol and 0.2mL of glycerol, the pH value is 7.2-7.4, and the osmotic pressure is 240-290 mOsm/L.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving 0.2mL of glycerol and 9mg of menthol in the triple distilled water solution, uniformly mixing, supplementing the triple distilled water solution to 10mL, and fully mixing by adopting a high-efficiency gas-water turbine mixer.
