Background

As shown in fig. 7, the conventional structure of the fuel cell includes a core 4, a current collecting plate 7, an insulating plate 6 and an end plate 5, and the current collecting plate, the insulating plate 6 and the end plate 5 are sequentially disposed at the blind end of the core 4, which results in a complicated production and assembly process and is easy to loosen during use, thereby affecting the operational stability of the fuel cell.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to overcoming the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and providing an injection molding blind end current collecting plate and a fuel cell, which can simplify the assembly process and improve the accuracy and stability after assembly.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:

the injection molding blind end collector plate comprises an injection molding plastic plate and a metal collector plate, wherein the injection molding plastic plate is provided with an embedding groove, the metal collector plate is arranged in the embedding groove, so that the injection molding plastic plate covers the back and the side of the metal collector plate, and the front of the metal collector plate is exposed and used for connecting a reactor core.

2. The invention arranges the protruding column on the injection plastic plate, and arranges the groove on the back of the metal collector plate to improve the connection strength of the injection plastic plate and the metal collector plate, thereby ensuring that the injection plastic plate and the metal collector plate are not separated, and simultaneously, the injection plastic plate can be made thinner and thinner with about half of the traditional insulation plate, thereby saving the internal space of the fuel motor and being beneficial to the structure miniaturization.

Example one

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides an injection molding blind end collector plate, which includes an injection molding plastic plate 1 and a metal collector plate 2. The metal collector plate 2 is mounted in the fitting groove 11 such that the injection-molded plastic plate 1 covers the back and side surfaces of the metal collector plate 2, and the front surface of the metal collector plate 2 is exposed to contact the core of the fuel cell. The edge of the metal current collecting plate 2 can be convex, and is clamped into the concave position on the side wall of the embedding groove 11, so that the connection strength is improved.

The bottom surface of the embedding groove 11 is distributed with the convex columns 12, the back surface of the metal current collecting plate 2 is distributed with the grooves 21 corresponding to the positions of the convex columns 12, when the metal current collecting plate 2 is installed in the embedding groove 11, the convex columns 12 are correspondingly inserted into the grooves 21, the connection strength of the injection molding plastic plate 1 and the metal current collecting plate 2 is improved, and the plastic injection molding plastic plate 1 and the metal current collecting plate 2 are ensured not to be separated. As shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment provides a fuel cell including a core 4, an end plate 5, and the injection-molded blind-end current collecting plate described in the first embodiment. The injection molding blind end collector plate is fixed between the reactor core 4 and the end plate 5. The structure ensures that only the injection molding blind end collector plate is arranged between the end plate 5 and the reactor core 4, thereby simplifying the assembly process; meanwhile, the injection plastic plate 1 covers the back and the side of the metal collector plate 2, so that the insulation effect is enhanced, the injection plastic plate can be used as a buffer clamping piece connected with the end plate 5, and the precision and the stability after assembly are improved.
