Background

At the present stage, the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer and the superconducting magnet paraffin wax dipping process still rely on a plurality of discrete devices to separately perform operations such as wax melting, wax sealing and the like, so that the manufacturing cost is high, the efficiency is low, and a large barrier is caused to the development of the industry.

SUMMARY OF THE PATENT FOR INVENTION

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a wax sealing device for vacuum equipment, which integrates the functions of melting wax and sealing wax, and overcomes the defects of high cost and low efficiency of the wax sealing device in the prior art.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sealing wax device for a vacuum apparatus, including: the top of the wax melting tank is provided with a wax injection port, the bottom of the wax melting tank is provided with a first heating device, and the first heating device provides wax melting temperature through the wall of the heat transfer tank; the vacuum pump is communicated with the wax melting tank through a first vacuum pumping pipeline and used for vacuum degassing of the wax melting tank through a degassing umbrella arranged in the wax melting tank; the wax sealing tank is internally provided with a workpiece to be sealed with wax, the vacuum pump is communicated with the wax sealing tank through a second vacuum pumping pipeline, and the wax sealing tank is vacuumized; and the first material conveying pipeline is communicated with the wax sealing tank and the wax melting tank, wax is melted to the workpiece to be sealed through differential pressure flow guide, a second heating device is arranged at the bottom of the wax sealing tank, and the second heating device provides wax sealing temperature through the wall of the heat transfer tank. Preferably, in the above wax sealing device for vacuum equipment, the wax melting tank includes: the first jacket layer is arranged on the inner wall of the wax melting tank, heat conduction oil is filled in the first jacket layer, and the first heating device transfers heat to the tank wall of the wax melting tank by heating the heat conduction oil; the delivery pump is arranged outside the wax melting tank, and the delivery pump leads the melted wax to the bottom of the wax melting tank through a second delivery pipeline and carries out film degassing treatment on the degassing umbrella.

Preferably, in the wax sealing device for vacuum equipment, a first high-temperature heat tracing element is arranged on the first material conveying pipeline; and/or a second high-temperature heat tracing element is arranged on the second conveying pipeline.

Preferably, in the wax sealing device for vacuum equipment, the wax sealing tank includes: the detachable top cover covers the top of the wax sealing tank; the cylinder, through supporting seat and guide bar with can dismantle top cap fixed connection, the cylinder is used for driving can dismantle the top cap and open and close seal the wax jar.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the invention prepares qualified paraffin material by heating and melting wax in a wax melting tank and vacuum degassing; soaking paraffin into the workpiece by using pressure difference through a paraffin sealing tank, and solidifying the paraffin through heat transfer of a heating device to finish vacuum paraffin sealing;

the wax sealing device for the vacuum equipment is simple in overall structure, high in efficiency, low in manufacturing cost, small in occupied space and convenient to install and maintain.

Detailed Description

Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Example embodiments may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar structures, and thus their repetitive description will be omitted.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a vacuum wax sealing apparatus according to the present invention, fig. 2 is a plan view of the vacuum wax sealing apparatus, and fig. 3 is a schematic view of the vacuum wax sealing apparatus. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a wax sealing device for vacuum equipment in this embodiment includes: the top of the wax melting tank 1 is provided with a wax injection port 11 for feeding solid paraffin materials. The bottom is provided with a first heating device 12, and the first heating device 12 provides the wax melting temperature through the wall of the heat transfer tank to melt the solid paraffin material.

The vacuum pump 2 provides evacuation function for the wax melting tank 1 and the wax sealing tank 3, and ensures better degassing effect and vacuum effect. Specifically, the vacuum pump 2 is communicated with the wax melting tank 1 through a first vacuumizing pipeline 21, the vacuum pump 2 carries out vacuum degassing on the wax melting tank 1 through a degassing umbrella 13 arranged in the wax melting tank 1, and gas in the tank is pumped out to achieve a paraffin degassing effect.

The wax sealing tank 3 is internally provided with a workpiece 4 to be sealed with wax (in the embodiment, the workpiece 4 to be sealed with wax is a superconducting coil), the vacuum pump 2 is communicated with the wax sealing tank 3 through a second vacuumizing pipeline 22, and the wax sealing tank 3 is vacuumized, so that the wax sealing tank 3 can achieve the optimal wax sealing effect under high vacuum.

The first material conveying pipeline 5 is communicated with the wax sealing tank 3 and the wax melting tank 1, and the first material conveying pipeline 5 guides the molten wax 14 from the bottom of the wax melting tank 1 to the workpiece 4 to be sealed in the wax sealing tank 3 through pressure difference, so that the molten wax permeates into the superconducting magnet coil 4 under high vacuum. The bottom of the wax sealing tank 3 is provided with a second heating device 31, and the second heating device 31 provides wax sealing temperature through the wall of the heat transfer tank, including the heating temperature of the first stage and the cooling temperature of the second stage. Specifically, when the vapor paraffin is infiltrated into the superconducting magnet coil 4 in a high vacuum state, the second heating device 31 heats the paraffin to keep the paraffin in a molten state; after the superconducting magnet coil 4 is soaked in the paraffin, the temperature of the tank is gradually reduced by the second heating device 31, so that the paraffin in the superconducting magnet coil 4 is solidified, and paraffin sealing is realized.

The temperature required when the wax melting tank 1 and the wax sealing tank 2 start to be evacuated, the wax melting, the heating temperature required in the wax sealing process, the heat preservation temperature, the upper and lower limit values of the pressure rise test pressure, the allowable pressure rise range, the time required by the pressure rise test, the test time interval and other important technical indexes; when the superconducting magnet coil 4 is completely immersed in the liquid paraffin, entering a cooling and heat preservation mode, and when the temperature of the superconducting magnet coil 4 reaches the set heat preservation temperature, needing to be taken out in time and other process technical indexes; are all performed by the electronic control means 6. The electronic control device 6 includes an existing PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) program control element, and provides support to the degree of automation of the equipment. For example, a temperature control element (not shown in detail) is included, and is connected with the wax melting tank 1 and the wax sealing tank 3 respectively through a vacuum pump 2, and the temperature control element controls the wax melting temperature of the wax melting tank 1 through a first heating device 12 and controls the wax sealing temperature of the wax sealing tank 3 through a second heating device 31 respectively.

In other embodiments, for simple control, the wax melting temperature of the wax melting tank 1 may be set to a preset value section within a first temperature range, and the wax sealing temperature of the wax sealing tank 3 may be set to a preset value section within a second temperature range, and during the wax melting and wax sealing, the first heating device 12 and the second heating device 31 may transfer heat within the first temperature range and the second temperature range, respectively.

Further, a cooling filter 24 is provided on the evacuation pipe 23 of the vacuum pump 2 for preventing molten wax from being sucked into the vacuum pump 2 during evacuation. The cooling filter 24 provides refrigeration power through the refrigeration unit 25, so that the cooling evacuation pipeline 23 is realized, and the phenomenon that when the vacuum pump 2 evacuates the wax melting tank 1 and the wax sealing tank 3, melted vapor paraffin is sucked into the vacuum pump 2 to damage vacuum elements is avoided.

The wax sealing device for the vacuum equipment further comprises a first detection device 26, wherein the first detection device 26 is arranged on the first vacuumizing pipeline 21 and is used for monitoring the vacuum degree of the wax melting tank 1. The first detection device 26 is matched with the first pressure relief valve 27 to ensure that the vacuum pump 2 performs vacuumizing and pressure rise detection on the wax melting tank 1.

And the second detection device 28 is arranged on the second vacuumizing pipeline 22 and used for monitoring the vacuum degree of the wax sealing tank 3. The second detection device 28 is matched with the second pressure relief valve 29 to ensure that the vacuum pump 2 performs vacuum pumping and pressure rise detection on the wax sealing tank 3.

Suitable valves are provided on each of the pipes (including the first evacuation pipe 21, the second evacuation pipe 22, the first feed pipe 5, the second feed pipe 7, etc.) for differential pressure control.

FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing a wax melting pot in a wax sealing apparatus for a vacuum apparatus. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the wax melting tank 1 includes:

the first jacket layer 15 is arranged on the inner wall of the wax melting tank 1, heat conduction oil 16 serving as a heat transfer medium is filled in the first jacket layer 15, and the first heating device 12 conducts heat to the tank wall of the wax melting tank 1 through heating the heat conduction oil 16 so as to provide wax melting temperature for the wax melting tank 1. Sealing elements such as O-shaped sealing rings and the like are arranged at the joints of all the parts, so that the wax melting tank 1 can work in a high vacuum state.

And the delivery pump 71 is arranged outside the wax melting tank 1, and the delivery pump 71 leads the molten wax 14 from the bottom of the wax melting tank 1 to the degassing umbrella 13 through the second delivery pipeline 7 to carry out film degassing treatment. The second feeding pipe 7 and the first clinker pipe 5 are provided with high temperature heat tracing elements (not shown in detail) to prevent the paraffin from being solidified in the pipe due to cold to block the pipe. The liquid level mirror 17 and the liquid level detection element 18 are arranged on the side wall of the wax melting tank 1 and used for monitoring the liquid level of the molten wax in the wax melting tank 1.

The bottom of the wax melting tank 1 is also provided with a temperature control element 19 for controlling the heating temperature of the first heating device 12 and ensuring the preparation of qualified paraffin materials.

Fig. 5 is a top view structural view of a wax sealing can in the wax sealing device for a vacuum apparatus, and fig. 6 is a sectional structural view of the wax sealing can. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, and fig. 5 and 6, the wax sealing can 3 includes:

the detachable top cover 32 covers the top of the wax sealing tank 1; the air cylinder 33 is fixedly connected with the detachable top cover 32 through the supporting seat 34 and the guide rod 35, and the air cylinder 33 is used for driving the detachable top cover 32 to open and close the wax sealing tank 3.

Specifically, the wax sealing device for the vacuum equipment is provided with a fixed frame 8, a wax melting tank 1, a wax sealing tank 3 and an electric control device 6 are all accommodated in the fixed frame 8, and all pipelines are erected on the fixed frame 8 to form the integral equipment. The top end of the frame for accommodating the wax sealing tank 3 of the fixed frame 8 is provided with a pair of slide rails 81, under the manual pushing, two ends of the supporting seat 34 of the wax sealing tank 3 respectively slide along the slide rails 81 through the slide blocks to drive the detachable top cover 32 to open so as to put in or hang out the superconducting magnet coil 4, and then the cylinder 33 is pushed back to drive the detachable top cover 32 to close the wax sealing tank 3.

The second jacket layer 36 is arranged on the inner wall of the wax sealing tank 3, heat conduction oil serving as a heat transfer medium is filled in the second jacket layer 36, and the second heating device 31 conducts heat to the tank wall 37 of the wax sealing tank 3 through heating the heat conduction oil, so that the wax sealing temperature of the wax sealing tank 3 is increased. The tank wall 37 of the wax sealing tank 3 is a heat-insulating armor layer. Sealing elements such as O-shaped sealing rings and the like are also arranged at the joints of all the parts of the wax sealing tank 3, so that the wax sealing tank 3 can work in a high vacuum state.

A bottom plate 38 is arranged inside the wax sealing tank 3 and used for placing the superconducting magnet coil 4; the top of the device is provided with a wax injection port (not shown in detail) for introducing paraffin material from the first delivery pipe 5. The bottom is provided with a support 39 for fixing the wax sealing pot 3 on the fixed frame 8.

In addition, the top of the wax sealing tank 3 and the top of the wax melting tank 1 are both provided with observation windows (not shown in detail) for observing the conditions in the tanks.

When the paraffin melting tank is used, solid paraffin is poured into the paraffin melting tank 1 manually, and the paraffin melting tank 1 is heated through the first heating device 12 to melt the paraffin. Paraffin is pumped to the umbrella surface of the degassing umbrella 13 by a material conveying pump 71 to carry out film degassing treatment; the vacuum pump 2 is used for vacuumizing the wax melting tank 1, and gas in the tank is pumped out to achieve the paraffin degassing effect. The wax sealing tank 3 is opened through the cylinder 33, the detachable top cover 32 slides to one side, the superconducting magnet coil 4 is placed in the wax sealing tank 3, the tank body is heated and heated through the second heating 31, and the vacuum pump 2 vacuumizes the wax sealing tank 3 and performs pressure rise detection. After the paraffin in the paraffin melting tank 1 is degassed and is subjected to pressure rise detection to be qualified, the qualified paraffin is conveyed from the paraffin melting tank 1 to the superconducting magnet coil 4 in the paraffin sealing tank 3 through the first conveying pipeline 5 by using pressure difference, and the paraffin permeates into the superconducting magnet coil 4 under high vacuum so as to achieve the optimal paraffin sealing effect.
