Specifically, the mattress glue spraying production line also comprises a discharging table 6; the discharging table 6 comprises a discharging underframe 61, a discharging driving device 62 and a discharging belt 63; the discharging bottom frame 61 is arranged adjacent to the pressing bottom frame 41; the discharging driving device 62 is arranged on one side of the discharging chassis 61; the discharging belt 63 is rotatably arranged on the discharging chassis 61, and the discharging belt 63 is in transmission connection with the driving end of the discharging driving device 62; the inlet end of the material outlet belt 63 is adjacent to the inlet end of the pressing belt 46. After the mattress is sprayed with glue and compressed, the transmission driving device 45 drives the compression belt 46 to send the mattress to the discharging belt 63, and then the discharging driving device 62 drives the discharging belt 63 to convey the mattress to the discharging position.

Specifically, the mattress glue spraying production line also comprises an automatic plate turnover mechanism 7; the automatic plate turnover mechanism 7 comprises an automatic plate turnover machine 71, a bidirectional driving device 72 and a bidirectional conveying belt 73; the automatic plate turnover machine 71 is arranged between the transfer chassis 21 and the pressing chassis 41; the bidirectional driving device 72 is arranged on one side of the automatic plate turnover machine 71; the bidirectional conveying belt 73 is rotatably arranged on the automatic plate turnover machine 71 and is positioned at two sides of a turning plate at the top of the automatic plate turnover machine 71; the bidirectional conveying belt 73 is in transmission connection with the driving end of the bidirectional driving device 72; two ends of the bidirectional conveyor belt 73 are respectively adjacent to the outlet of the intermediate rotating belt 23 and the inlet of the pressing belt 46. When glue needs to be sprayed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the mattress, after glue is sprayed on one surface of the mattress, the mattress is conveyed to the bidirectional conveying belt 73 through the transfer belt 23, the automatic plate turnover machine 71 drives the top turning plate to turn over the mattress at the moment, then the bidirectional driving device 72 drives the bidirectional conveying belt 73 to convey the mattress to the transfer belt 23 again, glue is sprayed on the other surface of the mattress, and the two surfaces of the mattress are sprayed with glue and then conveyed to the pressing belt 46 through the transfer belt 23 and the bidirectional conveying belt 73 in sequence.

Specifically, servo motors are used for the other driving devices except that the lift driving device 43 is a cylinder.

As can be seen from the above description, the present invention not only reduces the labor investment, but also improves the work efficiency and the product quality.
