By adopting the technical scheme, the belt 10 is driven to transmit through the rotation of the motor 9, the first electric push rod 11 extends, the first link 12 is rotated, so that the bottom end of the first link 12 is moved, so that the second link 13 is moved, so that the third support plate 14 is rotated, thereby moving the connecting plate 5, so that the cutting blade 4 is moved downwards, when the belt 10 and the rotating shaft 15 are straightened, the rotating shaft 15 rotates to drive the cutting blades 4 to rotate, and the two cutting blades 4 rotate simultaneously, the target steel belt is cut, the working efficiency of the cutting blade 4 is improved, when the first electric push rod 11 contracts, the cutting blade 4 moves upwards, the belt 10 and the rotating shaft 15 are loosened, therefore, the cutting blade 4 loses power, the speed is reduced to stop, the probability that other articles are damaged when the cutting blade 4 is not used is reduced, and meanwhile, the safety of an operator is protected; extend again after the shrink through second electric putter 16 for limiting plate 20 and spacing groove separation, make the inside of bolt sliding tray 17 again slide, make third connecting rod 19 downstream, make clamp plate 18 downstream, spacing processing is carried out to the steel band in spacing hole 6 of rethread and clamp plate 18, prevent when cutting piece 4 rotates the cutting, the skew appears in the steel band, makes the circumstances of cutting error take place.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, every the third mount pad has all been welded in the left side of first mount pad, the bottom of third mount pad is rotated and is connected with first connecting rod 12, the bottom of first electric putter 11 is rotated and is connected the middle part of first connecting rod 12, the bottom fixedly connected with second connecting rod 13 of first connecting rod 12, the left end fixed connection third backup pad 14 of second connecting rod 13, the top of fourth mount pad is rotated and is connected the bottom of third backup pad 14, the left surface welding of third backup pad 14 has two connecting plates 5.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, motor 9 rotates and drives the transmission of belt 10, and first electric putter 11 extends for first connecting rod 12 rotates, makes the bottom of first connecting rod 12 remove, makes second connecting rod 13 remove, thereby makes third backup pad 14 rotate, thereby drives connecting plate 5 and removes, has improved cutting efficiency.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, each side of the connecting plate 5 has been provided with a rotating groove, two the rotating grooves are rotatably connected through a rotating shaft 15, the rotating shaft 15 penetrates through the cutting blade 4, and the rotating shaft 15 is movably connected with the cutting blade 4.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the bottom welding of second cavity has two limiting plates 20, two limiting plate 20 all is located the both sides of through-hole, the inside sliding connection of through-hole has third connecting rod 19, the bottom welding of third connecting rod 19 has transversely set up clamp plate 18, the bottom of connecting second electric putter 16 is rotated on the top of third connecting rod 19, sliding tray 17 has been seted up to the middle part card of second cavity, bolt and sliding tray 17 swing joint are passed through on the top of third connecting rod 19.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the second electric putter 16 extends again after the shrink for limiting plate 20 and spacing groove separation, make the inside slip of bolt sliding tray 17 again, make third connecting rod 19 remove down, make clamp plate 18 remove down, conveniently carry out spacing processing to the steel band.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, a limiting groove is formed in the left side surface of the third link 19, and the size of the limiting groove is the same as that of the limiting plate 20.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, conveniently reset the back to clamp plate 18, carry out the block with spacing groove and limiting plate 20 and stabilize, make things convenient for next use, when guaranteeing the steel band transportation simultaneously, clamp plate 18 can not take place to obstruct.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the output end of the motor 9 is movably connected with a belt pulley, and the belt pulley is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft 15 through a belt 10.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, motor 9 drives pivot 15 and rotates for cutting piece 4 can carry out the efficient cutting operation.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the length of the belt 10 is seventy centimeters, and the distance between the pulley and the rotating shaft 15 is fifty centimeters.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, appear becoming flexible between belt 10 and the pivot 15 to cutting piece 4 loses power, and speed reduces to stopping, when reducing not using cutting piece 4, and other article receive the probability of injury, have protected operator's safety simultaneously.

by adopting the technical scheme, in the prior art, larger heat can be generated in the process of cutting the steel belt, the steel belt and the cutting blade 4 are easy to burn if the heat is not dissipated in time, however, the cooling liquid is sprayed in the most conventional heat dissipation method at present, the cooling liquid is easy to mix with scrap iron and dust generated by cutting after being sprayed, the scrap iron and dust can be increased gradually after the cooling liquid is used for a long time, the cutting effect of the cutting blade can be influenced when the cooling liquid is used again, the environment can be polluted after the waste cooling liquid is discharged, and meanwhile, the cooling liquid can splash onto the skin of a worker in the process of spraying the cooling liquid, and the skin can be corroded after being contacted with the cooling liquid for a long time; when the steel strip is cut, firstly, the steel strip is placed on the arc layer 23 in the first arc-shaped groove 21, then the steel strip is pressed into the second arc-shaped groove 22, at the moment, the air pump 26 and the cutting blade 4 are started, the steel strip is pressed into the second arc-shaped groove 22 in the process that the cutting blade 7 moves downwards, the steel strip is cut through the cutting blade 4, scrap iron dust generated by cutting in the first arc-shaped groove 21 and the second arc-shaped groove 22 can be pumped into the collecting box 24 through the first air passage 25 in the working process of the air pump 26, dust generated in the cutting process is collected in the process, excessive dust is prevented from floating into the air, influences are caused to workers, meanwhile, the steel strip can be cooled through the flowing of air, the burning phenomenon caused by overhigh temperature on the steel strip is prevented, and the arc layer 23 is made of copper metal, so that the heat of the steel strip can be further absorbed, thereby further reducing the temperature of the steel belt and preventing the steel belt from being burnt.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 to 6, a first liquid groove 31 is formed in the inner wall of the cutting plate 7 below each first arc-shaped groove 21; a cavity is formed in the inner wall of each arc-shaped layer 23 and is communicated with the first liquid tank 31 through a first conduit 32; the left side and the right side of each second arc-shaped groove 22 are respectively and fixedly connected with a partition plate 33 in the inner wall of the first liquid groove 31, and a cavity formed by the partition plates 33 is communicated with the cavity in the arc-shaped layer 23 through a second conduit 34; the inner walls of the two partition boards 33 are fixedly connected with third guide pipes 35, and the third guide pipes 35 are used for communicating cavities at two sides of the two partition boards 33; a second liquid tank 36 is arranged below each first liquid tank 31 and in the inner wall of the bottom plate, and cooling liquid is filled in the second liquid tank 36; a refrigerator 37 and a liquid pump 38 are arranged in each second liquid tank 36; each second liquid tank 36 is communicated with cavities on two opposite sides of the adjacent partition plate 33 through a fourth conduit 39; each of the second liquid tanks 36 is communicated with the cavity between the partition plate 33 through a fifth conduit 391;

by adopting the technical scheme, the liquid pump 38 and the refrigerator 37 are controlled to work simultaneously in the process of controlling the cutting blade 4 to rotate, the cooling liquid can be cooled in the working process of the refrigerator 37, the cooling oil can be introduced into the cavity on the opposite side of the adjacent partition plate 33 of the first liquid tank 31 through the fourth guide pipe 39 in the working process of the liquid pump 38, the third guide pipe 35 is installed in the inner wall of the partition plate 33, so that the cooling liquid can be uniformly filled in the first liquid tank 31 except the cavity formed by the partition plates 33 corresponding to each other, the cooling oil in the first liquid tank 31 can cool the cutting plate 7 in the process, meanwhile, the cutting plate 7 can absorb the heat generated by the steel strip during cutting, so as to further cool the steel strip, meanwhile, the cooling liquid on the two sides of the partition plates 33 can flow into the cavity of the arc layer 23 through the first guide pipe 32, and the cooling oil flowing into the arc layer 23 can absorb the heat of the arc layer 23, thereby can make better the heat to the steel band of arc layer 23 absorb, when the cooling oil in the arc layer 23 flows to arc layer 23 end, can flow into the cavity between baffle 33 through second pipe 34, then cool down in flowing into second liquid groove 36 through fifth pipe 391, can make arc layer 23 be in the state of heat absorption constantly through the circulation that realizes the cooling oil, thereby can guarantee the heat that the absorption steel band of arc layer 23 produced, thereby further prevent that the phenomenon of burning from appearing in the steel band.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 to 6, a heat conducting rod 392 is fixedly connected to an inner wall of each of the arc-shaped layers 23, and the heat conducting rods 392 are made of copper metal material; each of the heat conduction rods 392 is of a telescopic design; a cavity is formed in the inner wall of each heat-conducting rod 392 and is communicated with the cavity in the arc-shaped layer 23;

through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, because flexible heat conduction pole 392 has been linked firmly in the inner wall of arc layer 23, in the cavity of heat conduction pole 392 can flow in when the in-process that the coolant liquid flows in the cavity of arc layer 23, thereby promote heat conduction pole 392 and stretch, the in-process that stretches at heat conduction pole 392 can extrude the steel band, can fix the steel band at this in-process, thereby prevent that the steel band from taking place to remove at the in-process of cutting, thereby influence the cutting degree of steel band, simultaneously can also be with the heat conduction that produces on the steel band in the coolant liquid, thereby further improve the cooling effect to the steel band.

The working principle is as follows: the motor 9 rotates to drive the belt 10 to transmit, the first electric push rod 11 extends to enable the first connecting rod 12 to rotate, the bottom end of the first connecting rod 12 moves, the second connecting rod 13 moves, the third supporting plate 14 rotates, the connecting plate 5 moves and the cutting blade 4 moves downwards, when the belt 10 and the rotating shaft 15 are straightened, the rotating shaft 15 rotates to drive the cutting blade 4 to rotate, the two cutting blades 4 rotate simultaneously to cut a target steel belt, the working efficiency of the cutting blade 4 is improved, when the first electric push rod 11 contracts, the cutting blade 4 moves upwards, looseness occurs between the belt 10 and the rotating shaft 15, the cutting blade 4 loses power, the speed is reduced to stop, the probability that other articles are damaged when the cutting blade 4 is not used is reduced, and meanwhile, the safety of an operator is protected; the second electric push rod 16 is contracted and then extended to separate the limit plate 20 from the limit groove, the bolt slides in the slide groove 17 again, the third connecting rod 19 moves downwards, the press plate 18 moves downwards, the steel belt is limited by the limit hole 6 and the press plate 18, the steel belt is prevented from being deviated when the cutting piece 4 rotates for cutting, and the cutting error is caused, when the steel belt is cut, the steel belt is firstly placed on the arc layer 23 in the first arc-shaped groove 21, then the steel belt is pressed in the second arc-shaped groove 22, the air pump 26 and the cutting piece 4 are started at the moment, the steel belt is pressed in the second arc-shaped groove 22 in the downward moving process of the cutting piece 7, the steel belt is cut by the cutting piece 4, dust generated by cutting in the first arc-shaped groove 21 and the second arc-shaped groove 22 can be pumped into the scrap iron collecting box 24 through the first air passage 25 in the working process of the air pump 26, in the process, not only dust generated during cutting is collected, thereby preventing excessive dust from flying into the air and affecting workers, but also the steel strip can be cooled through the flowing of gas, thereby preventing burn phenomenon caused by overhigh temperature on the steel strip, because the arc layer 23 is made of copper metal material, the heat of the steel strip can be further absorbed, thereby further reducing the temperature of the steel strip, preventing the steel strip from burning, the liquid pump 38 and the refrigerator 37 are simultaneously controlled to work in the process of controlling the rotation of the cutting sheet 4, the cooling liquid can be cooled in the process of working the refrigerator 37, the cooling oil can be introduced into the cavity at the back side of the adjacent partition plate 33 of the first liquid tank 31 through the fourth conduit 39 in the process of working the liquid pump 38, because the third conduit 35 is arranged in the inner wall of the partition plate 33, thereby the cooling liquid can be uniformly filled in the first liquid tank 31 except the cavity formed by the partition plates 33, in the process, the cooling oil in the first liquid tank 31 can cool the cutting plate 7, meanwhile, the cutting plate 7 can absorb the heat generated by the steel belt during cutting, thereby further cooling the steel strip, simultaneously, the cooling liquid on the two sides of the baffle 33 can flow into the cavity of the arc-shaped layer 23 through the first conduit 32, the cooling oil flowing into the arc-shaped layer 23 can absorb the heat of the arc-shaped layer 23, so that the arc-shaped layer 23 can better absorb the heat on the steel strip, when the cooling oil in the arc-shaped layer 23 flows to the end of the arc-shaped layer 23, the cooling oil can flow into the cavity between the partition plates 33 through the second conduit 34, then the temperature is reduced after flowing into the second liquid tank 36 through the fifth conduit 391, the arc layer 23 can be in a state of absorbing heat at all times by realizing the circulation of the cooling oil, therefore, the heat generated by the steel belt can be absorbed by the arc-shaped layer 23, and the burning phenomenon of the steel belt can be further prevented.

The using method comprises the following steps: connecting an external power supply, turning on a power switch, enabling a motor 9 to rotate to drive a belt 10 to transmit, enabling a first electric push rod 11 to extend, enabling a first connecting rod 12 to rotate, enabling the bottom end of the first connecting rod 12 to move, enabling a second connecting rod 13 to move, enabling a third supporting plate 14 to rotate, enabling a connecting plate 5 to move, enabling a cutting blade 4 to move downwards, enabling a rotating shaft 15 to rotate after the belt 10 and the rotating shaft 15 are straightened, enabling the cutting blade 4 to rotate, enabling two cutting blades 4 to rotate simultaneously to cut a target steel belt, enabling the cutting blade 4 to move upwards when the first electric push rod 11 contracts, enabling the belt 10 and the rotating shaft 15 to be loosened, enabling the cutting blades 4 to lose power, and reducing the speed to stop; the second electric push rod 16 extends after contracting, so that the limit plate 20 is separated from the limit groove, the bolt slides in the slide groove 17 again, the third connecting rod 19 moves downwards, the pressing plate 18 moves downwards, and the steel belt is limited through the limit hole 6 and the pressing plate 18.
