E. surface treatment: coating a third treating agent on the surface of the dried second treating layer to form a third treating layer; specifically, the third treating agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of brightening polycarbon PU, 0.8-1 part of a flatting agent, 0.2-0.3 part of a defoaming agent, 4-6 parts of an isocyanate crosslinking agent, 85-90 parts of a water-based self-extinction polycarbon resin, 6-8 parts of a carbodiimide crosslinking agent, 5-6 parts of an organic silicon wear-resistant assistant and 5-6 parts of an organic silicon silencing assistant;

The polishing polycarbon PU used by the treating agent is used for increasing the hardness of the PVC artificial leather material so as to improve the wear resistance of the PVC artificial leather material. Meanwhile, an isocyanate crosslinking agent and a carbodiimide crosslinking agent are added into the treating agent, so that the problems of high film-forming hardness of PVC artificial leather and easiness in cracking at low temperature caused by the hardness increase of the PVC artificial leather due to the addition of the brightening polycarbon PU are solved.

After being processed and shaped, the general PVC artificial leather material comprises a surface layer, a foaming layer and a base fabric layer, and the treatment steps of the post-treatment method are all carried out on the surface layer.

On the basis, the invention also provides PVC artificial leather, and the PVC artificial leather is obtained by carrying out post-treatment on the PVC artificial leather material by using the post-treatment method.

Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

the invention not only greatly improves the wear resistance of the PVC artificial leather, but also solves the problems of high film-forming hardness of the PVC artificial leather caused by the improvement of the wear resistance, and easy cracking caused by the reduction of the flexibility resistance of the PVC artificial leather at low temperature after the hardness is increased.

D. drying: c, drying the PVC artificial leather material obtained after the treatment in the step C, wherein the drying temperature is 130 ℃;

E. surface treatment: coating a third treating agent on the surface of the dried second treating layer to form a third treating layer; specifically, the third treating agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of brightening polycarbon PU, 1 part of a flatting agent, 0.3 part of a defoaming agent, 5 parts of an isocyanate crosslinking agent, 85 parts of water-based self-extinction polycarbon resin, 8 parts of a carbodiimide crosslinking agent, 6 parts of an organic silicon wear-resistant assistant and 6 parts of an organic silicon noise-reduction assistant;

F. drying: and E, drying the PVC artificial leather material obtained after the treatment in the step E, wherein the drying temperature is 110 ℃.

In a more preferred embodiment, the silicone sound damping aid is prepared from 6 parts HM-13-678 and 6 parts deionized water, by weight.
