1. A safety seat head restraint, comprising:

a first stopper (1; 1') provided on a front side of a head of an occupant seated in a safety seat in a normal sitting posture with a gap therebetween, for restricting a forward displacement of the occupant; and

the second limiting piece (2; 2 ') is arranged at the top of the head of the passenger in a normal sitting posture, has a gap with the head of the passenger, keeps a fixed distance with the first limiting piece (1; 1') in the height direction, and is adjustable in the height direction with the seat plate (9) of the safety seat.

2. The safety seat head restraint according to claim 1, further comprising a headrest (3), wherein the second limiting member (2; 2 ') is mounted on the headrest (3), and the first limiting member (1; 1 ') and the second limiting member (2; 2 ') are fixedly connected.

3. The safety seat head restraint according to claim 1, further comprising a headrest (3), wherein the first and second stoppers (1; 1, 2; 2') are respectively mounted on the headrest (3).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of safety seats, in particular to a safety seat head protection device and a safety seat.

Background

Currently, a child is generally restrained in a child safety seat while riding in a vehicle. The safety seat is provided with a headrest, so that the child can conveniently rest on the headrest, and the headrest can also be used for protecting the head of the child. The headrest is trilateral surrounding type generally, can protect children's hindbrain and head both sides, and unable protection children's head top and front side when meetting unexpected conditions such as the road jolts or emergency brake, there is not the safety guarantee in children's head top and front side, have the potential safety hazard.

In the related art, the head guard ring is arranged on the safety seat, and although the head guard ring can protect the head of the child under certain conditions, the head guard ring is made of hard materials and tightly hooped around the head of the child, so that the free movement of the child is greatly limited, and the experience is not good.

Moreover, the heights of the upper half bodies of different children are different, and if the height of the head guard ring is set to be a fixed height, the head guard ring cannot adapt to different heights of different children; if the height of the head guard ring is set to be adjustable, new problems can be brought, for example, when a user adjusts the height of the head guard ring, the user cannot accurately grasp the height difference between the head guard ring and the head of a child, and the head is protected to be invalid due to too large height difference; if the height difference is too small, the guard ring may contact the eye when the child leans forward, and the eye may be injured by being pressed by the eye.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a safety seat head protection device and a safety seat, which can effectively protect the head of a passenger and simultaneously can not limit the free movement of the passenger.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a safety seat head restraint comprising:

a first stopper provided at a front side of a head of a passenger seated in the safety seat in a normal sitting posture with a gap therebetween, for restricting forward displacement of the passenger; and

the second limiting part is arranged at the top of the head of the passenger in a normal sitting posture, has a gap with the head of the passenger, keeps a fixed distance with the first limiting part in the height direction, and is adjustable in the height direction.

In some embodiments, the safety seat head protection device further includes a headrest, the second limiting member is mounted on the headrest, and the first limiting member and the second limiting member are fixedly connected.

In some embodiments, the safety seat head restraint further comprises a headrest, and the first and second stoppers are respectively mounted on the headrest.

In some embodiments, the distance between the headrest and the seat plate in the height direction is adjustable.

In some embodiments, the front-rear position of the second stop relative to the headrest is adjustable.

In some embodiments, the safety seat head restraint further includes a support bracket connected between the second stopper and the headrest, and a first adjustment mechanism for adjusting a connection position of the support bracket and the headrest in the front-rear direction.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the head restraint of the safety seat according to the present invention, the head restraint includes a first restraint member 1 and a second restraint member 2, the first restraint member 1 is disposed at a front side of a head of an occupant seated in the safety seat and has a gap with the head of the occupant, the first restraint member 1 is configured to restrain a forward displacement of the occupant, the second restraint member 2 is disposed at a top of the head of the occupant in a normal sitting posture and has a gap with the head of the occupant, a distance between the second restraint member 2 and the first restraint member 1 in a height direction is fixed, and a distance between the second restraint member 2 and a seat plate 9 of the safety seat in the height direction is adjustable.

The seat plate 9 is a member that supports the entire weight of the occupant. The normal sitting posture refers to a posture in which the occupant sits normally on the seat plate 9 with the head of the occupant kept upright. When the accident such as road bump or sudden braking occurs, the passengers may lean forward or backward, and the passengers are in an abnormal sitting posture. When the passenger leans backward, the passenger can be protected by the headrest, and when the passenger leans forward, the passenger can be protected by the first limiting piece. In the above embodiment, the head protection device includes the first limiting member 1 and the second limiting member 2, and the first limiting member 1 and the second limiting member 2 have gaps with the head of the occupant, and there is no contact limitation, so that the free movement of the occupant is not limited, and the use experience is good; moreover, the distance between the first limiting member 1 and the second limiting member 2 in the height direction is kept fixed, and the distance between the second limiting member 2 and the seat plate 9 in the height direction is adjustable, so that the distance between the first limiting member 1 and the seat plate 9 can be adjusted in the height direction by adjusting the distance between the second limiting member 2 and the seat plate 9, the second limiting member 2 is arranged at the top of the head of the passenger, the distance between the second limiting member 2 and the top of the head can be used as a reference for adjusting the distance between the second limiting member 2 and the first limiting member 1 and the seat plate 9, and the distance between the second limiting member 2 and the top of the head is relatively easy to handle and control, for example, a user can put one hand on the head of the passenger, the second limiting member 2 is in contact with the hand, and the thickness of the hand is used as the distance between the second limiting member 2 and the top of the head, thereby greatly reducing the difficulty of height, the first limiting part 1 is ensured not to fail in protection due to being too high, and not to hurt eyes of passengers due to being too low, so that the safety is better.

The safety seat head protection device further comprises a headrest 3, and in order to ensure that the first limiting piece 1 and the second limiting piece 2 keep the relative distance in the height direction constant, the first limiting piece 1 and the second limiting piece 2 can be respectively installed on the headrest 3, and meanwhile, the distance between the first limiting piece 1 and the second limiting piece 2 in the height direction is kept constant; the second limiting member 2 can also be mounted on the headrest 3, and the first limiting member 1 and the second limiting member 2 are fixedly connected, so that the distance between the first limiting member 1 and the second limiting member 2 in the height direction can be kept constant, when the height of the second limiting member 2 relative to the seat plate 9 is adjusted, the distance between the first limiting member 1 and the seat plate 9 is also adjusted, and the difficulty in height adjustment of the first limiting member 1 is reduced.

The distance between the headrest 3 and the seat plate 9 in the height direction is adjustable. The arrangement can convert the distance adjustment between the first limiting part 1 and the second limiting part 2 and the seat plate 9 into the height adjustment of the headrest 3 relative to the seat plate 9, and under the condition that the headrest 3 of the safety seat is provided with adjustable height, the configuration of the first adjusting mechanism for realizing the height adjustment of the first limiting part 1 and the second limiting part 2 can be saved, and the cost is saved.

An embodiment of the fixed connection between the first limiting member 1 and the second limiting member 2 is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 17.

The front and rear positions of the second limiting member 2 relative to the headrest 3 are adjustable. The front and rear herein take the front and rear sides of the occupant as reference directions when the occupant enters the safety seat. The setting can adapt to different children's different head circumferences like this, also can adapt to same children at different ages's different head circumferences, when the head circumference changes, through adjusting the fore-and-aft position of second locating part 2, can realize the regulation to the fore-and-aft position of first locating part 1, guarantees the comfort that children took and the validity of first locating part 1 guard action.

The safety seat head protection device further comprises a support frame 4 and a first adjusting mechanism, the support frame 4 is connected between the second limiting part 2 and the headrest 3, and the first adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the connecting position of the support frame 4 and the headrest 3 in the front-back direction. The supporting frame 4 is made of a hard material and can support the first limiting member 1 and the second limiting member 2.

In other embodiments, the first adjusting mechanism may be configured to adjust a connection position between the support frame 4 and the second limiting member 2 in the front-back direction, so that the front-back position of the second limiting member 2 relative to the headrest 3 may also be adjustable.

First adjustment mechanism is including adjusting seat 5 and mounting panel 6, adjusts seat 5 and is connected with support frame 4, and mounting panel 6 is installed on headrest 3, is equipped with two at least cooperation portions of arranging along the fore-and-aft direction on the mounting panel 6, adjusts seat 5 or support frame 4 and is connected with headrest 3 through cooperation portion. The adjusting seat 5 is connected with the headrest 3 through the matching part, or the supporting frame 4 is connected with the headrest 3 through the matching part, so that the front and back position adjustment of the supporting frame 4 relative to the headrest 3 can be realized.

As shown in fig. 7, the adjusting seat 5 is provided with a first hole 511, as shown in fig. 8, the supporting frame 4 passes through the first hole 511 and is exposed from the bottom of the adjusting seat 5, as shown in fig. 3, the matching portion includes a mounting hole 61, as shown in fig. 9, and the exposed portion of the supporting frame 4 is inserted into the mounting hole 61 to connect the supporting frame 4 and the headrest 3.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the supporting frame 4 includes at least two supporting bars 41, the number of the first holes 511 is the same as the number of the supporting bars 41, each supporting bar 41 is inserted into the corresponding first hole 511, and at least one supporting bar 41 is exposed from the bottom of the adjusting seat 5. Through setting up two at least support bars 41, can increase the joint strength of support frame 4 and regulation seat 5, guarantee the steadiness of connecting.

As shown in fig. 5, the supporting frame 4 is provided with an elastic buckle 42, the adjusting seat 5 is provided with a second hole 512, the elastic buckle 42 is inserted into the second hole 512 under the action of the elastic force to realize the connection between the supporting frame 4 and the adjusting seat 5, and is separated from the second hole 512 under the action of the external force to disconnect the supporting and adjusting seat 5. The quick mounting and quick dismounting of the support frame 4 on the adjusting seat 5 can be realized, the connecting difficulty can be reduced, and the operating efficiency is improved.

The elastic buckle 42 includes a spring and a latch, the latch protrudes from the surface of the supporting bar 41 under the action of the elastic force of the spring in a normal state, when the spring is compressed and the latch enters the hole of the supporting bar 41, so that the supporting bar 41 can be inserted into the seat body 51 of the adjusting seat 5, and when the supporting bar reaches the second hole 512, the latch moves outwards and is latched in the second hole 512 under the action of the spring, thereby realizing the connection between the supporting frame 4 and the adjusting seat 5.

The second limiting member 2 has a first position for protecting the occupant in a normal sitting posture and a second position for facilitating the occupant to enter or leave the safety seat. The position of the second limiting part 2 on the headrest 3 is adjustable, and the second limiting part can be switched between a first position and a second position, so that different requirements on the gap when the first limiting part 1 is in a working state and when an occupant enters or leaves the safety seat can be met.

When the second limiting part 2 is located at the first position, the first limiting part 1 enters a working state, and at the moment, a preset safety clearance is formed between the first limiting part 1 and the head of the passenger, the first limiting part 1 can protect the front side of the head of the passenger when the head of the passenger leans forward, and the second limiting part 2 is used for protecting the top of the head of the passenger. When the second limiting member 2 is located at the second position, in order to enable the passenger to enter or leave the position of the safety seat, the gap between the first limiting member 1 and the head of the passenger and the gap between the second limiting member 2 and the head of the passenger are required to be larger, the gap between the first limiting member 1 and the head of the passenger is increased, the moving space of the passenger can be increased, and the passenger can enter or leave the safety seat more easily.

The second position is located at the upper rear of the first position. The second position is located above the first position in the height direction; the second position is located rearward of the first position in the front-rear direction. When the passenger enters or leaves the safety seat, the distance between the first limiting part 1 and the second limiting part 2 and the seat plate 9 can be increased, and the first limiting part 1 and the second limiting part 2 move backwards, so that the passenger can more conveniently enter or exit the safety seat.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the adjusting seat 5 includes a seat body 51, a latch 52 and a connecting section 53, the connecting section 53 is connected between the seat body 51 and the latch 52, as shown in fig. 12, the headrest 3 is provided with a latch hole 8, the connecting section 53 is inserted into the latch hole 8, as shown in fig. 10, the seat body 51 is located at the outer side of the headrest 3, as shown in fig. 11, the latch 52 is located at the inner side of the headrest 3, and the latch hole 8 is configured to allow the second limiting member 2 to have a first position for protecting an occupant in a normal sitting posture and a second position for allowing the occupant to enter or leave the safety seat. Through the improvement to the connected mode of adjusting seat 5 and headrest 3, the design of cooperation screens hole 8 has realized the switching between the first position and the second position of second locating part 2 and first locating part 1.

The fixture block 52 may be disposed on the inner side of the outer wall of the headrest 3, rather than being located on the innermost side of the headrest 3, so as to prevent the fixture block 52 from being exposed on the outer side of the inner wall of the headrest 3 and prevent the passenger from colliding with the same.

As shown in fig. 4, the locking hole 8 includes a first locking hole 81, a second locking hole 82 and a third locking hole 83, the first locking hole 81 is disposed above the mounting plate 6, the first locking hole 81 is used for limiting the position of the adjustment seat 5 when the first adjustment mechanism adjusts the front-back position of the second limiting member 2 relative to the headrest 3, the third locking hole 83 is disposed above the first locking hole 81, the third locking hole 83 includes a locking portion 831 for limiting the movement of the adjustment seat 5 relative to the headrest 3, and the second locking hole 82 communicates the first locking hole 81 and the third locking hole 83. By providing the retaining portion 831, the second limiting member 2 can be fixed at the second position, so as to ensure the safety and stability of the second limiting member 2 at the second position.

As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the side of the headrest 3 for blocking the latch 52 is provided with a rib 31, the rib 31 is used for blocking the latch 52 from moving upward relative to the headrest 3 when the support frame 4 is connected with the headrest 3, and the connecting section 53 can rotate at the connection position of the first latch hole 81 and the second latch hole 82 to avoid the rib 31 when the support frame 4 is disconnected with the headrest 3.

When the exposed portion of one support bar 41 in the support frame 4 is inserted into the mounting hole 61 to make the support frame 4 and the headrest 3 in a connection state, the rib 31 can block the fixture block 52 from moving upward relative to the headrest 3, so as to prevent the support frame 4 from moving upward relative to the headrest 3 under the conditions of road bump and the like, and ensure the reliability of connection between the support frame 4 and the headrest 3.

In the support frame 4, the exposed portion of one support bar 41 is separated from the mounting hole 61, so that the support frame 4 and the headrest 3 are in a disconnected state, and when the adjusting seat 5 needs to move upwards through the second clamping hole 82, the connecting section 53 can be rotated, the connecting section 53 drives the clamping block 52 to deflect after rotating, the clamping block 52 can avoid the rib 31 after deflecting, and the adjusting seat 5 can drive the support frame 4 to move upwards along the second clamping hole 82.

In the above embodiments, the first limiting member 1 and/or the second limiting member 2 includes a limiting member, such as a rubber plate, and the strength of the plate structure is high, and the limiting effect on the head is also good when the head tilts forward.

The limiting plate comprises a cylindrical surface matched with the head shape of the passenger, and the cylindrical surface faces the head of the passenger. Through setting up the cylindrical surface, can make the head can laminate the limiting plate more when head and limiting plate contact, avoid having the edges and corners to cause the head to collide with.

The limiting plate is provided with the air holes, so that the influence of the limiting plate on the air circulation is avoided.

The overall structure and adjustment process of an embodiment of the head restraint of a safety seat according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 17:

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the head restraint includes a first stopper 1, a second stopper 2, and a headrest 3. The headrest 3 is mounted on a backrest 7 of the safety seat, and the height of the headrest 3 on the backrest 7 is adjustable. The first limiting part 1 and the second limiting part 2 are connected into a whole, and the second limiting part 2 is installed on the installation plate 6 of the headrest 3 through the support frame 4 and the adjusting seat 5.

When the passenger is in a normal sitting posture, the first limiting part 1 is positioned at the front side of the head of the passenger and has a gap with the front side of the head of the passenger, and the second limiting part 2 is positioned above the top of the head of the passenger and has a gap with the top of the head of the passenger.

As shown in fig. 3, the mounting plate 6 is horizontally welded in the recess of the headrest 3, three mounting holes 61 are provided in the mounting plate 6, and the center lines of the three mounting holes 61 extend in the front-rear direction.

As shown in fig. 4, the headrest 3 is provided with a catch hole 8, and the catch hole 8 is provided above the mounting plate 6. The clamping hole 8 comprises a first clamping hole 81, a second clamping hole 82 and a third clamping hole 83, the length of the first clamping hole 81 in the front-back direction is approximately equal to the maximum distance between the three mounting holes 61 on the mounting plate 6, and the height of the first clamping hole 81 in the height direction is slightly larger than the height of the connecting section 53 of the adjusting seat 5, so that the movement of the adjusting seat 5 in the height direction is limited when the front-back position of the second limiting part 2 relative to the headrest 3 is adjusted. The second click hole 82 communicates the first click hole 81 and the third click hole 83. The second engaging holes 82 are arranged in the vertical direction, and the width of the second engaging holes 82 in the front-rear direction is slightly larger than the width of the connecting section 53 of the adjustment seat 5, so as to guide the lifting of the adjustment seat 5. The third catching hole 83 is provided above the first catching hole 81, and the third catching hole 83 is arranged in a horizontal direction and extends rearward from a top end of the second catching hole 82.

The third catching hole 83 includes a catching portion 831 that restricts movement of the adjustment seat 5 with respect to the headrest 3, the catching portion 831 being disposed at and extending downward from a rearmost end of the third catching hole 83.

The bottom surface of the third engaging hole 83 is gradually raised from front to back, which facilitates the fixing of the adjustment seat 5 and facilitates the smooth insertion of the connecting section 53 of the adjustment seat 5 into the engaging portion 831.

As shown in fig. 5, the support frame 4 includes two left and right groups, each group includes three support bars 41, and the length of the support bar 41 in the middle is longer than the length of the support bars 41 on both sides. The side of the middle support bar 41 is provided with an elastic buckle 42.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the adjusting seat 5 includes a seat body 51, a latch 52 and a connecting section 53, and the connecting section 53 is connected between the seat body 51 and the latch 52. The base 51 is provided with three first holes 511 penetrating the top and bottom surfaces, and the axis of the first hole 511 is along the vertical direction. The side of the base body 51 is provided with a second hole 512.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the three support bars 41 are inserted into the three first holes 511 of the adjustment seat 5, respectively, and the middle support bar 41 can be exposed from the middle first hole 511, with the exposed portion being inserted into the mounting hole 61.

As shown in fig. 12, the mounting plate 6 is also used to support the seat body 51 of the adjustment seat 5, and the connecting section 53 is inserted into the retaining hole 8. As shown in fig. 10, the seat body 51 is located outside the headrest 3; as shown in fig. 11, the latch 52 is located inside the outer wall of the headrest 3.

As shown in fig. 15, the inner side of the headrest 3 is provided with the rib 31, the rib 31 is close to the side surface of the second latching hole 82, the rib 31 is L-shaped, the short side of the rib 31 faces the latch 52, and when the exposed portion of the supporting bar 41 is inserted into the mounting hole 61 in the middle, the rib 31 just blocks the latch 52 from moving upward.

As shown in fig. 16, when the adjusting base 5 needs to be lifted, the adjusting base 5 may be rotated first to deflect the fixture block 52 to avoid the rib 31, so that the blocking effect is removed, and the adjusting base 5, the supporting frame 4, the second limiting member 2 and the first limiting member 1 may move upward along the second fastening hole 82.

Fig. 20 is a schematic view showing a structure of mounting the head restraint on the safety seat. The safety seat further comprises a backrest and a seat plate 9, the backrest is connected with the seat plate 9, and the headrest 3 is mounted on the backrest.

The front and back adjusting process comprises the following steps:

as shown in fig. 13, the supporting bars 41 exposed from the bottom of the holder body 51 are inserted into the mounting holes 61 located at the rearmost side. If the front and rear positions of the first limiting member 1 and the second limiting member 2 need to be adjusted, the supporting bar 41 can be pulled out from the rearmost mounting hole 61, and then the supporting frame 4 and the adjusting base 5 are driven to move forward under the guiding action of the first locking hole 81 until the exposed supporting bar 41 is aligned with the foremost mounting hole 61, and the supporting frame 4 is pressed downward, so that the forward adjustment can be completed, as shown in fig. 14.

Switching from the first position to the second position:

first, the supporting bar 41 is pulled out from the mounting hole 61 so that the connecting section 53 is aligned with the second catching hole 82; then, as shown in fig. 17, the adjusting seat 5 is lifted upward, and the adjusting seat 5 is lifted up under the guidance of the second catching hole 82; when the adjusting seat 5 reaches the top of the second clipping hole 82, the adjusting seat 5 is driven to move backwards under the guiding action of the third clipping hole 83 until reaching the clipping part 831, as shown in fig. 18; finally, as shown in fig. 19, the adjusting seat 5 is pressed down to make the connecting section 53 enter the positioning portion 831, so that the adjusting seat 5 is fixed at the second position, and the safety of the passenger in the process of getting in and out the safety seat is ensured.

An embodiment in which the first limiting member 1 'and the second limiting member 2' are respectively connected to the headrest 3 will be described with reference to fig. 21 to 35.

As shown in fig. 21, the head protection device includes a first limiting member 1 ', a second limiting member 2', a connecting block 10, and a second adjusting mechanism. The connecting block 10 is connected between the first limiting member 1' and the headrest 3. The second adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the front and rear positions of the connecting block 10 connected with the headrest 3.

The second adjusting mechanism comprises a lock rod 20 and a lock frame 30, the lock frame 30 is arranged on the headrest 3, at least one lock hole 301 is arranged on the lock frame 30, the lock rod 20 is arranged on one side of the connecting block 10 far away from the first limiting part 1', the lock rod 20 is inserted into or separated from the lock hole 301 to realize the relative locking or unlocking of the connecting block 10 and the lock frame 30, and the connecting block 10 slides relative to the lock frame 30 to adjust the front and back positions of the connecting block 10 relative to the lock frame 30.

The second adjusting mechanism further comprises a driving block 40, a limiting hole 401 is formed in the driving block 40, the lock rod 20 comprises a first lock portion 201 and a second lock portion 202, the first lock portion 201 is inserted into the limiting hole 401, the second lock portion 202 is inserted into or separated from the lock hole 301, and the driving block 40 slides relative to the connecting block 10 to drive the lock rod 20 to be inserted into or separated from the lock hole 301 through the limiting hole 401.

The second adjustment mechanism further includes a protective cap 50 and a spring 60. The protective cover 50 is disposed outside the driving block 40, and the spring 60 is disposed between the two lock levers 20.

As shown in fig. 22, the headrest 3 is provided with a connecting rod 70 and a lock bracket 30, and the second stopper 2' is mounted on the headrest 3 through the connecting rod 70. The first limiting member 1' is installed on the lock frame 30 through the connecting block 10, the lock lever 20 and the driving block 40.

As shown in fig. 23, both ends of the first limiting member 1' are respectively connected to the connecting blocks 10 disposed on both sides of the headrest 3.

As shown in fig. 24, the connecting bar 70 and the latch bracket 30 may be fixedly provided at the side of the headrest 3.

As shown in fig. 25, the upper plate and the lower plate of the lock frame 30 are respectively provided with three lock holes 301.

As shown in fig. 26, the connecting block 10 is provided with a groove, the side wall of the groove is provided with a through hole, and the lock rod 20 is inserted into the through hole. The driving block 40 is provided with a limiting hole 401, the limiting hole 401 is a strip hole and is obliquely arranged, and the length directions of the two strip holes gradually approach to each other along the front-to-back direction. The protective cover 50 is disposed outside the driving block 40 to protect the driving block 40 and the locking lever 20 from an accidental movement of the driving block 40 and the locking lever 20.

As shown in fig. 27, in a normal state, under the action of the spring 60, the two lock levers 20 are in an extended state, the second lock portions 202 of the two lock levers 20 are both exposed from the side surfaces of the grooves, and the first lock portion 201 is located at the front end of the stopper hole 401.

As shown in fig. 28, when unlocking is required, the driving block 40 is driven to move the driving block 40 forward, and under the action of the limiting hole 401, the first locking portions 201 of the two locking rods 20 approach each other, so that the second locking portions 202 of the locking rods 20 retract into the grooves of the connecting block 10, and at this time, the locking rods 20 are in a retracted state, and the connecting block 10 can be driven to move forward and backward relative to the lock frame 30, thereby realizing the forward and backward position adjustment of the first limiting member 1'.

As shown in fig. 29, the second lock portion 202 of the lock lever 20 is inserted into the lock hole 301 located at the forefront; as shown in fig. 30, the second lock portion 202 of the lock lever 20 is inserted into the lock hole 301 located at the rearmost end.

As shown in fig. 31, the first retaining member 1' is connected between the two connecting blocks 10.

As shown in fig. 32, the inside of the connecting block 10 is provided with a third hole 101, and the third hole 101 is T-shaped. As shown in fig. 33, the end of the first limiting member 1 'is provided with a chuck 11', the width and thickness of the chuck 11 'are greater than those of the main body of the first limiting member 1', the chuck 11 'firstly passes through the third hole 101 transversely through the transverse portion of the third hole 101, and then is turned by 90 degrees to be clamped into the vertical portion of the third hole 101, as shown in fig. 34, the vertical portion of the third hole 101 can allow the main body of the first limiting member 1' to pass through, and block the chuck 11 'to the outside, so that the first limiting member 1' and the connecting block 10 are relatively fixed. This structure enables quick mounting and dismounting of the first retaining member 1'.

In this embodiment, the main body of the first limiting member 1' is made of a woven belt, which is relatively flexible and can avoid injury to the head of the occupant.

As shown in fig. 35, the second limiting member 2 'is a plate structure, and a plurality of air holes are formed on the second limiting member 2'. The second limiting member 2' is connected to the connecting ring 90 through the support rod 80, and the connecting ring 90 is sleeved on the connecting rod 70.

Based on the safety seat head protection device, the invention further provides a safety seat, and the safety seat comprises the safety seat head protection device.

The positive technical effects of the safety seat head protection device in the above embodiments are also applicable to the safety seat, and are not described herein again.
