1. A method for adjusting oil filling pressure of a hydraulic clutch is characterized by comprising the following steps:

acquiring vehicle speed, oil temperature and torque information;

judging whether preset starting conditions are met or not according to the vehicle speed information, the oil temperature information and the torque information;

The hydraulic clutch oil charge pressure regulating system according to claim 7, further comprising a third judging module, wherein the third judging module is configured to judge whether the count value of the first counter is greater than a preset reduced oil charge pressure threshold value according to the count value of the first counter;

if the count value of the first counter is greater than the preset threshold value for reducing the oil filling pressure, the control module is further used for controlling the oil filling pressure to reduce a set step length and controlling the first counter to return to zero;

and if the count value of the first counter is not greater than the preset threshold value for reducing the oil filling pressure, the control module is also used for controlling to return to the second judgment module.

The hydraulic clutch oil charge pressure regulating system according to claim 7, further comprising a fourth judging module, wherein the fourth judging module is configured to judge whether the count value of the second counter is greater than a preset rising oil charge pressure threshold value according to the count value of the second counter;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of transmission control, in particular to a method and a system for adjusting oil charging pressure of a hydraulic clutch and a storage medium.

Background

The hydraulic control type clutch system commonly used in the automobile at present comprises four hardware parts, namely a clutch, a pressure source, an actuator and a controller, wherein the clutch is the most important part in the system and is used for cutting off or transmitting power. The actuator is the implement in the system, and provides pressure to the actuator through the pressure source to charge the actuator to build up the implement pressure to operate the clutch to be disengaged or engaged. The joint control process executed by the actuator is shown in fig. 1, the better the oil filling, that is, the closer the oil filling amount and the size of the oil cavity are, the better the response of the pressure control process after oil filling is, and the relationship between the pressure response and the oil filling volume is shown in fig. 2. The pressure source is usually an accumulator which supplies power (pressure) to an actuator in the system and pushes the actuator to separate or combine with a clutch, the accumulator is provided with a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor and can be used for evaluating the residual capacity of hydraulic oil in the accumulator, and the accumulator stores the pressure oil in the hydraulic system at low pressure and releases the pressure oil again when needed; the controller is used as the brain of the hydraulic control type clutch system, and the actuator is commanded to build pressure to execute the clutch separation or clutch combination action according to an external instruction.

For a hydraulic clutch, the oil filling effect directly influences the pressure response of an actuator, and the oil filling pressure required by the same oil filling amount and the same time of different individuals of the same product has difference due to the following two reasons: (1) production differences. Due to the objective existence of dimensional tolerance in the production process of each part of hardware, the difference of the joint force/separation force of the actuator among individuals exists, and further the oil filling pressure required by the same oil filling time is different. (2) Wear is used. The actuator has relative motion among all parts in the process of executing actions, and the friction force of a kinematic pair is slightly changed due to the relative motion among contact parts, so that the oil filling pressure required by the same oil filling time is different. Due to the reasons, the clutch actuator can not realize the consistent full charge of each body under the same oil charge pressure, so that the oil charge effect of some bodies is better, the corresponding clutch control process is better, the oil charge effect of some bodies is poorer, and the corresponding clutch control process is poorer. As can be seen from fig. 1, the oil filling effect in the oil filling process is determined by the oil filling pressure, and the oil filling pressure of different individuals needs to be adjusted to ensure the consistent oil filling effect of different individuals.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a method, a system and a storage medium for adjusting the charging pressure of a hydraulic clutch to solve the above technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to a method, a system and a storage medium for adjusting the charging pressure of a hydraulic clutch, so as to overcome the above technical problems in the related art.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the invention provides a method for adjusting oil charging pressure of a hydraulic clutch, which comprises the following steps: acquiring vehicle speed, oil temperature and torque information;

judging whether preset starting conditions are met or not according to the vehicle speed information, the oil temperature information and the torque information;

when the preset starting condition is met, oil filling is started, and the capacity of the initial energy accumulator for oil filling and the capacity of the energy accumulator for oil filling ending are recorded;

judging whether the capacity change of the energy accumulator is within a preset capacity change range or not according to the capacity of the oil-filling starting energy accumulator and the capacity of the oil-filling ending energy accumulator;

if the capacity change of the energy accumulator is not within the preset capacity change range, adjusting the oil filling pressure; and if the capacity change of the energy accumulator is within the preset capacity change range, maintaining the current oil charging pressure.

Further, if the capacity change of the energy accumulator is not within the preset capacity change range, the oil charge pressure is adjusted, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:

if the capacity change of the energy accumulator is larger than the upper limit value of the preset capacity change range, the current oil filling pressure is higher, and the count value of the first counter is increased by 1; judging whether the count value of the first counter is greater than a preset threshold value for reducing the oil filling pressure or not; if the counting value of the first counter is larger than the preset threshold value for reducing the oil filling pressure, the oil filling pressure is reduced by a set step length, and the first counter returns to zero.

Further, after determining whether the count value of the first counter is greater than the preset oil charge pressure reduction threshold, the method further includes: and if the counting value of the first counter is not greater than the preset threshold value for reducing the oil filling pressure, returning to the step of judging whether the capacity change of the energy accumulator is within the preset capacity change range according to the capacity of the oil filling starting energy accumulator and the capacity of the oil filling ending energy accumulator.

Further, if the capacity change of the energy accumulator is not within the preset capacity change range, the oil charge pressure is adjusted, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:

if the capacity change of the energy accumulator is smaller than the lower limit value of the preset capacity change range, the current oil filling pressure is lower, and the count value of the second counter is increased by 1; judging whether the count value of the second counter is greater than a preset rising oil-filling pressure threshold value or not; if the count value of the second counter is larger than the preset threshold value of the rising oil filling pressure, the oil filling pressure is increased by a set step length, and the second counter returns to zero.

Further, after determining whether the count value of the second counter is greater than the preset rising oil pressure threshold, the method further includes: and if the count value of the second counter is not greater than the preset rising oil-filling pressure threshold value, returning to the step of judging whether the capacity change of the energy accumulator is within the preset capacity change range according to the capacity of the oil-filling starting energy accumulator and the capacity of the oil-filling ending energy accumulator.

Further, the device also comprises a first counter and a second counter; the capacity change of the energy accumulator is not in a preset capacity change range, and the two conditions comprise that the capacity change of the energy accumulator is larger than the upper limit value of the preset capacity change range and the capacity change of the energy accumulator is smaller than the lower limit value of the preset capacity change range; the first counter is used for counting the times that the capacity change of the energy accumulator is larger than the upper limit value of a preset capacity change range; and the second counter is used for counting the times that the capacity change of the energy accumulator is smaller than the lower limit value of the preset capacity change range.

The oil filling device further comprises a third judging module, wherein the third judging module is used for judging whether the count value of the first counter is greater than a preset threshold value for reducing the oil filling pressure or not according to the count value of the first counter; if the count value of the first counter is greater than the preset threshold value for reducing the oil filling pressure, the control module is further used for controlling the oil filling pressure to reduce a set step length and controlling the first counter to return to zero; and if the count value of the first counter is not greater than the preset threshold value for reducing the oil filling pressure, the control module is also used for controlling to return to the second judgment module.

The oil filling device further comprises a fourth judging module, wherein the fourth judging module is used for judging whether the count value of the second counter is greater than a preset rising oil filling pressure threshold value or not according to the count value of the second counter; if the count value of the second counter is greater than the preset threshold value of increasing the oil filling pressure, the control module is further used for controlling the oil filling pressure to increase by a set step length and controlling the second counter to return to zero; and if the count value of the second counter is not greater than the preset rising oil-filling pressure threshold value, the control module is further used for controlling to return to the second judgment module.

The present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium having stored therein at least one instruction, at least one program, set of codes, or set of instructions that is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the hydraulic clutch fill pressure adjustment method described above.

The implementation of the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the invention utilizes the capacity change of the energy accumulator in the oil charging process to evaluate the oil charging effect, compares the capacity change of the energy accumulator before and after the oil charging with the preset capacity change range, adjusts and sets the oil charging pressure if the difference is overlarge compared with the preset capacity change range, and the oil charging effect is better and better along with the continuous adjustment of the oil charging pressure until the stable and good oil charging, namely good pressure response, is realized. The oil charge pressure adjusting method of the hydraulic clutch does not need clutch pressure sensors to participate in the control process, and for a multi-clutch system, oil charge adjustment can be realized under the condition of saving a plurality of clutch pressure sensors.
