The feeding device comprises a feeding pipe 12, a screw rod 13 and a third motor 14, wherein the feeding pipe 12 is erected on the bottom surface of the outer barrel 2, a feeding channel 15 for material conveying is formed between the feeding pipe 12 and the bottom surface of the outer barrel 2, the top of the feeding pipe 12 is connected with the bottom of the inner barrel 1, the screw rod 13 is arranged in the feeding barrel, and an output shaft of the third motor 14 is connected with one end of the screw rod 13; therefore, through the arrangement of the conveying device, the materials in the inner barrel 1 can smoothly flow into the outer barrel 2, the phenomenon that the materials in the inner barrel 1 cannot flow due to the pressure difference between the inner barrel 1 and the outer barrel 2 is avoided, and meanwhile, the materials in the outer barrel 2 can be prevented from flowing into the inner barrel 1, so that the materials can only flow in one direction.

The discharging device comprises a baffle plate 16, a top plate 17, a concave seat 18 and a hydraulic cylinder 19, the concave seat 18 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel 2, the hydraulic cylinder 19 is fixedly arranged on the inner bottom surface of the recess 18, the output end of the hydraulic cylinder 19 is connected with the top plate 17, and drives the top plate 17 to move up and down, a telescopic guide post 20 is arranged between the top plate 17 and the base, the upper surface of the top plate 17 is connected with the baffle 16 through an upright post 21, the bottom of the outer barrel 2 is provided with an avoidance hole, the avoidance hole is positioned below the conveying pipe 12, the baffle 16 is matched with the avoidance hole in shape, the baffle plate 16 is arranged in the avoidance hole in a way of moving up and down, the fixed end of the third motor 14 is arranged on the baffle plate 16, the thickness of the baffle 16 is larger than the hole height of the avoidance hole, and the area of the baffle 16 is larger than that of the conveying pipe 12; therefore, the on-off of the material conveying channel 15 is controlled by the arrangement of the hydraulic cylinder 19, so that the material partition section of the inner barrel 1 enters the outer barrel 2 for multiple times and a small amount, and the uniformity of material mixing is further improved; by arranging the telescopic guide post 20, the top plate 17 can move more stably and is stressed more uniformly; through the arrangement of the upright posts 21, the baffle 16 moves more smoothly.

The controller is electrically connected with the first motor 3, the second motor 4, the third motor 14 and the hydraulic cylinder 19 respectively.

Therefore, the first raw material and the second raw material are stirred and mixed twice, then the material mixed by the first raw material and the second raw material and the third raw material are stirred and mixed, meanwhile, the raw materials attached to the inner side wall of the inner barrel 1 and the inner side wall of the outer barrel 2 are scraped off by the first scraper 23 and the second scraper 26, so that the first raw material, the second raw material and the third raw material are sequentially mixed, the mutual influence of the reaction of the three is effectively prevented, the quality of a finished product is improved, the raw materials are fully mixed by axially mixing and circumferentially mixing, the mixing uniformity of the first raw material and the second raw material is improved, meanwhile, the utilization rate of the raw materials is improved, and the material in the conveying pipe 12 enters the outer barrel 2 for a plurality of times and a small amount through the arrangement of the hydraulic cylinder 19, so that the mixing uniformity of the materials is further improved; meanwhile, one device realizes the mixing of the three raw materials, the use is convenient, and the occupied space is small; in addition, the invention can also be used for mixing two raw materials, thereby realizing three times of mixing of the two raw materials.

When cleaning, the controller respectively controls the first motor 3, the second motor 4, the third motor 14 and the hydraulic cylinder 19 to be opened, so that the push rod of the hydraulic cylinder 19 is contracted to drive the top plate 17 to move downwards, the baffle plate 16 is driven to move downwards, the first scraper 23, the second scraper 26 and the third scraper 31 are driven to rotate to respectively scrape off materials on the side wall of the inner barrel 1, the wall of the inner barrel 1 of the outer barrel 2 and the wall of the outer barrel 2 of the inner barrel 1, meanwhile, the controller controls the water valve to be opened, so that a water source respectively enters the first water passing channel, the second water passing channel and the third water passing channel, water flows respectively from the first spray nozzle 24, the second spray nozzle 27, the third spray nozzle 32, the fourth spray nozzle 33 and the fifth spray nozzle 34, waste materials of the inner barrel 1 flow into the outer barrel 2 through the material conveying channel 15 and then flow out from the material outlet, and cleaning of polyurethane foaming equipment with a cleaning function is.

Therefore, the waste materials are scraped off from the side walls through the scraping plates, and the side walls are sprayed through the spray heads, so that all the side walls in the polyurethane foaming equipment with the cleaning function can be cleaned, the polyurethane foaming equipment is convenient to use and high in cleaning efficiency, and the manual labor intensity is low.
