Background

The solid tire is an industrial tire suitable for low-speed and high-load running vehicles, and is widely applied to the fields of various industrial vehicles, engineering machinery, ports, airports, railways, large and medium-sized industrial and mining enterprises, flat plates in various goods loading and unloading operation places, trailer vehicles and the like due to the characteristics of long service life, high safety coefficient, wear resistance, tear resistance, fatigue resistance, maintenance-free property and the like.

At present, the assembly method of the solid tire mostly adopts machine pressing assembly, firstly, a wheel hub is placed at the bottom, a circular table is placed on the wheel hub, the tire is sleeved on the circular table, then the machine presses the tire to slide down to the wheel hub along the circular table, and the assembly is completed, but the machine has three defects: firstly, each group of round tables needs to take one round table when being assembled once, so that the assembly is inconvenient, and the time and the labor are consumed; secondly, the circular truncated cone is easy to slide during assembly, and when the tire slides to the hub, the circular truncated cone can jump; and thirdly, after the assembly is finished, the solid tire needs to be taken at a working position, so that the assembly is inconvenient and the safety is low.

Based on the problems existing in the solid tire assembling process, the solid tire assembling equipment which can automatically place the circular truncated cone and fix the circular truncated cone during assembling and is convenient to take the circular truncated cone after assembling is needed to overcome the defects that the circular truncated cone is taken repeatedly, the circular truncated cone is easy to slide during assembling and inconvenient to take after assembling.

Disclosure of Invention

Preferably, the pushing mechanism comprises an air cylinder, and the air cylinder is arranged in the middle of the top of the supporting frame; the sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in two walls of the upper part of the inner side of the supporting frame; the sliding plate is arranged between the sliding grooves on the two sides in a sliding manner; the pushing frame is arranged in the middle of the sliding plate, and the top of the pushing frame is connected with a telescopic rod of the air cylinder.

Preferably, the magnetic base further comprises an annular magnetic block, and the annular magnetic block is arranged in the middle of the top of the base; the annular magnetic block is positioned on the inner side of the support frame, and the first sliding rail penetrates through the annular magnetic block; the connecting plate is arranged on one side, far away from the bearing seat, of the annular magnetic block; and the magnetic switch is arranged on the upper part of the outer side of the connecting plate.
