The turning-disassembling mechanism is arranged at the upper right side of the base frame at the third layer and is used for turning and disassembling the cleaned rolled film.

The film rolling conveying mechanism is composed of a power motor and a plurality of conveying shafts, the conveying shafts are arranged on the front face of the base frame, and the power motor and a driving mechanism of the power motor are arranged on the back face of the base frame, so that dust of the power motor can be effectively separated, and food pollution is prevented.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a clean assembly device for rolled film of a packaging machine, which comprises: the device comprises a base frame 10, a film rolling conveying mechanism 101, a film rolling air expansion shaft 103, a tensioning roller 104, an electrostatic dust remover 105, a sterilizer 106 and a turning and detaching mechanism 107.

The base frame 10 is composed of a front clamping plate and a rear clamping plate.

The film rolling and conveying mechanism 101 has three layers in total and is used for conveying and tensioning the rolled film 102.

The film rolling air expansion shaft 103 is arranged on the base frame 10 and used for expanding the rolled film 102. The roll film 102 is disposed at the lower left of the base frame 10 and on the third layer of the roll film conveying mechanism 101. The tensioning roller 104 is arranged directly below the base frame 10, i.e. in the middle of the third level. The electrostatic precipitator 105 is disposed in the middle of the base frame 10, in the middle of the second layer, at a position where the film is wound. The turning-over mechanism 107 is arranged at the right upper part of the base frame 10, and the tail end (the front end of the next station) of the device.
