1. A two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the adhesion of silica gel and PC materials is characterized by comprising an agent A and an agent B, wherein the agent A and the agent B respectively comprise the following components and contents thereof:

an agent A: based on 100 percent of the total mass of the agent A, the agent A comprises 35 to 70 percent of vinyl-terminated dimethyl methyl vinyl (siloxane and polysiloxane), 20 to 55 percent of dimethyl siloxane polymer, 2 to 10 percent of nano silicon dioxide powder and 5 to 20 percent of liquid platinum catalyst, wherein the sum of the components is 100 percent;

and (2) agent B: based on 100 percent of the total mass of the agent B, the agent B comprises 10 to 60 percent of vinyl-terminated dimethyl methyl vinyl (siloxane and polysiloxane), 10 to 30 percent of nano silicon dioxide powder, 40 to 65 percent of trimethylsiloxy-terminated polymethylhydrosiloxane, 0.01 to 2 percent of polymerization inhibitor, 0.1 to 3 percent of acrylate adhesive, and the sum of all the components is 100 percent.

2. The two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the adhesion of silica gel and a PC material as claimed in claim 1, which comprises an agent A and an agent B, wherein the agent A and the agent B respectively comprise the following components and contents thereof:

an agent A: based on 100 percent of the total mass of the agent A, the agent A comprises 40-60 percent of vinyl-terminated dimethyl methylvinyl (siloxane and polysiloxane), 30-45 percent of dimethyl siloxane polymer, 4-7 percent of nano silicon dioxide powder and 7-15 percent of liquid platinum catalyst, wherein the sum of all the components is 100 percent;

and (2) agent B: based on 100 percent of the total mass of the agent B, the agent B comprises 20 to 50 percent of vinyl-terminated dimethyl methyl vinyl (siloxane and polysiloxane), 15 to 25 percent of nano silicon dioxide powder, 45 to 55 percent of trimethylsiloxy-terminated polymethylhydrosiloxane, 0.1 to 1 percent of polymerization inhibitor, 0.5 to 2 percent of acrylate adhesive, and the sum of all the components is 100 percent.

3. The two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the adhesion of silica gel and PC material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the liquid platinum catalyst is platinum (0) -1, 3-divinyl-1, 1,3, 3-tetramethyldisiloxane.

4. The two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the adhesion of silica gel and PC material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the polymerization inhibitor is methylbutynol.

5. The two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the adhesion of silica gel and PC material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the specific surface area of the nano-silica powder is 80-120m2/g。

6. The two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the bonding of silica gel and PC material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the acrylate adhesive is prepared by the following steps:

1) weighing 15-20 parts of acrylate, 10-15 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 5-9 parts of epoxy silane coupling agent and 1-2 parts of titanate catalyst;

2) uniformly mixing the substances weighed in the step 1), and reacting for 4-6h at the temperature of 100 ℃ and 115 ℃ under the vacuum condition.

7. The two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the adhesion of silica gel and a PC material as claimed in claim 7, wherein the acrylate compound is 1, 4-butanediol diacrylate, glycidyl methacrylate, 1, 6-ethylene glycol diacrylate or 1, 5-pentanediol diacrylate.

8. The two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the adhesion of silica gel and PC materials according to claim 7, wherein the epoxy silane coupling agent is a silane coupling agent KH560, a silane coupling agent KH-792 or a silane coupling agent KH 550.

9. The two-component platinum curing agent for promoting the adhesion of silica gel to PC materials as claimed in claim 7, wherein the titanate catalyst is tetrabutyl titanate or tetraethyl titanate.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a platinum vulcanizing agent, in particular to a double-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the adhesion of silica gel and a PC material, and belongs to the technical field of polymers.

Background

PC is Polycarbonate for short, Polycarbonate is used as English, and is amorphous thermoplastic resin with excellent comprehensive performance, is a polar material, and has excellent electrical insulation, extensibility, dimensional stability, chemical corrosion resistance, high strength, heat resistance and cold resistance; the material has the advantages of high temperature resistance of 125 ℃ and low temperature resistance of-40 ℃, self-extinguishing, flame retardation, no toxicity, coloring and the like, is easy for large-scale industrial production and easy for processing, has extremely low price and is widely used in the world.

The solid silica gel has excellent transparency, tear strength, rebound resilience, yellowing resistance, heat stability, water resistance, good air permeability, heat aging resistance and weather resistance, is convenient to operate, has high product transparency, and is a non-polar material with the linear shrinkage rate of less than or equal to 0.1 percent. Particularly, the bi-component addition type vulcanized silicone rubber is a type of silicone rubber which is vigorously developed at home and abroad up to now.

In order to better exert the respective advantages and meet the actual production requirements, in actual use, a PC material and silica gel are usually combined for use, people use quick-drying glue for bonding at present, but the quick-drying glue is easy to turn white and is easy to embrittle at high and low temperatures. To solve this problem, a silicone adhesive or a self-adhesive type silicone direct bonding is generally used at present. For example, a keyboard and a mobile phone shell which are commonly used are combined by silica gel and a PC, and the keyboard is elastic because a layer of silica gel keys is arranged on the keyboard, and the PC material is used for contacting fingers; the liquid silica gel mobile phone shell is made of silica gel on the surface, the framework is made of PC material, and the used self-adhesive silica gel is directly adhered.

Generally, because polycarbonate is not easy to be directly combined with silica gel, and is easy to degum after being combined, when in specific operation, a treating agent needs to be firstly coated on the surface of a combined PC material, then the PC material is put into an oven to be dried, and then the added silica gel, an adhesive and the treated material are put into a mould pressing machine to be cast and molded, however, in the processes of coating the treating agent and baking and coating, volatilization of organic solvents such as toluene in the treating agent can seriously hurt the bodies of workers and pollute the environment.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the double-component platinum vulcanizing agent capable of effectively promoting the bonding of the silica gel and the PC material.

A two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the adhesion of silica gel and PC materials comprises an agent A and an agent B, wherein the agent A and the agent B respectively comprise the following components and contents thereof:

an agent A: based on 100 percent of the total mass of the agent A, the agent A comprises 35 to 70 percent of vinyl-terminated dimethyl methyl vinyl (siloxane and polysiloxane), 20 to 55 percent of dimethyl siloxane polymer, 2 to 10 percent of nano silicon dioxide powder and 5 to 20 percent of liquid platinum catalyst, wherein the sum of the components is 100 percent;

and (2) agent B: based on 100 percent of the total mass of the agent B, the agent B comprises 10 to 60 percent of vinyl-terminated dimethyl methyl vinyl (siloxane and polysiloxane), 10 to 30 percent of nano silicon dioxide powder, 40 to 65 percent of trimethylsiloxy-terminated polymethylhydrosiloxane, 0.01 to 2 percent of polymerization inhibitor, 0.1 to 3 percent of acrylate adhesive, and the sum of all the components is 100 percent.

Further, the two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the adhesion of the silica gel and the PC material comprises an agent A and an agent B, wherein the agent A and the agent B respectively comprise the following components and contents thereof:

an agent A: based on 100 percent of the total mass of the agent A, the agent A comprises 40-60 percent of vinyl-terminated dimethyl methylvinyl (siloxane and polysiloxane), 30-45 percent of dimethyl siloxane polymer, 4-7 percent of nano silicon dioxide powder and 7-15 percent of liquid platinum catalyst, wherein the sum of all the components is 100 percent;

and (2) agent B: based on 100 percent of the total mass of the agent B, the agent B comprises 20 to 50 percent of vinyl-terminated dimethyl methyl vinyl (siloxane and polysiloxane), 15 to 25 percent of nano silicon dioxide powder, 45 to 55 percent of trimethylsiloxy-terminated polymethylhydrosiloxane, 0.1 to 1 percent of polymerization inhibitor, 0.5 to 2 percent of acrylate adhesive, and the sum of all the components is 100 percent.

Furthermore, the two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the bonding of the silica gel and the PC material is characterized in that the liquid platinum catalyst is platinum (0) -1, 3-divinyl-1, 1,3, 3-tetramethyldisiloxane.

Furthermore, the two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the adhesion of the silica gel and the PC material is prepared from methyl butynol as a polymerization inhibitor.

Furthermore, the double-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the bonding of the silica gel and the PC material has the specific surface area of the nano silicon dioxide powder of 80-120m2/g。

Furthermore, the two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the bonding of the silica gel and the PC material is prepared by the following steps:

1) weighing 15-20 parts of acrylate, 10-15 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate, 5-9 parts of epoxy silane coupling agent and 1-2 parts of titanate catalyst;

2) uniformly mixing the substances weighed in the step 1), and reacting for 4-6h at the temperature of 100 ℃ and 115 ℃ under the vacuum condition.

Further, the two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the adhesion of the silica gel and the PC material is characterized in that the acrylate compound is 1, 4-butanediol diacrylate, glycidyl methacrylate, 1, 6-ethylene glycol diacrylate and 1, 5-pentanediol diacrylate.

Further, the two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the adhesion of the silica gel and the PC material is characterized in that the epoxy silane coupling agent is a silane coupling agent KH560 or a silane coupling agent KH-792 or a silane coupling agent KH 550.

Further, the two-component platinum vulcanizing agent for promoting the adhesion of the silica gel and the PC material is characterized in that the titanate catalyst is tetrabutyl titanate or tetraethyl titanate.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has the following technical advantages:

1. the double-component platinum vulcanizing agent provided by the invention can effectively promote the adhesion of silica gel and a PC material, when in use, the double-component platinum vulcanizing agent is directly added into solid silica gel and the PC material for mould pressing treatment, the PC material is not required to be brushed and baked, the adhesion strength is strong, the cracking is not easy, and the harm to the body of a worker and the pollution to the environment caused by the volatilization of organic solvents such as toluene and the like in a treating agent in the brushing and baking brushing processes are effectively avoided; and the operation process and the cost are also saved.

2. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the adhesive is prepared from the acrylate, the hydroxyethyl acrylate and the complexing agent, so that a firm chemical bond is easily formed with an unsaturated group in the PC material, and the strength of the adhesive is further increased.

3. The technical scheme provided by the invention has the advantages of high forming and vulcanizing speed, low forming temperature, capability of improving the production efficiency by 1-2 times, electricity saving by more than one third, environmental protection, high efficiency and no smell compared with the traditional peroxide vulcanizing system, one-step vulcanization, full intermolecular crosslinking and no need of second-step vulcanization.

4. Obviously, the product formed by the technical scheme has excellent physical properties, stable size, low shrinkage rate, and greatly improved tensile strength, tear strength and resilience.
