2. the manual operation is needed for cleaning the abrasive dust and replacing the filter paper, and the comprehensive efficiency of the equipment operation is low.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a grinding fluid automatic circulation and physical and chemical precipitation filter pressing purification device for a centerless grinding machine, which can realize the automatic circulation of the grinding fluid without interruption, prolong the maintenance period and improve the comprehensive efficiency of equipment.

A first stop valve is arranged on a pipeline between the mortar pump and the centrifugal filter press; a second stop valve is arranged on a pipeline between the mortar pump and the stirring type four-partition integrated precipitator; the liquid inlet of the centrifugal filter press is communicated to the mixed layer in the middle of the stirring type four-division integrated precipitator through a pipeline, and a third stop valve is arranged on the pipeline between the liquid inlet of the centrifugal filter press and the stirring type four-division integrated precipitator.

The stirring type four-partition integrated precipitator comprises a bottom plate, wherein an outer cylinder is fixed on the bottom plate; an inner cylinder is arranged at the inner axis position of the outer cylinder, and the upper end of the inner cylinder receives slag-containing circulating liquid pumped by a waste water submerged pump in the slag-containing waste water collecting box; the lower end of the inner cylinder is provided with a water turning device; a conical sedimentation tank is arranged below the water turning device; the bottom of the sedimentation tank is connected with a cleaning pipeline; the water outlet pipeline is arranged in the middle of the outer barrel; and the upper part of the outer barrel is provided with an overflow tank, and the outer barrel wall opposite to the overflow tank is connected with the overflow pipeline.

The water turning device comprises a conical body fixed at the lower end of the inner cylinder, and through holes are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the lower end of the inner cylinder.

A mounting pipeline is fixed on the side surface of the bottom of the outer cylinder; the outer end of the submersible stirring machine is fixedly arranged on the installation pipeline, and a stirring rod of the submersible stirring machine extends into the sedimentation tank.

The invention meets the process requirements of large abrasive dust output and high grinding fluid cleanliness requirement in the grinding process of centerless grinding equipment, automatically circulates and separates and purifies abrasive dust and waste slag under the continuous grinding working condition, and keeps the clean state and good performance of the grinding fluid; the service cycle of the grinding fluid is prolonged, the replacement frequency is reduced, the addition amount is reduced, the technological characteristics of centerless grinding processing are met, the grinding quality of workpieces is improved, and the comprehensive efficiency of equipment is obviously improved.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the grinding fluid is automatically circulated without interruption, and the stable working state of the centerless grinder is kept;

2. the heavy slag and the light slag of the grinding chips are combined, physically precipitated and filter-pressed, so that the good and stable cleanliness and grinding performance of the grinding fluid are maintained;

3. the automatic circulation and the physicochemical precipitation and filter pressing operation process have no filter material, the water content of the discharged slag is low, the automatic slag discharge can be realized, the consumption is reduced, and the energy conservation and the environmental protection are realized;

4. the device has simple structure, convenient maintenance and reliable operation, and the comprehensive efficiency of the equipment is obviously improved.

Referring to fig. 1, the grinding fluid automatic circulation and materialized precipitation filter-pressing purification device for the centerless grinding machine comprises a slag-containing waste water collection box 13, a cleaning circulation fluid collection box 14, a stirring type four-divided-area integrated precipitator 15, a submersible stirrer 16, a mortar pump 17 and a centrifugal filter press 18.

The slag-containing waste water collection box 13 receives slag-containing circulating liquid, a waste water submerged pump is arranged in the slag-containing waste water collection box 13, and the waste water submerged pump pumps the slag-containing circulating liquid into the stirring type four-partition integrated precipitator 15. The waste water submerged pump is connected with a floating ball liquid level control switch.

The clean circulating liquid of the upper drift layer of the stirring type four-partition integrated precipitator 15 overflows to a clean circulating liquid collecting box 14 through an overflow pipeline 7. An overflow water pipe is arranged at the upper part of the cleaning circulating liquid collecting box 14 and communicated to the slag-containing waste water collecting box 13. A cleaning submerged pump is arranged in the cleaning circulating liquid collecting box 14 and pumps the cleaning circulating liquid into the production line, and the cleaning submerged pump is connected with a floating ball liquid level control switch.

The middle mixed layer of the stirring type four-division integrated precipitator 15 is connected with a mortar pump 17 through a water outlet pipeline 4, and the mortar pump 17 pumps the slag-containing circulating liquid of the middle mixed layer of the stirring type four-division integrated precipitator 15 into a centrifugal filter press 18. The bottom of the stirring type four-section integrated precipitator 15 is provided with a submersible stirrer 16.

A first stop valve is arranged on a pipeline between the mortar pump 17 and the centrifugal filter press 18; and a second stop valve is arranged on a pipeline between the mortar pump 17 and the stirring type four-partition integrated precipitator 15. A liquid inlet of the centrifugal filter press 18 is communicated to the mixed layer in the middle of the stirring type four-division integrated precipitator 15 through a pipeline, and a third stop valve is arranged on the pipeline between the liquid inlet of the centrifugal filter press 18 and the stirring type four-division integrated precipitator 15.

The centrifugal filter press 18 sends the separated abrasive dust residues to a waste residue collecting tank for collection and outward transportation, and the centrifugal filter press 18 sends the separated cleaning circulation liquid to the cleaning circulation liquid collecting tank 14.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the stirring type four-division integrated precipitator 15 comprises a bottom plate 11, and an outer cylinder 1 is fixed on the bottom plate 11. An inner cylinder 6 is arranged at the inner axis position of the outer cylinder 1, and the upper end of the inner cylinder 6 receives slag-containing circulating liquid pumped by a waste water submerged pump in a slag-containing waste water collecting box 13. The lower end of the inner cylinder 6 is provided with a water turning device 3; the water turning device 3 comprises a conical body fixed at the lower end of the inner cylinder 6, and through holes are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the lower end of the inner cylinder 6. A conical sedimentation tank 2 is arranged below the water turning device 3; the bottom of the sedimentation tank 2 is connected with a cleaning pipeline 12. The middle part of the outer cylinder 1 is provided with a water outlet pipeline 4. An overflow tank 5 is arranged on the upper part of the outer cylinder 1, and an overflow pipeline 7 is connected on the wall of the outer cylinder 1 opposite to the overflow tank 5. A mounting pipeline 9 is fixed on the side surface of the bottom of the outer cylinder 1; the outer end of the submersible mixer 16 is fixedly arranged on the mounting pipeline 9, and a mixing rod 10 of the submersible mixer 16 extends into the sedimentation tank 2.

The working principle is as follows:

the slag-containing circulating liquid discharged by the centerless grinding equipment in a grinding cycle enters a slag-containing waste water collecting box 13, a submerged pump is arranged on the slag-containing waste water collecting box 13, the slag-containing waste liquid is lifted into a stirring type four-partition integrated precipitator 15 through floating ball liquid level control, a precipitation separation method is adopted for scrap iron and sand contained in the cutting fluid,

as shown in connection with figure 3 of the drawings,

during operation, slag-containing cutting fluid is pumped into an inner barrel 6 of the stirring type four-division integrated precipitator 15 from a slag-containing waste water collecting box, a high-speed eddy reaction area, a strong adsorption area and a sludge concentration area are formed through the water turning device 3, heavy slag and the cutting fluid are quickly separated, the heavy slag is deposited into a precipitation tank to be accumulated into a precipitation layer, the cutting fluid containing the light slag drifts upwards to enter a gradual-change slow reaction area and a suspension clarification precipitation area, and the cutting fluid is separated into a mixed layer and a drift layer;

the sand and the scrap iron in the circulating liquid are physically separated efficiently and rapidly through a high-speed vortex reaction zone, a gradual-change slow reaction zone, a suspension clarification sedimentation zone and a strong adsorption and sludge concentration zone;

the drifting layer directly separates drifting and enters the circulating liquid collecting box 14 for grinding;

the sediment layer is arranged at the bottom of the container, so as to prevent sediment at the bottom from being deposited and then being compacted and agglomerated, the bottom of the precipitator is provided with a submersible mixer 16, sediment at the bottom is mixed into the mixed layer after being mixed by the submersible mixer, and the mixed layer is arranged in the middle of the container;

the mortar pump 17 is extracted from the mixed layer slag-containing grinding fluid and enters the centrifugal filter press 18 for separation and purification, the centrifugal filter press is a filtering device capable of continuously running, the separated clean grinding fluid enters the circulating fluid collecting tank, and the abrasive dust residues enter the waste residue collecting tank for collection and outward transportation, so that the manual operation is reduced, and the environmental protection risk is reduced.
